Guest Reviews
- Benjamin (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend unless in a pinch - Wasn’t much to like about the place Ac didn’t work and had no control over anything other then mode shower head was messed up and shooting water out the side of the head no bath option and the guy next door was sitting at his door shirtless smoking a bong the whole time at a smoke free facility
- Brandy (1/5): - They refused to do what. Ask them questions the rude as hell
- Delton (1/5): - It has been over a week and I still have not gotten my deposit back
- Rayden (10/5): - Could use extra pillows and blankets for the rooms with pull out couch! Other wise our stay was awesome
- Kathleen (6/5): -
- González ceferino (8/5): - La ubicacion Las Camas muy duras para mi .

- Russell (9/5): - Nice and comfortable Bathroom door wouldnt close
- Regina (8/5): - Beautiful rooms nice stay great price
- Washington (1/5): Didn't stay there - The lady at front desk was rude, had to leave go stay at another place
- Kalarossi (8/5): - Not much breakfast but it past just have to make sure your cereal is not old .
- Edith (2/5): - Ice machine worked well The staff member who checked me in at2:30am and also came knocking at the door at 11 to throw me out. I forgot to set alarm because of exhaustion because a myriad of bad circumstances taking me many more hours to get there. I mentioned at check in and with not having time to drink coffee since I awakened at 10:50 and being in a great deal of pain as she could see by my hunched over back walking but she was emotionless and repeated check out time like a robot than gave me 10 min stating the housekeeper had to clean then.I began to cry and asked her how I could do that with the pain I was having from driving too long. The housekeeper was with her and showed empathy for me in her face. She can collaborate my story. I guess my tears helped her have empathy so she gave me 20 min. I was able to throw everything out by the door because obviously there was no time to put it in car. I can not rate a.enities because I woke too late to shower ,wash face or eat the breakfast. I only know about ice machine working because I used it after check out. I do not even know if bed was comfortable because I fell asleep as soon as in it. It is difficult to know if my worsened back pain was latent because of the trauma it went through day before or because of a comfortable bed. The pillows were comfortable. Pretty sure the housekeeper did not have to spend much time cleaning anyway since the bed,one was cloth, toilet and coffeemaker area were used. The foyer light is the ugliest I have ever seen. Teach your staff to problem solve. The housekeeper was doing nothing so she and I could have done it together.
- Victoria (8/5): -
I stayed for just one night. It’s okay for the price, clean,
- Audrey (4/5): Ok for an in and out trip, but wouldn’t book again. - The location The room was smug. Bed linen was soiled on the bottom
- Tim (8/5): - The location close to a wooded area, removed from the noise of the freeway was relaxing after a full day of driving. I liked getting up in the morning and hearing birds singing in the trees. I had a full day of driving ahead, so it was nice to begin with nature.
Complimentary breakfast was better than others I experienced on this trip.
- williams (7/5): just good to rest your head - the free breakfast lousy breakfast
- Rod (8/5): - Convenient to interstate, relatively quiet, clean, and up to date.
- Ray (9/5): Superb -
- Christine (10/5): - Room was remarkably clean and well appointed for a roadside hotel.
- KATHY (4/5): - Rooms had an awful smell and breakfast wss terrible.
- Michael (10/5): - Comfortable beds are always nice to find so we stay here everytime we come to this area. 3 times so far.
- Bambi (5/5): Pick somewhere else - This was our 4th stay. Beds are comfy, shower hot, and have a great location. They allow cats, cost is $25 per cat if under 10#'s² Disappointed this trip. Floor was not mopped as the bottom of my feet ended up black. Back of remote kept falling off. The office chair was broken. There was a stale cigarette smell when AC and vent in the bathroom were turned on. We reserved and paid for a room with a king bed and a couch. No couch. If we hadn't just driven a 12+ hour day, we would have requested a new room. Did reach out when woken up to music
blaring from a car parked right outside our room, with no reply. Attempted to voice concerns upon check-out at 7:00 a.m., but after ringing bell, no one came to the counter. Will not stay here again.
- Rebecca (6/5): Pleasant -
- Angelica (10/5): - Great would do it all again the same way..
- Thomas (2/5): - too out of the way. breakfast was advertised but not provided. did not feel safe(there was only 2 other cars there overnight) would not reccomend and will not book there ever again.
- Stacy (10/5): - Great room and location is perfect for concerts at Simmons Bank Arena, we will be back
- Stephanie (10/5): - We stayed here on our weekend vacation & were really pleased with this hotel! There is a 100 deposit that you have to pay but it's refunded pretty quickly (only took 3 days for mine to be refunded). Room was clean, well air conditioned, Breakfast was a little meager, but it was okay. We didn't want to be downtown Little Rock so this place was great as it was only 10-15 mins from everything we wanted to do. The biggest upside to this room was the jetted tub my boyfriend is 6'7 & it's so rare there's a bathroom big enough for him but the one in our room was so that made this room perfect to us! We will stay here again when we come to Little Rock.
