- Sofia (5/5): Simple. - Since 2019 everytime I come to Madrid I stay here. Definitely the location is the best about this hotel. During this trip I walk more the around the hotel and truly discovered that the location is the best. For the price I think they need to renovate some rooms that feel old. One would think that you are paying for luxury but the reality is that you are not, you are paying obky for the location. Also, I stayed on floor 6, very noisy floor! I would hear when people started opening doors and etc, so if you want to have some relaxing time during your stay I dont think this is the place! If you have to go to Madrid for business then this is the place. Is a very out and about hotel. Also, for the price and being a 4 star hotel y think they should start including breakfast.

The room was large and spacious and clean and nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good but as a northern European there was too little healthy bread like whole grain, only many types of white bread.

- Eliana B. (1/5): Una desastre - hice una reserva para que mi hija viajara y tuve que cancelar porque ella vijaba sola y su amiga no pudo viajar. POr lo que si viajaba se quedaba sola. Pedí al hotel la consideración y la respuesta fue negativa, se quedaron con el dinero total de la reserva y además no consideraron ni siquiera el cambio de fechas. La verdad que un desastre para una empresa como esa. Nunca más iría y además me ocuparé de decirlo , es una estafa y ademas una fal,ta de personalización. En el mundo de hoy no existen empresas como esas.

- AMBRA (5/5): - Normalmente valoro bien este hotel ya que me he alojado muchas veces por trabajo en los últimos años. Aumenta los precios cada vez más eso si aunque las instalaciones y el servicio no se adecuan. Entonces esta vez voy a escribir: tenía el desayuno incluido en la reserva, al levantarme por la mañana no me encontraba del todo bien, por lo que pedí si por favor me podían subir aunque sea un café con leche y un cruasán. Después de haberlo pedido a recepción que me pasaba con el bufet y luego otra vez con recepción en un giro infinito, me dijeron que bueeeeno ok pero me cobrarían 10€. Me parece un trato no solamente no adecuado a un hotel en el que estoy pagando 300euros una noche, sino que realmente a nivel "amabilidad" con el cliente. Me ha parecido realmente mal.
