Ann (9/5): Great stay in historic Prescott hotel! - A very historic hotel and area. Staff was wonderful at hotel, Bistro and shoutout to Kevin in the Lobby Bar who gave some great recommendations. Also, on day of checkout, elevator was out of service. Ediberto (sp?) came up to the 3rd floor and brought my bags down to my car. Everyone was pleasant & helpful. Thanks for a great stay...I'll be back! Small room but was fine for me travelling alone.The mattress was somewhat lumpy...perhaps invest in some new ones?

Robert (10/5): - This place is right down town. Walking distance to everything. Our room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed their lobby/lounge which had a happy hour 5-8. It was a great place to sit and relax. I met an old friend there for morning coffee. People were there reading and enjoying the morning. Staff were very pleasant. We definitely would stay there again.

X622LOdannys (10/5): The Hotel St. Michael in Prescott, Az. - The location is right in the heart of Prescott in the vicinity of all of the shops, restaurants and saloons. The hotel in situated in a quaint old building. The elevator was installed in 1928 and has just the right amount of rustic charm. Our guest room was just the right size. Everything was clean from our guest room to the hallways to the restaurant to the lounge to all of the outside spaces around the hotel. The only meal we purchased in the Bistro was breakfast, which was priced right and the portions were just the right size. Parking is directly behind the hotel in a free parking garage right across from the hotel. I highly recommend this place.

The door was one foot away from the bed and you could hit your knees on the wall when you sat on the potty. I don't know how they can legally sell a room this size for that much money. It was an absolute horrible stay

We were greeted with annoyance, which carried on when we asked about parking, she indicated that the elevator wasn’t working, although later informed she would have to walk to the third floor to properly shut the door for it to be called to the lobby. After I essentially had to tell her go and shut it because I was not going to lug a huge luggage up two flights of carpeted stairs, she eventually followed through. The barn door for bathroom had a large gap when closed, did not give enough privacy. I will say the woman who checked us out was lovely and friendly.

There’s no gym and some street noise but those detractors are more than overcome by the lovely staff, great bars and perfect location.

The downstairs hosts the speakeasy, wonderful place, highly recommend that you check it out! On the main floor are the shops and a bistro. They serve a killer breakfast there! There is complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings in the Lobby Bar. Our room didn't come with a mini-fridge, but when I asked, they were able to put 1 in for us. About the only things that we didn't like, was the room size, it was a little small. But that is on us and the room that we booked. Next time we stay, we will get a bigger room.

Michele (7/5): It was overpriced for the level of comfort. - The location is right on the main square on Whiskey Row, which was close to everything, and fortunately we were there on a quiet Monday night. We ate dinner and it was a short walk back to our room. Because the hotel is right on Whiskey Row, the noise from late night revelers could be a problem, but we were there on a quiet Monday night. It was concerning to see complimentary ear plugs in our room! Also the air conditioner was loud and blew right onto the bed. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the shower had one of those rain shower heads where you can’t wash your hair and rinse properly.

Elin (10/5): Great trip to Prescott, Arizona - The hotel was clean and beautiful. It's located on Whiskey Row, so there is some noise from people and traffic, but the hotel thoughtfully provides free ear plugs! The rooms are decorated in a fun western theme, and the bed was very comfortable. The Bistro has great food and wonderful service. The lobby bar is a joy to sit in and just relax. We haven't tried the speakeasy yet, but look forward to that the next time we visit. We really enjoy this property, so no improvements requested. Parking is at an adjacent garage and is free. There are ramps and elevators so access is not an issue.
