• Jessica (10/5): Sweet Staff - So, we actually didn't stay at the hotel after all. I'm embarrassed to admit, that when booking I searched by Arlington Cemetary. We like casinos, so it was perfect, I quickly reserved the room. The story is long, but I made several mistakes, and it wasn't until we were driving to Arlington (National) Cemetary and mapped our hotel from there, that I goofed and the resort was in WA not Virginia. Before I realized that, I had already called to add a day to our trip. During that time, the woman that took my call was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and helpful. When I called back to let her know the mistake I made, and we wouldn't be there in an hour, she was even sweeter. She was able to refund the extra day, and I have no doubt she would've refunded everything, if I hadn't purchased thru Hotels, and there was a cancellation deadline. Our trip was over a month ago, it's a blur as you can imagine my panic trying to find a hotel in DC an hour before we got there, so I can't remember her name. But I want to go to WA just to see her! We received a call later that night from someone else confirming we wouldn't be there. He was also extremely nice. If I ever go to WA, I would stay here.

• shawna (10/5): - This hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are good sized. Beautiful bathroom with two shower heads. The beds are comfortable and with four pillows (i dod not have to use my own). Friendly staff, especially the players club. Had dinner at the fine dining. You must get the ceaser salad! Best that I have had. Over all stay was great and definitely will stay here again. 🙂

Only one way into shower and shower door doesn’t close all the way so water ends up all over outside floor, no where to hang towel outside shower, no bars in shower to grab if needed. Bathroom mirror and lighting not good. Outside parking lot great and big parking spots but they play music into parking lots which seemed to go on until 10 ?? Nice little frig in room and later found microwave where you get ice.

The bathroom could use brighter lightbulbs for us mature women that need more light to make ourselves ourselves presentable before leaving the room. The Asian restaurant was excellant. The no smoking policy in the casino made it a pleasant atmosphere. We will be back.

When trying to get my car the next morning, the security guard that was supposed to help me was a real prick. He was rude and impatient and made me wait for 20 minutes.

It would be nice to have seating near Katies Kitchen where under 21 can sit. Food was great and inexpensive. Loved room service, forget that even excited, so that was a nice perk. She was so very helpful friendly and all around the best I've ever dealt with I truly wish I could remember her name! The hotel was great awesome room really wish our room could have had a bathtub but hubby loved the shower. The casino was bigger then I expected and there's a place inside to eat that's open 24hrs the food was amazing and affordable!

Gorgeous room well decorated and very spacious shower. Only issue we had is housekeeping never showed up to clean and refill coffee, etc. we had to call and have someone bring us supplies. Great restaurants on site.
