• Leslie (8/5): Nice place, great location - This is a nice little condo just minutes from Monarch Ski area. Gigi was really nice and her communication was great. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the sofa cushions need to be replaced. It was really uncomfortable to sit on the couch for any period of time. If that was fixed then we'd recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay near Monarch Mountain.

• Emily (10/5): Clean, cute condo - ideal stay for family/group. - This condo is perfect for your stay near Salida and for skiing at Monarch. It is a short drive to downtown Salida. It is well appointed and clean on a small private road. The beds were very comfortable. If you need two bedrooms and a kitchen for family, this condo is perfect for your stay. The owner, Gigi, was so kind. She actually shipped me back a shirt that I'd left in her condo -- and even paid for the postage. This was an above and beyond kind gesture. Definitely stay at Ski Town Condos while in the area as Gigi is running a very nice, clean property and I really appreciated her above and beyond service!
• Brian (10/5): - Proximity to Monarch Ski area and pass was very convenient. Hot tub was nice to come back to after skiing. The art and decor was local history and unique. We used the small kitchen and enjoyed the use of the stove, oven and microwave. pots and utensils to cook for four. The bunk beds in the hall were firm, but good for smaller children.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Ski Town Condos - Garfield, CO - Nice unit with a double bed, queen bed and set of bunkbeds. Very expensive for us. Kitchen with appliances, dishes, fridge and utensils. Location turned out to be inconvenient for activities in Salida. Oddity was a request to strip the beds, wash the towels, wipe down all surfaces and sweep the kitchen, entry and bathroom. Given the location, it would be an excellent place for skiers, fishing and hikers. Hostess was very pleasant.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Property was very clean and nice but no cell service. Also from pictures I believed there was a private balcony but it was a shared balcony on the first floor. Views from condo weren't great unless you wanted to stand and look out the window. Area around condo was a bit tacky but it did feel safe. However, the owner Gigi lives on the property and was very friendly and accommodating and the unit was clean and comfortable. Beds were nice. TV was small. Lots of rules and you must clean the unit for the most part so leave an hour before check out at 10 a.m. to do that. All in all this is a good place if you want to be remote and off the grid.

• Burton (10/5): A hidden gem on the mountain! - The condo was 2BR & 1BA with a living room, dining table, & fully functional kitchen. It was very well kept and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Minutes from Monarch - Great location as it is minutes from Monarch. Great use of space and well decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked with equipment, except a blender. The hot tub setup is very nice. The built in bunk beds are very cool. Wasn't excited about paying a specific cleaning fee and then receiving a list of cleaning requirements before we checked out.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean condo - This was a very clean condo. The owner lives upstairs, so all questions were answered quickly. The highway is right behind the condo, but because the condo is down the hill from the street, the noise wasn't too bad. We had everything we needed. For going out, we did have to drive about 20 minutes into town, but that's fine. We knew that ahead of time.

• Richard (10/5): Awesome stay at Ski Town Condos - Our stay at Ski Town Condos was amazing! Gigi, the property owner, lives on site and greeted us upon arrival. She provided outstanding communication throughout our stay. Our condo was super clean and huge. The kids loved the bunk bed set up and there was tons of room for our family of 5. There was a great outdoor seating area where we enjoyed our dinner. A grill was available for use. We all slept great! The in room laundry was awesome and really helped with our road trip packing. One thing I would mention is that the cleaning fee is in addition to the Hotels.com total booking cost, so do be aware of that. Would definitely stay again!

• Lynda (10/5): I highly recommend this stay! - I was following my son on the Colorado trail so I stayed in lots of different places along the way. This was far and away my favorite place of anywhere I have ever stayed! It was just like a home away from home. Gigi was wonderful and welcoming and thought of everything to make your stay the best it can be. I had zero cell phone service, but was able to check email with the wifi and I just went a bit down the hill and could check messages. Ski Town condos is the perfect mix of being just off the highway, yet off the beaten path. Solitude, yet close enough to whatever you need. I will be back next summer. Thank you Gigi for such a terrific stay!

• Tom (10/5): Great place to stay! - Beautiful condo with everything you need. Would highly recommend a stay! Only issue is I don't really understand why they charge you a cleaning fee, but then ask you to do all the cleaning before you leave? All good though. Beautiful little condo with a great hot tub for a soak after a long day.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was an easy 5-10 min drive from Monarch mountain where we were skiing. The hot tub was nice. The owner was friendly. All of the notes around the condo and her watching us come and go was not something we had experienced in condo rental before. Although we had no issues with the condo itself, this particular condo didn’t work for our situation and we will do a better job of reading the rules before booking in the future. My brother lives about 40 miles away and wanted to have dinner or visit with us in the evenings after we got off the mountain but there is a strict no guests rule.

We left a day early due to a change in plans, sadly not even offered partial money back for not staying an additional night. Again, not a big deal just would have been nice.

• Amy (10/5): Wonderful Condo, great location, friendly host - We stayed in Condo A at Ski Town Condos. Everything was perfect. The location is right off the main road, but don't worry, you can't hear any traffic. It is located right near Monarch Ski Area (about a 10-15 minute drive). The condo is very well stocked. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We loved the decor around the condo. We brought movies with us and had no problems using the DVD player or TV. The hot tub was easy to use and perfect after a full day of skiing (the jets are amazing!). Gigi, the host, was very friendly and chatted with us a couple times. She has thought of everything with the condo and clearly cares about making sure guests have a wonderful time there. We were just blown away by everything she has thought of to provide guests. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Monarch! Thanks Gigi!
