- Natalie (9/5): Welcoming and helpful hosts - We needed somewhere to stay very last minute, with a check-in time of almost 11pm. We were able to book easily and the staff were readily available and helpful upon our arrival. They were able to swap our room (we only found a twin online to book but they had doubles available) and were genuinely very welcoming. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bathroom was a superb size. The blackout blinds were great and the room ambience was perfect for our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised to meet a Ukrainian gentleman at the reception—it was such a nice and comforting experience to communicate in my native language. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're booking last-minute like I did—I reserved my room just this morning, and everything went smoothly. I had really loud neighbors in the other room.

- Laura (9/5): A nice hotel at the charming Isleta - The hotel is quite new and close to bus stops and some cafes and within a brisk walk from Canteras beach. The staff were very friendly. My room was spacious enough and well equipped (AC). Worth the price. The room was quite dreary (pwrhsps needing some more textiles and pictures at the walls?) and not soundproof as mentioned. The door slams in the corridor made my door slam, too. Maybe it could be absorbed by some kind of pad in the door frame?

- Max (8/5): Nice and friendly budget hotel - It's one of the few affordable options and was available on short notice. Staff was friendly and checkin and checkout were quick. It was clean and everything was in working order. There's a small bar/restaurant attached to the hotel that has decent coffee. They allowed to take my bicycle in the room. There were some really loud guests in the middle of the night yelling and screaming. The breakfast option for 8 Euros seemed a little expensive for what I got. They also said it was a buffet but I ended up having to order something from a menu.

- Rick (5/5): you can and should do better - location by the ferry terminal was good. Property is reasonable new and maintained. handy basic cafeteria downstairs with friendly servers. beds were comfortable but a wee bit lumpy. ok I was sick with a cold. property was having work done (not made ware before) jackhammers were out and making a bone jarring noise by 8 AM. this is not fair at all. I moved hotels after the 2 day of this. toilet has “sanitized” band around it but a big nasty brown streak running down the front and a seat that would be better at a public bus station. stained badly. control didn’t flush on either setting. don’t expect a hot shower. all hot is barely warm.

- Tina (3/5): Never again - The accommodation was close to the city beach of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and also supermarkets, cafes, bars were nearby. The staff was quite nice and we could leave the hotel earlier getting our money back without any explanations needed. The room was stuffy without possibility of fresh air. It was super noisy from the neighbors, air conditioning was not working, only very bright artificial light and hairs in the bathroom.

I Recommend this hotel! - The bed was very big and confy, the staff very polite and with positive vibe, fantastisc pressure at the shower water, the location is situated near SuperDino and Castillo de la Luz. We stayed 2 nights here with 65 euro/night, good deal for these money.

The shower head I have to hold with 2 hands if I want to keep it in place and not broke from the wall or the water squirt from the wall.
