- Gordon (7/5): Clean comfortable hotel but breakfast needs some work. - Room was clean comfortable and met our needs The proximity to the train tracks was an issue when prior to 6:00am, cars were being moved. The breakfast was quite disappointing. Previous visits were much better. Offerings were very sugary with limited protein options. Even the fruit offered was swimming in a sugary liquid.

- John (1/5): Dint get to stay because booking.com screwed up my booking - Nothing My complaint is with Bookings.com, when I arrived at the property they did not have a record of my booking and the hotel was totally booked up so I ended up scrambling to find a place to stay. I called bookings.com and the person said there was a disruption to me booking and hung up. This was terrible service. I have upcoming bookings with bookings.com and I am considering cancelling them as your service was horendous.

Waited several hours then took the broken one to the desk and was told they would get a new one up to the room right away but this did not happen. Waited several more hours & again went the the front desk to inquire about it and staff had the “deer in the headlights” response I stayed at the desk til they found a coffee maker that I took to the room myself. Shameful customer service

The breakfast was exceptional. If all Canalta hotels are like this one, we will be staying at them when we travel. There isn't anything to complain about here.

The breakfast area was spacious and clean. There were lots of breakfast options available. The staff at the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

The king bed was very comfortable and the hot breakfast was equal to any I've had. I must comment on one unique experience. I had not been in my room for 5 minutes when the front desk called to see if everything was to.my liking!! If all the Canalta hotels are to this standard I would not hesitate to use any of them.
