A family medical emergency necessitated me extending our stay for an undetermined amount of days. Not only did she quickly and flawlessly arrange things with speed and efficiency, she provided comfort to me in a personal and touching way that eased the pain of a very difficult day. She displayed true servant’s heart and is a beautiful asset to your business.

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of meat and vegan options. Fresh, clean, delicious preparations with plenty of attention to an appetizing impression. The atmosphere when you walk in is beautiful and very clean and bright. The staff is very professional and very nice. Especially Samy at the check in reception desk. And Stacy the bartender is awesome and kind and makes amazing up to date drinks. The cooks also make amazing tasting foods. The on-site manager was also walking around and talking to guests or just people coming in for happy hour. Its a great place to stay. Its a calm and quite place, nice to relax after a long work day. The rooms are nice and a great price. Make your reservation now!

- areos2024 (10/5): Perfect continental breakfast - It’s a clean typical room. Standard no issues. But honestly where they shine is with continental breakfast. Perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, egg whites, sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit. But the reason I decided to take time to write a review, is that I thought the service was exceptional. Was greated by Pepe when we walked in, and he made feel like a 5 star experience (at a continental breakfast…no way). Guided us to table, explained the features, kept the coffee full with perfect timing (not too much not too little), reminded us that last call was coming up with time to spare, and kept the table bused. He did it with elegance. I know I sound smitten for Pepe but really he made it feel like a wonderful luxurious 5 star experience. So kudos. My wife and I thought he did great. Great way to end our stay.

Easy parking. Easy in and out, access. The shower water pressure was absolutely pathetic. I don’t get the Irvine hotel parking fees - weird - this is one of the worse ones - $30 per night!! Come on.

Dorothy has been there each time I’ve checked in and is a delight to chat with. The hotel is clean, the breakfast buffet is tasty, and the beds are comfortable. The location is close to the college and not far from the beach. Won’t stay anywhere else!

The water in the back of the toilet was not refilling after flushing, so we had to manually reset it every time. Our TV also broke midway through our stay; the mechanic was unable to fix it. Overall, while the hotel looks presentable, there’s a lot of things that need updating.
- Rankin (9/5): Great OC hotel close to John Wayne Airport - Super clean and quiet, modern room. The bar and restaurant area was convenient serving late into the evening. Check-in and check-out was fast.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hote - Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.
