David (10/5): - Great location. I was surprised how close it is to the Duomo. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Even an unrelated local was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner sitting at the Galeria looking at the Duomo amongst the fashionable locals (and the odd tourist). 5 min walk back to the apartment. Such a good location.

Jeana (10/5): - Our stay was great. The apartment is so spacious. We fit 5 people easily with all of our luggage. The air worked great! Beds were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and everything was clean. 15 min uber to the train, 20 min to navigli and about 50 min from airport. Communication was great and we were able to drop our bags early. Just beware, elevator did not work, so if you have a disability. Overall, perfect stay.

Annelies (10/5): Great location - I always love to stay at Brera apartments at San Babila because it’s super convenient to go shopping and bring your bags home during the day :-). Clean apartment, quiet surroundings. Only thing that could even make it better is the option to have healthy breakfast delivered early in the morning as it’s very hard in Milan to find such breakfast spots (fruit, yoghurt, egg, avocado toast). But I just bring my own food with me so all was great!
Chiara (6/5): - Se scrivi che il check-in è dalle 15 e io ho fatto l’errore di scrivere che sarei arrivata per le 17.30 ma arrivo alle 16 resta il fatto che il check-in in è dalle 15. Purtroppo gli affittacamere sono così. Il check-in te lo fai da solo giorno prima dell’arrivo , la valigia non sai dove lasciarla dopo il check-out. Però costa poco! Ma assolutamente no poiché una notte di mercoledì di novembre 230 euro. Detto questo la posizione è comoda vicino metro San Babila e la stanza ha tutto. Almeno un posto per poter lasciare la valigia dopo il check-out alle 10 (che non sia distante un chilometro ) dovrebbero pensarlo .

Emma (10/5): - Very easy check-in, great host, very quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for 1 night with our 3 kids (10-15) and it worked out great. There are some scuff marks on the walls, but nothing that caused us any issues and the whole place was dry clean and there were coffee pods provided, which was very much appreciated! Would stay again.
Amarjeet (10/5): - The property itself was beautiful with a breathtaking view through the window in the main room. It was hard carrying luggage to the location but other than that everything was really nice.
Stanley (10/5): - We found the unit to be very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. It is within one block of a local grocery store and within a 10 min walk from the metro station. The check in process was smooth and there was somebody to check us in and go over the unit. We would recommend this unit for a family traveling with teens.

The owner should invest in some basic things like night stands, night stand lights, bathroom hangers. The shower is a joke. It is so small. No napkins, tissues or paper towels. We asked for these basic things but got nothing. Lots of dust on the floor or under the bed. I would not reconnect this apartment for anyone, especially for a family of four.

Johanna (10/5): Very spacious and clean apartment for family. - Very spacious and simple apartment. Plenty of room for a family of four and lots of hanging space for clothes. We stayed one night but it was very close to the tourist areas but a little quieter. Highly recomend.

Kelly (10/5): - The apartment was clean and just minutes away from the cathedral and the shopping district. My phone was not working properly so I was lost and not sure where to go. I was late for my check-in when my contact called. He sent someone to get me and take me to where I needed to be. I was very close but very lost and that small act of kindness meant the world to me.

The bed was just a fold out which could of been better, but overall apartment was very spacious. Although this listing had San Babila that's not where we stayed which would of been better if it was listed on the booking as I planned around staying there.

MOHAMMED (6/5): - The location is super.. Wether for shopping originale even supermarket where there's carrefour express in front of the apartment. The apartment that I took two bedrooms (4 adults) and in the living room there's this sofa that can be converted to bed I guess. Also there is a washing machine which is a plus. Moreover the apartments has most of the essential items that you need. However the negative points are as follows: 1- the AC is not working only fan mode is possible so no cooling. When we asked them they said within 24 hours they will fix it but nothing happened during my 5 days that I stayed there some days it was humid or hot so it wasn't a good experience. 2- the sink from day one was blocked so we had to wait for two days until the cleaning person came to fix it. Also the sink in the shower wasn't good. 3- the water flow of the bidet is very weak so the bidet was useless.

Great array of bars, shops, and attractions to see and the property management company was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment also had a ton of room and lots of natural lighting. Would definitely stay here again.

