• Ruby (6/5): - Ok...heres an honest appraisal...if u want somewhere that gives a decent apartment and your not fussed about the hotel facilities downstairs then u will be happy here But if you want a nice english breakfast, welcoming entrance area and comfy areas to relax then look elsewhere The apartment with its kitchenette and balcony area were brilliant as we were staying for a week and wanted to cook our own meals so once beyond the lift and jnto our space it was fine. Employees in dire need of a uniform overhaul...frayed shirts not really good for the staff or the guests Helpful staff tho....very good

• Shahabodin (2/5): - Big mistake on my part to book this hotel. Expedia price was twice the standard hotel rate so book direct if you want to stay at this hotel. Downsides: Noisy air conditioning, poor quality towels and bedding, uncomfortable bed, no water in the room (paid £3 for a bottle from reception), dirty bathroom, extremely dark bathroom, extremely poor quality breakfast (most items finished at 9:45 am), no restaurant. Upsides: Great coffee. Hotel next door has a lively bar and a good restaurant.

Freondly and helpful staff and really spacious bright property. probaly could do with more kitchenware for the apartment it was very limited and missing some things but all workable. Even though next to a road the sound proofing was fantastic

• Massiel (8/5): - First, I want to say that I live in the US so things are a bit different than in the UK. The hotel in overall is nice, my room was a “studio”, it had a microwave, stove, dishwasher, sink, some cups and plates, a decent size room and bathroom, not a lot of room to put clothing away. The hotel is NOT close to the city where tourist would go, you need to walk to a bus station which is not too far, take a bus to the train station then take the train to the city depending where you are going, it takes an average of 40-50 mins depending how fast the bus and train are scheduled. One thing I did not like was that I stayed for 10 days and they only cleaned once, on day 6 I had to ask for extra towels and they gave me two small ones. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There’s a laundry room but you need to book it and pay for it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience but I would not stay here again; mainly for the distance to the city.

• LenaChng (2/5): Would NOT stay at Adagio Brentford again! - Staff ability to resolve issue is '0'. A smile, an apology and inability to solve a problem wouldnt make your hotel a 4 star. Given the fact that i travel 4 to 7 times a year, and staying in various 4 and 5 starred hotel, i would give Adagio Brentford a 2 star (at the most). And your staff has implied that aparthotel is this level of service. One example is to leave a guest (me) to stay 2 nights (out of 6 nights) with a malfunction toilet that cannot be flushed properly - how unhygienic. All i get is an apology which does not translate to how much a guest suffered. Another example is - when i asked if a late check out can be extended. I need to wait till the day and time i check out, which is 11am, then i can get an answer on whether a late check out is possible. This is an outright poor service. Thus, a guest needs to pack up their luggage, wait at the recept at 11am patient to see if a late check out can be extended. If cannot, then get out. If can extend, i have to move back to the room and unpack. When i feedback that this is the first of its kind i have heard being travelled to many place in the world. The staff asked if i have stayed in an apartment hotel before. This leads me to conclude; this is the kind of treatment and service i get in Adagio. To answer Adagio, i am now staying in another apartment hotel and it is fantastic. None like yours
• haylym2025 (6/5): £100 deposit takes way too long to be refunded back into account - The apartments are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and there’s parking spaces for a fee. The only issue I have with booking here is that I wasn’t notified prior to booking that my deposit of £100 would not be refunded straight after check out. It’s been well over a week and my deposit has still not gone back into my account. I just get told it left our end and can take 2 weeks!! Also wanted early check in to decorate room for a birthday celebration was told I could only ring on the day to confirm extra payment for early check in, waited until 2pm to be told no I couldn’t check in early same with late check out was told I would have to ring on the morning of check out - they are my only faults with booking here.
• Alexandra (8/5): - The apartment was nice and spacious. The bed was really comfortable with good black out curtains. There is a laundry which was very handy. You need to book a time slot to use and you pay a fee to use the washer and dryer. The buffet breakfast had all the basics but was pretty average. The only downside really was just the proximity to public transport, as you need to catch a bus to get to the nearest tube station. I would happily stay here again if it were a bit closer to a tube station as it was quite good value for money.

