Stephani (1/5): Would never stay again - Pictures make this hotel look great. In person it was awful. Hotel door was a thin wooden door with one lock. Beds were not level to where you were laying at an uncomfortable angle. We stayed for all of 10 minutes before my family got really uncomfortable in this environment so we left and have been requesting a refund and the hotel has not responded.

Find just one plug that works to charge my Phone and my watch. The breakfast didnt start at 7am.. I went there almost 7:30 and the employee was still putting the things and she wasn't friendly at all talking on the Phone all the time

No recomiendo para nada este hotel, si ves mi review no estoy exageran - Es algo para resolver y no para ir en familia y pasarla bien, los cuartos familiares son anticuados y llenos de hongo. Se puede escuchar todo entre las habitaciones. Lo que nos imposibilitó la hora de dormir con menores ya que en el cuarto de al lado habían varias personas asiendo ruido hasta altas horas de la noche.

La habitación en la que estuve tenía en la pared, por el área del aire acondicionado un espacio que al parecer hubo filtración o humedad y necesita pintarse. Al igual las puertas se ven deterioradas.

Hubo problemas con el agua caliente de la ducha El agua caliente no salía rápido. Incluso hubo una vez que no salió. El agua estaba súper fría y como llovió más aún.

Francisco (5/5): - Thank you for reaching out and for taking the time to follow up regarding our recent stay at the Arecibo Inn. I appreciate the courtesy of the front desk personnel upon our arrival. However, I would like to share some concerns from our visit so that they may be addressed and improved for future guests. Upon check-in, the first front desk associate did not add the information to my account that I had specifically requested. A second front desk associate later assisted and resolved this issue, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, our first night was very difficult, as we were unable to sleep due to loud conversations occurring outside the building throughout the night. I did report the situation during our stay. Additionally, the maid service was below expectations, and most concerning, the bed in room 212 appeared to have bed bugs. This was extremely upsetting, especially as I was traveling with my wife. It was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. We travel to the island on a yearly basis and were expecting a better overall experience. Regrettably, based on this stay, I would rate the experience a 3 out of 10. I share this feedback sincerely and constructively, with the hope that these matters can be addressed to improve the comfort and satisfaction of future guests. Habitacion no cuenta con butaca, microhonda, la nevera pequeña está sobre el piso lo cual es incomodo para usarla. El uso del T.V. maliximo todo el tiempo hay que setear el control con la caja y el T.V. No tiene barreras para impedidos y un solo lugar para estacionamiento de impedidos. El lugar en donde sirven el desayuno es maliximo e incomodo. Especialmente cuando hay muchos huespedes.