- Jessica (5/5): Passable -
- Taylor (9/5): Superb - Clean Location a little out of the way
- Sarah (2/5): Bad bad bad - Nothing. There was nothing to like We booked through Booking. We needed a room with 3 beds that would take service animals. We were driving 5 hours to Little Rock after being at a funeral. We hit severe weather, tornado watch in Oklahoma. We couldn't drive due to heavy flooding and loss of visibility from the storm. Neither booking nor the hotel would let us cancel, nor would they let us change our reservation to another hotel in the same hotel chain but closer to where we had to pull off the interstate. Because of this we ended up having to wait out the storm in our vehicle on the side of the road. By the time we made it to the hotel it was well past 2am. We were then double charged (even though through booking it said pay at property). On top of this the room we had booked did not exist. We had booked a double queen with a sofa bed. The incredibly rude night manager absolutely refused to help in anyway fashion or form. She just kept saying we don't have that room and I can't help you. I asked for a cot/roll away, nope they don't have those. The only thing she would offer was a king bed with a sofa bed but since we needed 3 beds I'm not sure how this was any sort of solution. This put us in a very awkward situation, in a time of grief; when we needed sleep so we could safely continue to drive the next day. We woke up early to get back on the road to the complete the rest of our 20+ hour drive and surprise surprise there was no coffee for the coffee maker in our room. What was left had been picked through and used by previous guests which begs the question on whether the room had even been cleaned. We go to the lobby to get coffee and I'm not even sure when that stuff was brewed, sometime the previous week? And forget breakfast. Half toasted bread left in the toaster, which complimented the coagulated creamer I tried to put in my days old burnt coffee nicely. The cherry on top though was the $75 additional service animal fee which was not listed at all on the booking...
- Latoya (8/5): Very good -
- Rodney (10/5): Clean and neat - Sooooo nice for a days inn!!! A real shocker and well worth the stay
- Suzanne (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (10/5): - The room was spacious and clean with modern amenities. Staff was kind and helpful.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- neva (8/5): - Quite. Clean
- Ronda (7/5): While the bed was surprisingly comfortable, we will not stay here again. - Easy access to interstate.
Very comfortable bed.
Plenty of very hot water. No drawers for clothes, only a closet with a few hangers. Had to leave clothes in the luggage.
Jacuzzi has several missing jets and the drain stopper takes some extra effort to make it work.
Mold/Mildew on shower door trim.
Shower door doesn’t seal well and water seeps out onto the floor while showering.
Need extra towels just to keep the floor dry.
No towels racks in the bathroom.
Lighting seemed dim.
- Kyle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (9/5): Superb -
- Trelinda (8/5): Very good -
- William (10/5): - The staff were very nice 👍
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Crystal (8/5): Nice, clean, quiet place to stay for a good price! - Room was spacious and smelled nice, like it was recently cleaned. I was impressed our room was quiet even though the hotel is very close to a major highway. Really appreciated the clean room & bathroom. Bed mattress decent- could be a bit higher quality/ more firm, but quite comfortable.
Free breakfast is continental, packaged good. Would appreciate some lower sugar options.
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stoney (7/5): Good -
- Theresa (3/5): Just unpleasant considering how it used to be! - The staff must have changed hands and were not very welcoming ! I have stayed at this hotel several times and this time they were rude and not accommodating! Breakfast was not stocked milk was out of date! And check out is not till 11 am and they were rushing me out at 10 when I was packing up! I will not stay there again! 100$ dollar deposit is ridiculous for this place! I have stayed in high class hotels and didn't require that! And if I don't get my money back then I will be contacting the federal credit bureau!! I don't like that the soap and all is attached to the wall and don't know what they fill it up with and smelled foul! So glad I bought my own! I prefer individual wrapped soap that I know no one else has been using and says what it is ! The staff
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Lynda (9/5): Superb -
- Samuel (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Very good I recommend
- Tasha2021 (1/5): Will never stay again - Location The woman that work at night. She watched as we walked into the room on the camera which was weird to me and assumed that I wasn’t being honest about the number of people that were staying in the room. Gave me the wrong room that I paid for and argued me down about it, but I had proof and she didn’t put me in the correct room.
- Marlington (10/5): Very comfortable and great value for overnight stay. Rooms were very clean and Pet Friendly - Room was much better than it looked from the outside and food was good also The way that it looked from the outside left me concerned whether I chose the right place to stay in Little Rock. The location looked seedy and it did not help that when we got back from dinner there was a police car in front of the road leading to the hotel
- Ron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (8/5): - Property was fine. Charging $100 deposit for a $75 room was rediculous!