The worth part is that the stuff reacted as it was normal and I had no reasons to complain, for the wait after 15 hour trip. They suppose to bring more towels, as they left only two towels for both of us (one each) and this suppose to last for 3 days. They brought the towels one day late. My wife was having a shower and some one attempted to come inside the room, aparently to check the a/c from another room. No one contacted us to let us know and to ask for permission. The appartment is not bad, but it cant be called luxury apartments, specialy for the lack of profesionalism and communication of the staff.
Nancy (10/5): Walkable, quiet apartment with friendly service! - I stayed at Brera for a few nights with my daughter as the first stop on our travels. The apartment was super easy to find, under a five minute walk from a metro, and located in a neighborhood where we felt safe arriving at night. The nice folks at Brera got us settled in, then left us to enjoy our stay. We walked or took the metro everywhere we went. The apartment was clean and quiet. We slept well here and completely enjoyed our stay in Milan! We hit a problem when we realized our boarding passes for our next destination had to actually be printed. The Brera staff came to our rescue - printed them for us and brought them to us at the apartment. And they were happy to help! Thank you, Brera!
Queenie (8/5): Studio in a secured block & good location - It was a clean, good sized studio apartment for the 2 of us which was located in a convenient area, only 5 min walk either to the Duomo or to Via Monte Napoleone. Stefan, the check in staff was very helpful & responded to my text messages promptly. However, the staff dealing with emails were not very responsive when I sent them some requests & queries before our stay. I didn’t get any reply until I phoned to the office. The studio could be better by providing simple cooking facilities such as a microwave and/or a single electric hob. In general, we enjoyed the stay there.

I would have rated excellent had it not been for an issue with the air conditioning which had to be reset every few hours to continue operating otherwise this was perfect.
Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent location and great apartment - I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment at Brera in San Babila (Santa Cecilia). I had a few questions regarding the property and area and all my emails were promptly answered. In fact I called and spoke to Stefano regarding the other rooms available and changed by booking around. Everything was done smoothly and quickly! Spoke to Simone and Valentina the day before the check in and the entire check in process was very smooth and quick too. The apartment is good sized with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with an open kitchen and a dining room and living room. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the amenities and the apartment also had a washing machine. I just wish they had two bathrooms. They have apartments with 2 bathrooms but not at this location. The location is FANTASTIC! Piazza San Babila and Duomo are barely a few minutes walk and there is a supermarket across the street from the apartment. The neighbourhood is upmarket and extremely safe. The wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly well. Brera has a centralised concierge service which is extremely helpful and you can call them 24/7. Very impressed with the apartment and the professionalism of the Brera team! Would HIGHLY recommend staying at Brera specially at the Santa Cecila apartment!

MN (8/5): Spacious Apartment Close to Duomo and Everything - Very spacious apartment with two large bedrooms, a dining space and a small kitchen with a microwave and basic tableware. The room was simple and clean, and Duomo and the Milan shopping places are all within 10-15 minutes walk. Grocery store was just around the corner, so we could buy water, milk, wine, beer, fruits and some prosciutto. The only issue we had was the limited size of water heater tank. We were family of 4, and the shower temperature did not last long. But we were fine after we split into two groups, one taking shower in the morning and the other in the evening. If you are a single traveler or a couple without kids, this place would be just perfect.
Verified traveler (8/5): Good location and great apartment - Only a 10 min walk or so to the Duomo and very close to the high fashion shopping area. Beautifully appointed apartment with very comfortable bed, nicely done bathroom (although could not get the fan to work and the flow of water down the shower drain was a little slow). No kitchenette and no sink or microwave, but they did provide some cups, plates and silverware...and a capsule coffee maker with coffee and tea supplies. Because the apartment was on the 1st floor, it started to get a little loud from the street noise in the morning. No street parking if you're driving. There is a basement parking garage across the street, but the cost is 36euro/24h. Overall, a good stay. Only wish if we were staying longer would have been for a small kitchen area. Would stay here again.

Centrally located near main shopping areas, About 10 minutes walk from beautiful Duomo. Will definitely stay here again as apartment is much better for us than hotel room.
VENG CHI (10/5): Convenient and spacious room - The location is good, near Duomo. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious with full equipments. But the room is facing the avenue, it will be very noisy when the car passes by.
Anna (8/5): A bit of a hassle but perfect location - Checking in was a bit of a hassle. When I arrived at the property location listed, I thought I was lost as nobody from Brera Apartments was present. It turns out that their staff do not work there, so you have to set up a time at least 30 minutes in advance to meet at the location to check in. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. We had to leave our luggages at their office the next day and everything went smoothly except it was a bit of a hassle again to find their office located in Brera to pick up our luggages at the end of the day. When we arrived at the address they provided, there were again no signs to direct us to the actual office. Thankfully, a local lady showed us the way as this was not the first time she saw people trying to find their office. The location of the apartment was perfect and I think this would have been a much better stay for us if we stayed longer.