• Mohammed (10/5): Short but very nice trip in London - Reception staff were very professional and helpful. The check-in was fast and timely. The location was excellent with few step to bus station if you don’t have a car. There is a bus can take you to down town but I don’t remember exact number of the bus. There is one co-op or a super market just facing the entrance to the hotel. Parking is very good other you pay through app or Hotel staff can arrange it for you in their designated spaces.
• Beth (10/5): - The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay - some issues. - I enjoyed my stay. Some of the good: -Transit is really convenient and lots of options are close, -There is a grocery store within about 50 steps, -The unit was clean and well maintained. -Staff were super friendly. Some of the not-so-good: - We booked a room with a double and single bed, because we needed 2 beds. The single wasn't a bed, it was a pull out sofa. When I queried at the front desk, I was told this is what I booked, there are no other rooms available and if there were, it would be an extra cost. The sofa bed was ok, not great, and I was told that we can not switch from bed to couch ourselves. We booked this room in order to have flexibility, and this was an unexpected disappointment. - The kitchen equipment was limited, we had to ask for extra cooking items. -The ventilation is poor, we could smell the food we good for many days. - There are laundry machines available, which are to be signed out. Twice when we did laundry, there were other peoples items in the machines and the staff refused to address it with the individuals who were doing laundry when not signed out. Overall, the stay was good, I would stay in the area again, but would not book this type of room if two beds are needed, given the misrepresentation of the beds in the ad.
• Hong (8/5): - I like the hotel location which is near residential area and a Sainsbury shop although is near the busy road also, so close the balcony door when sleep. Front desk staffs are gentle and friendly and with big bright open sitting area supply snacks and books creat a peaceful and calm feel, this is the best point of this hotel to me, hope it will keep this way. Hotel looks very new. If leave rubbish bags outside the room they are cleared very quick. I had an unlucky second day with suddenly no hot water due to boiler problem but I think it is one off. Stayed regularly here find the toilet seat is smaller than the toilet which is not very comfortable and don’t look good. Hope when they change toilet seat again find a matching size. Room phone is very loud ringing sound but when started to talk it is extremely faint can’t hear which stressed me out, I hate when the phone ring. When order Uber taxi drivers don’t know or don’t want to get to the door so they cancel sometimes, it will be better hotel can give guests the Sainsbury address and let guests wait by there to avoid problems. I had cancelled taxi while I was even watch out. Overall I like this hotel.

The studio was very clean and equipped kitchen, thanks to Ms. Manisha, bed sheets, duvets, towels, utensils 10 stars. • r0ganhen (4/5): Transport Difficulties - Comfortable enough for a short stay. We had a train to catch at Euston and asked for a taxi at 1100. Told by reception that the taxi would pick up in the adjacent street. We asked how we would recognise the taxi as we had just seen off some family members who were going off to a different destination using Uber and their taxi initially went to a different pick up location. The receptionist said, "It will have taxi on it!" After 20 mins waiting we returned to reception to chase it up. She had been given the registration but had not made a note. After another 10 mins we asked her to check again and this time she got a registration number. Eventually we observed a man looking around near the hotel having parked in a different street. At 11.45 we eventually set off but missed a train by a couple of minutes. The driver was freelance for Uber and other companies and said he had been called 10 mins ago. Please note that this hotel does not use regular taxies and does not have a facility for a pick up from reception. With no nearby tube station and outside the area for Black Cabs you have to have an app and do things yourself.

