• Julie-Ann (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Beautiful hotel with a family room in a lovely setting. The pool with beautiful jacuzzi and bar/sun lounger area was fantastic. Breakfast was buffet style with good choice. The location was slightly out of the town centre (5 minute walk) but closer to the trail to Tortuga Bay.

Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Price was excellent value for the accommodations. We had issues with our room the first night - the water heater was exceptionally loud. The hotel moved us to a new room the next day

• Cynthia (10/5): Wonderful staff, great breakfast and a really nice pool area with bar! - Wonderful breakfast buffet--lots of hot and cold choices, coffee, tea, juices, eggs, and breads. The pool area was amazing--plenty of lounge chairs, big pool, really nice hot tub and an outdoor bar--great to enjoy at the end of a hot day! The location was walkable to the main shopping and restaurant area. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The bathroom in our room was a little outdated but I would still stay here again!

• MARIA CARMEN (9/5): Excelente opción para alojarse - La ubicación es perfecta, alejado del paseo pero en cinco minutos o menos se llega. Todo el personal súper amable, tuvimos un problema con booking, con el precio y con el cambio de 2 noches a tres, fueron ellos los que nos lo arreglaron y no booking. Tener una piscina donde pegarte un chapuzón después de los tours viene fenomenal.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille. Le billard et le ping pong ont été un plus pour les enfants.

• Tracy (9/5): A great choice! - The pool and outdoor areas are too notch. The room was clean and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. If you’re not at breakfast when it opens, don’t expect to find anything fresh. The staff were slow to replace glasses, silverware and breakfast items.

• Constanze (10/5): If you're going to Galapagos - stay at Hotel Fiesta (Santa Cruz) - Our first visit to the Galapagos Islands took us to Santa Cruz, where we chose the Hotel Fiesta as a base for numerous activities. The excellent reviews had inspired us to book – and we were not disappointed. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived: the reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even if you don't speak Spanish, you can easily communicate in English. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was cleaned daily, and the fresh towels were lovingly folded into little animal shapes – a charming touch. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was excellent with hot water always available. The air conditioning was quiet and reliable. A special bonus is the beautiful pool area with three whirlpools, which we made extensive use of after our excursions. Right next to it is a bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks; pool towels are provided free of charge, of course. The free luggage storage is also practical, which we used twice when we explored other islands for several days. The breakfast was fine, and the staff were as courteous as ever. If you have to leave early to catch a ferry, you get a free breakfast pack to take with you—a great service! The hotel's location is ideal: it's only a five-minute walk to the harbor, yet you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. We would particularly like to highlight the warmth and support of Gabriel and Vanessa at the reception, who were always on hand to help us with any questions or minor concerns we had. If our travels take us back to this island paradise, the Hotel Fiesta will definitely be our first choice again. We were completely satisfied!

• Alexis (8/5): Hôtel enchanté - L’hôtel ne se trouve pas exactement en plein centre ce qui est idéal pour ne pas être entouré de bruit, surtout si on cherche à se reposer. Même si je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’ai réservé sur la plateforme, je n’ai pas à me plaindre car j’ai eu une chambre éloignée du reste beaucoup plus tranquille. L’entourage et la commodité font un plus aussi. Très bon petit déjeuner. Il y a eu une différence notable entre comment le monsieur de l’accueil m’a reçu et comment il a reçu a d’autres touristes étrangers derrière moi. Je ne sais pas si les politiques pour nationaux et internationaux sont différentes, peut être que oui et ça été donc ma faute ou peut être aurais-je dû faire mention que je viens d’Europe aussi? Ce n’est pas une plainte car peu m’importe cela mais tout de même pour les futures touristes…
• L William (9/5): - All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and you could get eggs cooked to order. The pool was warm with plenty of areas to lounge comfortably. The hot tub was very spacious. The location was wonderful with a short walk to the main road where the shops and restaurants were located as well as the dock area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. When the staff cleaned to room, they would open the blinds and the sun would shine in heating up the room. Would have preferred if they had just left them shut to help keep the room cooler. The air conditioner worked great but just had to wait for the room to cool down.

El horario de desayunos es muy corto (de 7 a 9 h), y en el momento que contratas una excursión no puedes desayunar en el hotel, si bien es verdad que te lo preparan para llevar, pero no tiene nada que ver con el que se toma en el hotel. Las habitaciones tienen poco espacio para colocar las cosas y el baño está un poco anticuado, necesitaría una reforma.

• Isabelle (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit tollen Pool und ausbaufähigem Frühstück - Großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage Wäscheservice Lage noch im Rahmen Sehr schöne Poollandschaft (durch spielende Kinder hin und wieder etwas laut, aber damit muss man rechnen) Das Frühstück ist stall verbesserungsfähig - wir waren um 8 Uhr beim „Buffett“ - es gab weder Besteck noch Teller, zwar Müsli aber ist nur heiße Milch dafür vorgesehen. Zum Toast wurde die Butter und Marmelade (mehr nicht) mit auf Anfrage ausgeteilt. Das Personal ist zwar anwesend gewesen aber völlig blind, dass 90% aufgegessen wurden und alle warteten.

Thanks to her, our stay was comfortable and we had an excellent time. The hotel room was quiet and we were able to have a good rest. Jacuzzi was really nice too!
• Candice (3/5): Needs some improvement. - The pool and facilities were nice. Overall things were clean and well taken care of. I booked this hotel because it seemed like a good value and they had a restaurant, pool, and bar. I booked this property because it looked like a comfortable place to relax when we got back from excursions. The bar wasn’t open and when we finally got a drink they only had beer and it’s $10 per beer - a rip off. The breakfast started at 7am which is when most excursions and water taxis start. Other hotels start at 6am because you have to have an early breakfast otherwise you don’t eat. We got the take away breakfast several days and it was a very sad sandwich with barely one slab of meat or cheese and a little butter, an apple, cheap crackers and a juice. Although the amenities look nice the restaurant was only open briefly for breakfast which you won’t be able to eat if you’re doing any activities, the bar wasn’t open, and there was also a strange lingering smell in the area at times which smelled like sewage. Overall there are other hotels on the island that were cheaper and that had an early breakfast, restaurant/bar that was open at appropriate hours, and that has all of these amenities. I would shop around if I had to do it all again.

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. Everything, there is really nothing bad to say about the property. All rooms are next to each other so expect some level of noise.

• Kristine (9/5): Bien - Idéalement situé à proximité du centre-ville tout en offrant une tranquillité absolue, cet établissement dispose d’une piscine et d’un jacuzzi impeccables et modernes. Le personnel est aux petits soins et le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Les chambres, bien que fonctionnelles, présentent un mobilier dépassé et une décoration vieillotte. La salle de bain, quant à elle, nécessite une rénovation complète. De plus, nous avons constaté avec regret la fermeture du bar de la piscine pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits, ce qui a limité les possibilités de détente et de convivialité.

• Dmitrii (10/5): - This is the best option on Santa Cruz. Perfect place for work (powerful Wi-Fi, comfortic zones near the pool) or holidays. Every picture was true. We liked style of this hotel, choice of breakfasts, jakuzzi, bar, all the stuff. They also offer drinking water, this is crucial for Galapagos. All recommendations!
