• JennieLovesHotels888 (8/5): Excellent value and location for a stay in Door County. - The location is great. Right on 42 and 5 minutes from Sister Bay. I stayed in the off season (early May) and they automatically upgraded me to a suite without my having to ask. The room was very comfortable, clean and I was able to open windows and sit on the veranda. TVs in the living room and bedroom with a good size fridge and sink. The only concern I had was that the main back entrance to the hotel was not locked. Anyone could've come in there and roamed the halls.

Así que excelente trabajo. Volvería y lo recomendaría.

We were very happy with our accommodations. Just a suggestion, upgrade the lamps maybe to include an extra outlet for plugging in phone chargers, or have a docking port for that reason. Another suggestion is maybe have a little section in the lobby for first aid products, bandaids, tylenol, antacids, etc. They can be for purchase, but that saves a trip to go out to find them. We needed tums and had to go out that night to buy some.

• ELIZABETH (8/5): We would go back there. - Great location; close to Ephraim and Sister Bay. Rooms were very accessible and we really enjoyed the patios for our rooms. Pools were great and everything was very clean. Very firm mattresses, which was fine for some, others would have preferred softer.

• Allen (9/5): - The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The pool areas were very nice especially the outdoor pool. The big trees afforded plenty of shade and a peaceful atmosphere. We also liked the maid alternative. That is, no maid service but instead they leave a basket of towels, cups, toiletries and new garbage bags outside the door. You simply swap the new stuff for the old and leave the basket outside the door. Very convenient. Outlets are few and far between.

Loved having the patio door to open for air. Bathroom is smaller but worked. Need some kind of grab bar handle to help getting in the tub/shower combo. Floor was slippery.

We went through the week so some of the restaurants were closed. It would have been nice to be able to cook a meal or two.

The only thing I was not happy about was the fact that I had two kids and a dog and I was placed on the second floor with no elevator. I guess next time I will have to request a first floor and not just assume I would have 1st floor.

• Ella (10/5): Girls Trip to Door County! - Diane at the front desk took the time to give us great advise of what to do and where to eat during our visit. Her recommendations were spot on! Our room was good and the towel basket we received each day kept us stocked with all our needs. My only critique would be the safety of the building. No locks to keep people from entering the building and the lock on our sliding glass door (Room 102) didn't seem to work correctly. We just locked the screen door as our safety mechanism.

The pool was perfect—our kiddo loved being able to swim and burn off energy, and it was a highlight of the trip. We were also so grateful that the hotel is pet-friendly; it meant the whole family could be together. A special shout-out to the front desk team, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Their kindness and attentiveness really made the experience extra special. When checking in we walked into the lobby forgetting to stop at the metal box. Staff at the door seemed put out by that mistake. The rooms seem dated. The bathrooms were extremely small. The indoor pool had a green color.

• TEDD (9/5): This was a great stay once we settled in. - Excellent stay in a great location. The only issue we had was there is no elevator. It was a struggle for us 70 plusers to move our "stuff" up the stairs. We wish we had known in advance that we were on the second floor.