• 907rajivt (10/5): Super place for a short or long stay! - We are staying at London Brentford as a family of 3. The location is excellent as South Ealing station nearby connects to all key Central London spots. The rooms as are spacious and well maintained which is a great start to any arrival experience. The Front Desk team -Monika, Manisha and Heena are very helpful, confidant and proactive. The breakfast spread is excellent and overall the entire team are amazing! Thank you all for making our stay so memorable!

• muhammaddZ2891KA (2/5): Very Disappointing – Standards Have Dropped - Very Disappointing – Standards Have Dropped We had a poor experience at Adagio Aparthotel Brentford. Despite requesting an upper-floor flat weeks in advance, we were given a first-floor room. The room was unclean, with dirty bedsheets and an unprepared sofa bed – very disappointing, especially with kids in tow. Halfway through our stay, a toilet issue made the room unliveable due to the smell. Only then were we moved to an upper-floor room (our original request), but we had to pack and move everything ourselves – no help offered. We’ve stayed here before and had a better experience, but this time the standards were far below expectations. Not worth the price. Hope the management takes action to improve.
• Giana (10/5): - It’s a very nice and clean hotel. It’s close to bus stops and train stations. It’s close to Kew Gardens as well. The staff is very helpful.
• Dionne (10/5): - Great apartments, clean and comfortable. There is a good supermarket a minutes walk away, which makes shopping convenient. Although you are limited with utensils for cooking. The car park is essential, this is a negative, particularly given the price of £15 per 24hours. This was particularly frustrating for me, as I was leaving at 6.30am and returning after 7pm every day. Reception staff were very helpful, she even came to meet me on the first evening, as I couldn't find the car park. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely return.
• Oyindamola (10/5): Absolutely loved every single bit! - I honestly loved everything about the property. It’s a very practical accommodation and close to transport links. The quality of the appliances in the room were top notch and customer service was superb. I do wish there was some heads-up about the 100 deposit damage fee to be paid before checking in. I understand it’s just precaution on the establishments part but would be great if that’s communicated up front. The deposit was returned to us in less than a day so that was great! We’ll definitely be coming back for more stays!

The apartment had everything we needed - very clean with soft bedding, good storage, lovely rain-shower, excellent kitchen facilities and the huge private balcony was fabulous! Everything was soundproofed too so we all slept very well. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Special thanks to Heena on reception who sorted parking for us, extended our departure time and watered our dogs! We loved every minute and didn't want to leave.
• Tina (8/5): - I loved the mini apartment it was perfect for our stay. Although a little work needs doing in places. The bathroom had nowhere to put your toiletries and there was no shelf or ledge in the shower either. The dinner plates were extremely small, more like side plates. It would have been nice to have 4 of each item and not 2.. like cups, bowls and cutlery.. we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish to be able to use them again. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay with decent climate control in the living and sleeping area and a very comfortable bed and very quiet. The balcony was very cold, but would have been nicer in the summer, and it offered a nice extra space to walk in, it was rather large. I would definitely go back, the staff could not be more helpful they were amazing.

It was a lovely place to stay, the balcony’s were amazing and the rooms looked nice when you walk in. for the price, I would stay there again but there was a few problems which could be improved . None of my tvs worked we had one in the living-room and one in the bedroom. They managed to fix one but the other didn’t gave a cable. They couldn’t fix this. Was annoying because they could have just grabbed one from an un occupied room. The bath was blocked so water didn’t drain when showering. Things were under the bed from the last guests and there was greasy hand prints and marks all over the headboard. There is a constant breeze from the fan which was annoying when you’re trying to sleep. Parking was easy to find but when in the car park the signs are not easy to understand. They direct you but don’t clearly say which spot you should have. Sainsbury’s is literally opposite the front door which was very handy.

