Lo más molesto fue que booking me cobro 2 noches por adelantado y al llegar al lugar la administradora Latifa nos volvió a cobrar la misma cantidad argumentando que ella no recibía pagos con tarjeta y solo efectivo. No dio siquiera recibo por lo tanto booking no me puede reembolsar mi primer pago. El drenaje de la ducha tapado, no hubo toallas el segundo día.

• Carla (10/5): Para volver sin duda - Está a 15 minutos de la plaza central de Marrakech, el desayuno es genial, café, zumo, dulces típicos, mermelada, crema de cacahuete… cambiaban las toallas todos los días y la limpieza era brutal. Nos guardaron las maletas hasta por la tarde e incluso nos dejaron una llave de la puerta principal para entrar cuando nos fuéramos al aeropuerto. Sin duda, para repetir y recomendar.

Por paso, quizás me tocó la habitación que no estaba del todo bien, aunque somos unas personas que nos adaptamos ( en esta también), me tocó que tenía la vasija media suelta del suelo, el grifo del lavamanos partido, (para abrir o cerrar el agua había que agarrarlo), la ducha se llenada de agua ya que el desagüe pues estaría tupido, pero bueno como dije me adapto. Lo peor sin duda el no poder pagar con tarjeta, llevábamos dinero para nuestra estancia por fuera, pensando que podríamos pagar con tarjeta o por medio de Booking, pero no, en efectivo.

• Balazs (6/5): - I had high expectations for this riad and for this reason I was very disappointed. The biggest disappointment was related to the cleanliness, a lot of dust in the room, on the floor, on the wardrobe doors. One evening an earplug fell out between the bedside table and the bed, I was horrified at how dirty it was there. The towels are very old and worn, I think they are over 20 years old, disgusting. The place where you take a shower is always filled with water because the drain is clogged. Very poor breakfast, bread and jams, a little butter and on request, omelette, only on request. We announced that we would leave early on the last day and they gave us one round loaf of bread for 6 people. Humiliating. I do not recommend this accommodation to friends. The only advantage is the location and the quiet.
• Niccoló (9/5): - Tradizionale riad marocchino, piccolo ma molto curato, ben arredato e accogliente. Si trova al limite tra la Medina, la parte storica di Marrakech, e la zona più moderna della città, quindi in una posizione molto comoda. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria, Latifa, che ci ha offerto un ottimo tè alla menta e ci ha fatto accomodare nel salottino comune, facendoci subito sentire i benvenuti. La camera non è grande, ma è pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario: letto comodo, armadio capiente e asciugamani puliti in bagno. La colazione è semplice ma buona, con diversi prodotti tradizionali. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia quotidiana della camera con il cambio degli asciugamani, la possibilità di fare colazione fino a tarda mattinata e anche il fatto che l’ultimo giorno ci sia stato concesso di lasciare la camera fino alle 12:00, così da poterci organizzare con calma. Le uniche piccole note negative sono la scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere, probabilmente tipica di questo tipo di strutture, e l’impossibilità di pagare con carta, cosa che avrei preferito visto l’importo del soggiorno.

El personal del Riad es sumamente amable, nos recibieron con un te y galletitas, el desayuno es muy abundante y rico, el lugar es muy limpio.. todo fue excelente. La dueña fue tan amable que se ofreció a lavar nuestra ropa sin cargo, ya que estábamos buscando un servicio de lavandería de ropa. La verdad estamos súper agradecidos. Todo estuvo excelente.

Latifa, la señora que regenta el lugar, es una mujer muy agradable que te hace sentirte agusto en el riad. Cuando llegamos nos ofreció un té y unas pastitas de bienvenida. Los desayunos son muy variados y te hacen unas tortitas calentitas buenísimas. Nos aconsejó ir a comer a Zuman Food un restaurante familiar cercano y fue todo un acierto. No tengo nada que objetar

The staff was courteous, although it is helpful to know Arabic or French to communicate fully. We were able to communicate in English, which, with a positive attitude towards people and the situation, proved effective and was not a major issue. The owners were very hospitable, friendly and vert polite The breakfast was traditional and tasty, with fresh produce. The room was small but sufficient to rest and take refuge from the sun-baked streets of the city. Latifa , la proprietaria, disponibilissima, ci ha accolto subito con un buonissimo tè; ogni mattina colazione super abbondante, quando siamo usciti presto per un’escursione ci ha lasciato un cestino con colazione da asporto. La mattina della partenza ha pensato lei a prenotarci il taxi che è venuto a prenderci al Riad. Era il mio compleanno e il mio compagno le ha chiesto un mazzo di rose che lei mi ha fatto trovare in camera e non ha voluto che glielo pagassimo. Asciugamani puliti ogni giorno. Tutto benissimo; l’unico suggerimento sono i prodotti da far trovare in bagno ma non è stato un problema perché siamo scesi sotto casa e abbiamo comprato tutto al supermercato

Ξεχωριστή μνεία για τη γλυκύτατη οικοδέσποινα. Ήταν κυριολεκτικά σαν μαμά, χαμογελαστή κ ευγενέστατη. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Προτείνεται. Merci pour tous Madame ! Vous etes tres gentille! 🌹🌹 Αν πρέπει ντε κ καλά να βρω κάτι να πω, θα πω ότι θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο. Χωρίς ωστόσο αυτό να αποτελεί κάποια σοβαρή παρατήρηση.

La señora que lleva el Riad en todo momento fue muy atenta y agradable, así como el resto del personal. La habitacion limpia y espaciosa, el desayuno de 10 y un rooftop muy bonito y con buenas vistas. Repetiriamos sin ninguna duda.

• marcella (9/5): Una bella scoperta…!!! - Il Riad si trova in una posizione strategica in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. La pulizia della stanza ottima. Le stanze affacciano nel cortile interno dove viene servita un ottima colazione. Buona accoglienza è disponibilità da parte di Latifa che alle 2:30 di notte è venuta a prenderci lì dove poteva arrivare il taxi. Riad consigliato Unica pecca al mattino si sentono le voci di chi è nel cortile.

L'hébergement est très bien situé, à proximité de la médina mais aussi de restaurants et de commerce.Le ménage est fait dans les chambres tous les jours , et les petits déjeuners sont bons et copieux. Et surtout un grand merci à Latifa qui est toujours d'une grande disponibilité , très gentille et de bon conseil. Merci aussi à ses deux collègues qui l'aident et qui sont serviables et gentilles. En résumé, tout est fait pour se sentir comme chez soi ,nous recommandons cet établissement. Rien !
