- Sidney (3/5): A cheap hotel for local use only primarily. I would not recommend staying there and I will not agai! - No breakfast! The room has a couple roaches on the floor. The coffee had sunflower seeds inside where you pour water. I washed 6 to 8 times before using.

- Hazel (8/5): It was nice I needed a break and I got one. - The workers are so sweet and a gr8 help when needed. Could've been cleaned better in bathrom...they need new sheets and some tvs need to be upgraded as well as a stronger wifi connection.

- Cassandra (2/5): A deeply disappointing and unsafe stay that I would never repeat. - The staff was kind and tried to make things smoother. We had to switch rooms due to bugs and broken outlets, only to find the new room hot, musty, and with a broken AC filter. My sister-in-law stepped on broken glass, and we found more sharp debris on the floor. The pool was unusable, falsely advertised amenities were missing, and overall cleanliness and safety were unacceptable.

The staff, though overwhelmed, incapable, & untrained were at least kind. Check in took 30min and the inexperienced front desk worker 4 tries to check us in. We were the only people in line. Our room had 2 TVs yet only one broken remote with NO BATTERIES. Finding batteries took them about 45min! They had no tissues, napkins, or plates or food in the 'breakfast' area. The bedding had burns & stains.

- Tiffany (1/5): Don’t stay here. There are plenty of other nearby hotels, which I didn’t know previously. - The location was very close to family we were visiting. The staff did try to be helpful. First room had a non working toilet. The second room had cockroaches coming out of the room fridge. The third room had wads of toilet paper under the bed. I asked for a refund and was told by the reception desk that she would facilitate that happening and to expect a phone call. Even verified my phone number. No call came and neither did a refund.

- Rebecca (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend to anyone - The connivence to 431 While the staff were courteous, the overall cleanliness of our stay fell short. Our room lacked a trash can, the towels provided were still dirty and contained hair, and the bathroom showed signs of black mold. Despite our time there, the room was not cleaned even once.

That meth heads walked the hotel all night and if you have anything of value in the rooms to take them with you the owner raj allows his staff to enter the rooms throughout the day while you’re gone I went thru my stuff and not only was one pair of my shoes stolen 2 pair were and they weren’t cheap yes I clowned I know for sure I made the do not rent list but trust I could careless.

Went to the desk at 6am and the staff was a mute and acted like I was disturbing her. A car was outside our window with their headlights shining through our window with the base so loud. Dirty laundry on the floor and waded up sheets on the counter in the walk in area. The whole experience was a joke. The place even lost power

The room smelled like old mold. There was paint splatter all in the tub that could have been easily cleaned off after painting , but it was left . There were flying knats in the hallway

- Shannon (1/5): - I wish there was something good I could say about this place but unfortunately there is not. Me and my mom were staying for a memorial for my dad. When we checked in at 3:30 we noticed we didn't have any towels, ice bucket, trash can, or toilet paper in the room. We left for a few hours before we left I talked to the front desk and made them aware of these issues. I was told that we would have everything in the room by the time we came back. They did not! We had to go buy towels and rags just so we could take a shower. Every time I would ask they always had an excuse. They said they had no towels in the whole place. They gave me a bag for an ice bucket and we used Walmart bags for trash. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMEND!!

I paid and reserved a room and they didn’t even have reserved. The coffee machine didn’t work the snacks from the vending machine were so old and tasted awful. We will not be reserving or stay at this hotel in the future.