The bathroom sink stopper was missing a part so it would constantly fill up unless the stopper was removed. The shower drain would fill up instantly while showering. There was trash left in the hallways every night, some of which was dumped on the floor. The parking garage seemed to be a hangout for hiding from the cold and never really felt safe. The only thing within walking distance is a sainsbury local which was kind of sad. The lobby "breakfast" was some sliced lunch meat and drink containers that looked to be filled up once a week?
• Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent aparthotel - Very modern and clean aparthotel. Studio room was bigger than expected, even with the sofa bed in use. Kitchen has everything you need, including oven and dishwasher. The laundry room can be booked for 2 hours to wash and dry all your clothes. It's £5 and it includes detergent and softener. Buses aat the corner take you to a tube station in 10/15 minutes, or it's a 10-minute walk to the railway station.

• Verified traveler (8/5): More of a 3-Star Experience Than a 4 - Star - This stay was okay - the front desk staff were wonderful and the location was why we chose this place- close to Kew Gardens. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel though- more like an upscale hostel. The lightening in the room was too artificial and not warm and did not feel as cozy as other hotels I've been to. Cleanliness was overall pretty good- but some ceiling and room features were dated and some light fixtures need to be fixed. But the room is as described. The bed was comfortable, The TV behind the bathroom door was odd and overall an odd space. Not sure if I would stay here again unless there's not a better option for this location.

• femarian82 (4/5): Disappointing Stay - Poor Cleanliness and Low Value for Money - We recently stayed at the Adagio Aparthotel in Brentford and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness standards were shockingly low. We found greasy dirt on the bathroom floor and in the shower corners with black mould. To make matters worse, there was a dirty piece of toilet paper stuck to the bathroom ceiling, which was both disgusting and unacceptable. If you arrive by car, run run run, tou have 15 minutes to check-in and provide the license plate otherwise they will automatixally issue a 100 pounds fine (PCN). The hotel charges a deposit fee, something l've never encountered in my travels before. We also paid for early check-in, but it wasn't granted, and we had to request a refund. The Smart TV in the room was practically useless, with all its functionalities disabled, leaving us with only local channels and no option to connect personal devices. While the reception desk staff were polite and helpful, the poor cleanliness and lack of basic amenities reflect a management issue. Additionally, room cleaning is only available for stays of 8 days or more. For shorter stays, even replacing towels incurs an extra charge-what a joke! Overall, this location does not deliver on cost-benefit. We've stayed in other Adagio Aparthotels with much better quality and service. Sadly, we cannot recommend this one.

Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. Lobby has an area selling some essentials etc. Sainsbury local is around the corner. Bus stops are across the street as well as the cutest coffee shop across the road. Safe and clean area. After traveling from so far, we were happy to have this place to come to at the end of our daily London adventures!

• PattyBris (8/5): Good hotel but inferior to other Adagio hotels - This hotel is not nicely located (20 min walk to the closest Tube station + 40 min on the subway to the central suburbs) but anyway, I knew it and it was my choice. But the worst was we could hear the noise of the busy viaduct next to us even with the glass door of the balcony totally shut. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean with a functional kitchenette, although the old dishwasher was not washing the dishes properly. We also had a Nespresso machine which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower excellent. The heated towel rack was a great touch in the bathroom. The breakfast was average. And we were really annoyed that in the 2 first mornings we arrived at the breakfast room and they couldn’t find our room number on the list of paid breakfast, even though the check in staff had noticed the mistake and fixed it. Well, at least they should have fixed it. This was not well organized. Also when I requested a couple of fresh towels in my third night (stay of 6 nights) the receptionist wanted to charge me for that and I had to argue. Shocking! Mostly if compared to other great Adagio hotels we stayed in this long trip. Some staff members were friendly and helpful but not everyone.
• Curious55945822721 (10/5): Excellent, spacious and value for money - Really spacious and excellent place to stay. Absolutely love the balcony and winter garden which let a lot of light in on gloomy days. I had a stay at a central London hotel recently and for the same price and I got a tiny room vs an entire apartment at this place Staff was absolutely fantastic as well. I have requested a change of room because I wanted a room at a higher floor and they were kind enough to check if any other room was available and changed it for me. Transport links are still pretty good. Although no tube station nearby, the bus stop is super convenient and there's a train station within walking distance as well.

