We pulled in to a building that looked like it belonged on the set of some sort of dystopian, post-collapse movie set. the reviews we read I took with a grain of salt and that proved to be a poor decision. Actual blatent drug use and drinking in the parking lot, peeling paint from top to bottom and no sign of any sort of upkeep. It very literally looked like an abondoned property.
• Jared (6/5): ...... our stay....... - We pulled up and thought we should probably just find somewhere else but we were running late and needed to get to our event. The outside appears in disarray however, I believe they are in transition of ownership and repairs. The air conditioning unit cover was taped on to wall base and did fall off. There were cracks between the window casing and wall where we could see insulation. The window was unlocked at time of check in. The bed was clean, bathroom was clean. The remainder of the room left much to be desired. I wore socks/hubby wore shoes until we climbed into bed, due to carpet appearance. We did check for bedbugs - NONE noted. Bedskirt was stained, end tables were gross - I wiped them down with wet washcloth that turned grey. NO mold in the bathroom which was a plus and it was decent. Parking lot and grass had many discarded beer bottles and garbage lying around. I never did see the Front Desk person throughout our stay. Hubby checked in and he talked to someone. Overall, we got a clean bed/shower/toilet. Not worth what they charged us to have our two small dogs who are well trained in the room ($30 PER dog for one night and they stay in a kennel). The lobby is nice, the remainder of the hotel needs some serious repairs. Won't stay here again and probably will bypass any OYO property in the future.

• Vernon (2/5): - This place is a health hazard. It looks abandoned. It’s filthy. Mold, stains, junk piled in the pool area. We had 2 nights reserved and they refused to cancel and refund our second night despite it being a complete dump. The owner is a slum lord. We left without a refund and stayed elsewhere. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Truly the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen let alone entered. How it’s not condemned truly amazes me! I will be notifying Health officials it was that bad! Walking on the carpet made my white socks look like I walked outside in the dirt. There are truly no words to describe how bad this place is! It absolutely looks like a zombie apocalypse inside and outside of this place. The spider webs in the stairwell were huge! Just do not give this place a dime. It’s unsafe and unsanitary.

The room smell like cigarette smoke, had to sleep with windows open because smell was so strong, we found prior guest clothing in our room, was not clean, and the room carpet was damp.

The second room had old clothes in the night stand and the smoke alarm kept going off. Breakfast didn't have milk, drinks and cream cheese was communal.

Wasn’t going to leave a review except they kept messaging me asking for a review despite me asking them to stop so here’s the deal. Empty beer bottles stacked outside entrances. Food and garbage in stairwells. Sheets and towels were stained. Mildew smell in room. Exterior of building needs new paint. Water leaking into buckets in hallway. Police were called during my stay. They say it’s under renovation but I don’t believe that’s true based on past reviews.

We were in our room about 8pm when there were 2 men fighting outside our window on the first floor and slamming each other off the window in our room. The door to our room didn't shut properly so you had to pull it to make sure it locked. Don't bring your kids to this hotel it's not safe.

They are in the process too of painting etc. so it will just get better and better. We would go again to stay -- they do have mainly a cold breakfast but it was plenty good and great coffee. We will give it an A - keep in mind the price was so doable as well

You could tell the bedding was clean but there were still stains. 3/4 bath towels had stains. You have to provide your own subscribing service to watch tv.

The outside of the building was in bad shape. We didn't feel safe. The place was garbage. The price charged was way too much. I will never use Booking.com again. I feel you ripped us off.

After five minutes we called the front desk then someone came from the back. The room wasn't the cleanest either. TV stand and night stand were sticky, sheets looked to be stained, food left in fridge from last guest and not taken care of.

• D5672FLrolandc (2/5): Dirtiest Hotel Experience Ever Witnessed / OYO is disgraceful & disgusting - Hotel is in a complete state of repair and disfunction. Lobby was extremely filthy. I over looked that and checked in anyway. My room was utterly repulsive and disgusting. Sheet stains on back toilet lid rim from previous owners. Pubic hairs stuck to shower wall / shower spout. I never checked the sheets because I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was not given a refund nor an option for another room. I lost $153 ............ My advice, Please read my review and go elsewhere people.

It looked like the windows hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. It looked like a rat trap. Hotels.com need to take this down from their site. OYO need to take better control of their franchises. The website pictures look nothing like what reality is.
• Jennifer (3/5): You get what you pay for... - Same day booking with a price totaling less than $100.00. No staff at the front desk upon arrival or at checkout. Had to call a phone number and then wait for the desk staff to arrive from wherever they were. The outside and inside common areas were in disrepair and the room itself, while functional was filthy. We literally ran to the store to buy disinfectant wipes and cleaned our room. The couch was stained, so we covered it with the extra sheet, there was dust so thick on the vanity, that you could see the outline of where the ice bucket had been sitting on the tray. There were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and dirt along the window sill. Dirty, run down, no desk staff available, despite the fact that they claim 24 hour front desk.

• Ricky (2/5): Avoid it - False advertised. Associates with Jackpot junction but it's a few miles away. My female companions were concerned about security as the rooms were ground level with weak windows exposed to the street. Advertises indoor pool which was not only out of service there was all sorts of junk and construction debris in the area. The place is in disrepair with the external siding rotting away, everything is very dated, the bed mattress was old and uncomfortable, the blankets were old and smelled old. The pillows were flattened out. The internet was horrible not suited for gaming, the breakfast was poor, and coffee wasn't good. It was a lower priced place but if you are going budget try anything else.