- Demetrius (10/5): - Great
- Elsa (8/5): - The property is nice because it’s close to the highway but it’s nothing around
- Calvin (8/5): Great Rooms but.... - Everything room wise was excellent, having to pit a 100$ cash deposit was irritating ,especiall when it wasnt previously advertised, that was aggravating
- Powell (8/5): Very good -
- Brianna (7/5): Good - it was comfortable location
- Powell (7/5): Good -
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -

- Sharonda and Darnetha (2/5): - The owners are very rude to customers
- Kenney (7/5): Good -
- kimberly (10/5): - Everything in the room is clean and brings comfort to my family. I will definitely go back here.
- Smith (10/5): Not so friendly faces but cleanliness was excellent - Besides the funky looks from staff I actually enjoyed self space was clean I like that they were a non smoking environment because my child has really bad asthma
- Shelby (6/5): We stayed one night. Overal decent - Clean and cheap The staff were not very friendly
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jones (3/5): The room was uncomfortable because we were cold. - Good lighting for the parking lot.
The room was clean The deposits for damage and deposit for a dog per pound of the dog not just a flat deposit.
The front staff was rude.
The ac was broken and was on all night so the room was very cold.
- Heather (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kaye (10/5): Perfect quick stop - Convenient
- Nettie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valenzuela (4/5): Disappointing - Didn't feel safe.ac unit smelled let out smelly fumes during parts of the night. Dead spider on floor of bathroom. Floor did now feel like it was swept clean. Not as clean as advertised.
- Jalesa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bambi (10/5): Comfortable stay - Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, room was clean, staff were friendly and would stay again. All good!
- Danny (2/5): Never AGAIN!!!! - The room was terrible we could barely breathe in there! I don't know if they put us in a pet room or what. It smelled like mold and cigarettes!!! I had an allergy attack as soon as I tried to get settled in bed. Will never stay at another Days Inn EVER!!
- Tamara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Farrell (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeanne (7/5): Good - The staff were not very friendly or customer oriented as a matter fact, they were quite dry
- Ken (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, quiet, good value, conveniently located, available Nothing
- David (10/5): Great place - Newer very clean with a great staff. The turn of the Highway exit could be a little tricky. Pay attention.
- Daniel (6/5): Cigarette Linens' - This was a quick one-night stay, so we did not need much. The hotel is a fairly standard budget location so mostly as expected. At check in there were signs informing this is a non-smoking facility and any violation would be met with a hefty fine. As a non-smoker I am always glad to see this. Unfortunately, no one told the housekeepers and the bedding wrecked of cigarettes'. This is not the first time I have run across this problem but it is extremely annoying and contradictory.
- Jeff (10/5): Totally 5star ok - For the price and quality of the brand it was totally ok. No issues. People were nice, if slow. Room was clean, except for under the beds. Water was hot and ac worked. A few (non bed) bugs but for the area, also to be expected.
- Naylor (10/5): Great value - Everything was nice and comfortable. The staff we're professional and courteous, along with being nice and greeting us with a smile. Water pressure
- Isiah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anita (8/5): Overall comfortable and clean hotel, just odd a/c is controlled by office personnel! - Very clean property inside and outside, the room had two queen beds, no carpeting (thank goodness), everything was extra clean and wonderful! The beds were very comfortable! The A/c unit is controlled from the office which was frustrating, having the temp at 70 to have it fluctuate to 73-74 during the night made an uncomfortable evening!
- Joseph (6/5): Pleasant -
- penny (6/5): - Terrible sound dampening. The alarm clock in the room above felt like it was in my room.
Check in was easy.
- Tammy (10/5): Very clean, comfortable, good area. - Very clean, friendly service. Very good area too.
- Easter (10/5): Great - My stay was very nice on May 22, 2024 for one night. They served breakfast, room were clean, and quite location right off the interstate. No complaints
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (1/5): I would NOT promote this property to anyone! - On the Lobby side, the parking lot is clean and there is a nice grassy area across the parking lot where kids could play. On the other side of the property where my room was located, it was a completely different story. When I parked my car and trailer where I was instructed I noticed a strong urine smell in the parking lot as well as beer, cans, and beer tops. I put my suitcase in the room and decided to go out for dinner upon coming back from dinner, I then knew why there were beer cans, beer, tops, and a urine smell in the parking lot due to frequent workers that stay there over the weekend and partying it up in the parking lot with can and bottled beer as well as loud Tucano music coming from their trucks and cars it was a madhouse I did not feel safe for me or my outside belongings in my car and trailer at the property and immediately went to the front counter and told them I was checking out to find another hotel somewhere else at another hotel. It wound up costing me three times as much just to feel safe for the night for me and my outside belongings. I would not recommend this property at all.
This was the first and possibly the last time I use booking.com for a source to find a quality and affordable accommodations.
- Sandra (6/5): Clean and modern but very thin walls - It was clean and modern I could hear everything the guests in the floor above were doing.
The air conditioning stopped in the middle of the night and I couldn’t get it working again.
- Lanard (10/5): Exceptional -