• rialtogrl (10/5): Spacious apartment accommodation in Brentford - This is a great place to stay - especially visiting places in the west such as Kew Gardens. I stayed in a one bedroom and it was very spacious. Way more spacious than hotel rooms in central London. The "terrace" you see in the photos - I thought that was a common area, but it was actually in the room! The bed was extremely comfortable. Everyone at the front desk always had a smile, and I was graciously greeted by Manisha and Andrew when checking in, and Anta and the entire crew were so helpful and nice. This hotel is not super close to central London, so you will need to spend some time getting back and forth,. but it is super close to Heathrow, Richmond, Ealing, Kew, Twickenham.. it would be nice if the kitchen was a bit better outfitted (a colander and grater would be nice, plus smaller pans) but that is a minor quibble. I will return for sure.

We moved tabled and chairs into large double glazed balcony area and cooked a simple pasta meal for 3 (us and a guest) - Sainsbury's Local next to hotel. Nice, comfortable queen bed and decent bathroom. Nice, half an hour walk to Kew Gardens or restaurants on Chiswick High Street.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my needs were met throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Only that haven’t hear from them about my 100 Pounds down payment. And am waiting.

Although prior communication that photo ID is required to check in prior to arrival would have been appreciated as I didn't have any with me!!

• 2BLucky75 (10/5): Clean and spacious - Looking for a place to stay close to Richmond so we decided to stay here in Brentford. We had a separate bedroom suite and had our 2 kids with us. Upon arrival the hotel was really clean and the staff was very welcoming. We arrived later in the evening and the hotel had our kids addition bed made up already. The room we booked had a nice full kitchen. The had a small selection of food downstairs available for purchase to make in your rooms. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The only knock on this place was the price of their breakfast if you want to add on. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

There was standing water in the seal of the laundry bin. Basically a dirty wash. The shower had mound spores in the ceiling. We had to change rooms because the sheets had too many hairs from another person. We weren’t sure if they were fresh sheets. Other than that it was ok. The rooms are in decent condition and the dishwasher worked well.

• Natalie (4/5): Dissatisfied - Upon arriving at the Aparthotel in Brentford, we were greeted by a helpful reception staff, and the on-site parking provided by the hotel was a convenient plus. However, our positive impressions quickly faded once we stepped into our room. The accommodations lacked the cozy and inviting atmosphere one would expect from a hotel. Instead, it felt more like a hostel, with a distinct lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort. The room was far from the welcoming we had hoped for, leaving us deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience. Compounding our disappointment was the hotel's breakfast offering, which can only be described as abysmal. The selection was poor, the portions were meager, and the food seemed far from fresh. We were informed that the eggs were kept frozen before being cooked, which explained their unappetizing taste and texture. Adding insult to injury, our daughter's glass contained floating limescale from the water dispenser, an unacceptable lapse in basic hygiene standards. The gym facilities were also a letdown, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness and maintenance. It was clear that the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a satisfactory experience for guests was sorely lacking. While the reception staff was helpful, and the parking was a convenient amenity, these positive aspects were overshadowed by the numerous shortcomings we encountered during our stay. Never again.

• 178timh (10/5): Lovely hotel in Brentford - It is a very nice hotel and we found it easy to locate. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a very welcome balcony. Check in was easy and the staff helpful. The location is good too - no problem finding restaurants close by. Sainsburys was just a few metres away. We took an easy bus ride 15 minutes to Kew Gardens. Definitely recommend this hotel.
• carlj306 (6/5): Ok Place to Stay - Was in Brentford for a business meeting and stayed here for two nights. Room was spacious but a few niggles. Checking in I had a problem understanding the receptionist as his accent was quite thick. Room had not been cleaned properly, tissues and a dirty cotton bud left on the floor. Breakfast was good for the price.