• Michael (4/5): It served the l purpose of having a place to sleep not of having romance the night of valentines. - Pool was shut down for the month in repair no mention of that being the case, the game room was gone not active they hardly had darts and 1 or 2 board games, there is NO regular cable TV they have a TV in room and wifi so it's Tubi and youtube other apps and things you need your own subscription to access again no pre mention of that until you get there the town is small and everything closes by 830-9pm you can be stranded with limited food and the hotel charges 3$ for cans of pop and bottle waters and simple snacks... bad business. The place as a whole needs lots of fixing outer walls need painting ice machines broken ceilings in repair it's very Sub par not the worst but co pared to whats shown it left you Dissapointed. Ohh almost forgot The Included breakfast.. is the only hotel breakfast I've ever been to that didn't have the waffle maker or pancakes or somthing no cooked eggs no bacon or sausage no potatoes, what was there? Cold cereal bread for toast a hand full of cinimon roles (ms freshly dollar tree stuff) and granola bars.. the orange juice was TANG!! Amd they had cold boiled eggs as if it was the Comercial making fun of that by other companies again just PISS poor ... sad

When we tried to check in the guy behind the desk asked someone on the phone if they had replaced the window in the room I’m assuming they were going to give us. I would assume since we were the only ones in the building that they would have more than one room? When you look at the lobby all the ceiling types were falling down. I don’t know how this place is passing an inspection from the city? At best this place need to be slated for demolition. If we could give this a -100 review we would. Please stay away from this place.

• Katelynn (10/5): - 10 years ago or so, this hotelwas where the druggies would stay, party, and you could smell pot and cigarettes from outside. Being left vacant for 5-6 and then ownership taken by OYO team, it's remarkable how they've transformed it. Don't let the outside fool you, it is clean, warm, hot shower with pressure. A tad outdated but you can clearly see what the vision is and I will certainly be staying here again to watch the vision unfold. Absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you OYO team!

My room had wood ticks in it due to the AC unit NOT being fully secured to the wall ( could see outside light ), floors were stained to the point my brand new white socks were dark brown, bath tub majorly stained, shower curtain had mold on it, bedding had cigarette burn holes. The hall way floors were disgusting! All outlets in the hallways had air fresheners in them. The security door didn’t latch. From the outside you could see mattress leaned up a window on the second floor. This place is AWFUL!

From the moment you pull up in the parking lot you see the peeling siding, then you are greeted to the horiffic smell in the lobby elevator and hallways. I arrived to find out my wheelchair acceasible room was given away to someone else after confirming multiple times that it would be available. As we went down the hallway there were many mattresses against the walls. The rigs were stained and everything was filthy. Breakfaat was a joke. I was offered nothing for giving Way the ADA room. No other rooms were available within 60 miles. Couldnt wait to get out of this place.

They made it a trifecta with me, saying my reservation had been cancelled because I did not pay ahead of time (paying at check-in was an option I chose). Anyway, we have a room because someone else had cancelled, and by the way, it would be at a much higher rate. Running a racket!

I did not stay there and I hope I get my money refunded as you can see. I ended up staying at the Travelodge because this place sucked they wouldn’t let me take a peek at a room they said that they were all dirty. They rented them all out on Friday. This was Saturday morning and there was no cars in the parking lot -lobby was filthy was like a ghost town and not kept up at all.

When we arrived, the appearance and curbside appeal of the outside was terrible, there was furniture couches and recliners in front in two different areas along with multiple areas of overflowing trash, lots of it. As if people were living there instead of it being a hotel. The building itself looked like it needed a whole lot of work. Sketchy and we were not comfortable at all. Personnel hadn’t informed the breakfast guy that they were short on the basics, but he went to the grocery store to get some for us. Nice man, and accommodating. The first impression of this motel was not good. Scraped siding, torn and dirty front lobby carpet, and painting half finished. Carpet in hallway needed vacuuming. But the room was clean, smelled fresh and was a nice room. So we stayed.

• Tresha (4/5): - This was a trip for my Daughter’s wrestling sections. First I wanna say customer service was great. When we arrived our wait time was less than 5 mins. They overbooked so we didn’t get the doubled bed room we booked. Other guest were having issues with their room keys. The clerk had to stop helping us with check-in to attend to that issue. We chose this hotel because it advertised a pool/game room however at check-in we were told that there was no pool. This was very disappointing as we were traveling with 3 kids that were excited about swimming. The room was honestly ran down. It felt dirty! If this hotel was wasn’t 3 hours away from home and my daughter didn’t have another round of sections the next day we would have left that night. There was stains all over the pull out couch cushions. The pull out bed I kid you not looked like it was borrowed from the 60’s. There were old cake wrappers stuffed inside. One of our room keys didn’t work as well. I was really disappointed, we had it booked for 2 nights but checked out the next day. Probably one of my top 3 bad experiences with a hotel/airbnb stay.

• Mel-666 (2/5): Very poor - Super nice staff. None of the listed amenities available. Pool closed, no fitness room, door to room didn't secure properly. Place seemed really run down.

• Connor (6/5): - Cobwebs, dead bugs, ceiling stains and door didn’t lock but I guess you get what you pay for. On the bright side the bed was clean
• Christopher (4/5): Would not stay here again - There is never anyone at the front desk. Wifi works part of the time. The outside of the hotel is in major need of repair. Not even a hot pot of coffee in the morning. No one at the desk when I and other guests checked out at 7:30 this morning
