• Paula (10/5): - Habitaciones amplias. La tinaja 24/7 sin necesidad de calentarla manualmente. Servicio de restaurant a la habitación y posibilidad de desayuno también en la habitación (con suplemento). Algo ruidoso, con las habitaciones contiguas.

Destacamos especialmente la calidez y amabilidad del personal, que nos hizo sentir muy bien recibidos en todo momento. Por otro lado, el desayuno era muy variado y de muy buena calidad. Sinceramente, no hubo nada que no nos haya gustado durante la estadía. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y la experiencia fue sumamente satisfactoria.

• Miguel Enrique (5/5): Tenía todo para ser mejor la experiencia - Buena ubicación la primera mañana me despertó un camión que estaba fuera de la habitación descargando agua y el servicio de bucamas no es el mejor, el segundo día estuvo en la terraza todo el día la loza del desayuno que pedí a la habitación y a pesar que solicité cambio de toallas no lo hicieron

Se llega muy rapido a Cahuil, Punta de Lobos y Sectores de los nuevos Strip Center de Pichilemu. La atención del restorán. Lamentablemente el personal esta mas pendiente de conversar entre ellos o mirar su telefono que de los comensales, alto tan común en Chile lamentablemente. No tienen la cultura de estar mirando hacia el salón...

• Joanne (9/5): Wonderful boutique hotel to chill out - Beachy decor with nice little touchs including a very private patio with your own hot tub & outdoor shower, lovely grounds with flowering plants, beautiful pool area and great food at the restaurant that has a nice view of the ocean. The only thing I can honestly say is the quality of the coffee at breakfast, it wasnt strong enough.
• Joanne (9/5): A perfect place to chill out in Chile - The beachy, relaxed vibe, spacious, nicely decorated rooms with unique decor touches like the salt lamps by the bed. A beautiful private patio with our own hot tub & outdoor shower, the lovely landscaped grounds & pool area, excellent resto and friendly staff. The coffee at breakfast could be stronger. There's no A/C in the rooms but you get a nice breeze with windows open ...the only thing I would suggest is the addition of screen so mosquitos and flies cant come in ( or add a ceiling fan so you can keep the windows shut)

Las habitaciones son grandes y con muchas comodidades como hot tub incluida, hervidor, refrigerador, vasos, toallas, jabón, etc. Todo muy cómodo y bien pensado. Por mejorar, solo mayor detalle con el aseo y fumigación para evitar las arañas, vimos 2 grandes dentro de la habitación. Aunque se entiende que es dificil controlarlo por ser un sector campestre.

An einigen Stellen wie dem Restaurant oder den Zimmern würde eine Renovierung guttun. Als wir um 15 Uhr ankamen, war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig, obwohl der Checkin ab 15 Uhr angegeben war.

Además, la posibilidad de tener el desayuno en la habitación con vista al jardín, aumentó nuestra sensación de bienestar. La atención de la recepcionista del día domingo, fue parca, muy poco coherente con la energía del lugar.

Personal del restaurante muy atentos y simpáticos, estaba muy resfriada y me consiguieron paracetamol. Como oportunidad de mejora tener un botiquín en recepción con medicamentos básicos, en caso de enfermedad común de algún trabajador o huésped.

El restaurante muy bueno con ingredientes de estación y de la zona, el desayuno increíble, el sauna seco muy bien, los masajes buenísimos. Como era invierno, lo único que no usamos fue la Piscina pero se veía genial. Y los jardines preciosos. Me gustó todo. De hecho durante nuestra estadía hubo alerta de tsunami, pero el hotel está en zona de seguridad y no tuvimos que evacuar. Así que, que esté no tan cerca del mar fue un plus. Y lobos bueno es que se podía ir a punta de lobos en 20 minutos caminando. 4 minutos en vehículo.

• Nicholas (10/5): Super private rooms, amazing breakfast! - We stayed in 7 different accommodations during our trip to Chile and this ranks one of the highest, the breakfast definitely the most original and best. Breakfast was either delivered to your room or enjoyed in the restaurant but it was very traditional with juice, huevos,,local breads, meats and cheese. It was a lot of food to be honest but you didn't need any lunch! Every other hotel did a rather bland array of breads, cheeses, yoghurts and coffee, this was a level above all of those. Each room seemed to have its own very private patio and nature could be enjoyed. The restaurant also did great food and the sunset views made it worthwhile in itself. The facilities were great and the WhatsApp for communication worked perfectly, even down to the video shared before arrival of how to navigate the turn into the lodge. Well done Cuarzo Lodge! Nothing really, a few of the doors were a bit sticky and hard to open and close, and perhaps some blackout curtains on all windows but other than that a highly recommended stay.

And after a long day of walking the beach to get into down (because you’re about 7km from downtown, more on the beautiful beach side) the hot tub was also amazing to sink into and ease my legs. I had one concern when a maid did not lock my room door after cleaning it, which I reported to Reception. As a solo female guest, I found this a safety concern. But the woman at Reception agreed with me and said she’d tackle it. The radiator in the bathroom was broken, but they offered me a heater instead. The view of sunsets from the on-site restaurant was beautiful and the staff were all really friendly. And, for the price, I think it was fair. It was only a short walk to get to Punto de Lobo beach / cliffs, which was the main attraction of the location.
