- Isaac (1/5): disgusting, unacceptable, and should not have been charged after I payed for the reservations - I was not informed about a late policy by the booking email confirmation was charged prior to stay and when I arrived, the hotel owner said he put me as a no show and then told me to take it up with the booking company, and I had no choice but to pay for the rooms again he didn’t let me take the rooms until I payed so I payed twice for two nights and the stay was absolutely disgusting I have no other words currently trying to report to booking for the refund.

- Alana (6/5): It was enjoyable, but the management needs to do a little better - I like that it was right near the NOS Center so walking there wasn’t bad at all. I also liked that it’s right across the street from target so if I needed something I can just go straight across the street. What I didn’t like about the hotel was that there were towels that were left in my room that were dirty. They did have stains. I did have to ask for new towels. I also didn’t like how in the description they don’t mention that they charge for another vehicle to be parked. All they mention is that there is free parking, but they don’t mention that if you have another vehicle, they do charge for it. I also didn’t like how the manager was blaming my group for things that other people were doing. They asked myself and one other person in my group if we had more than four people, and we kept telling them no and they just kept going and saying we did so they were trying everything they could to keep my deposit which wasn’t okay.

- rocio (2/5): - It was a trip to my best friends wedding near by were the reception was going to be held literally 5 mins away. Which was very close by. Upon arriving was easy and fast. First got in turn on the AC to find roaches eww. Second was the when using the restroom the light turns off by itself. 3rd was the fact the toilet paper holder was detached from the wall when u pull out the paper. The lamp was missing light bulb . We stayed in 110 dont reccomed it.

- John (10/5): Great place to stay - The staff was excellent. The front desk man was welcoming and helpful and came to replace our lost key at 2:30 AM with a good attitude. Even the cleaning staff were friendly. The room was exactly what we needed. 10/10 would recommend

Although the Motel itself has gone thru some recent renovations the rooms could also use an update. When walking into the room it's not very welcoming feels dark & uninviting. overall it was comfortable for the stay but could use a touch of life 😉.

- Dane (2/5): - The property was actually filthy and I do not hold motels to high standards at all.. I’m not that lucky. We found a bed bug just before checking out and the landlord didn’t apologize and told us it was our problem and that we “should’be said something sooner” even when we brought the female bed bug to him. Offered no compensation or sympathy at all; was almost mad at us for finding it and said it was not his responsibility. This should be immediately taken off Expedia and no one should stay here despite how affordable it is. We stayed here for a festival and it was not worth the budget and location and convenience at all. Also, the TVs don’t work, the AC doesn’t work and is off, and the ice machine doesn’t work. There was weed left in our drawers as well and socks behind dressers. Totally disgusting in every way. But bed bugs? Take this place off sale it’s a hazard.

- Phyllis (3/5): okay enough to not wanna get a refund but mostly because of the location - The location was good. It was a 20 minute walk from the NOS building area, which worked well for us. The restaurant nearby is nice too. it was dirty. There was stuff under our bed. Our sheets were a size too small for the bed. The hairdryer was broken. The room kind of smelled a little funny.

I requested early check-in upon arrival told I could not get early check in requested late check out and was given a rate through message and then a different rate in person as as well as told I can only pay late checkout in cash and then told I can use my card. Too much back-and-forth. Both front desk person’s were super rude. One of them was being rude, argumentative, and fighting me on getting toilet paper. She told me housekeeping had left. I should’ve got it when they asked me, but housekeeping never came to my room. To top it off rooms were disgustingly dirty. Rooms were disgustingly, dirty, and staff was extremely rude.

Neighbors threw a rager the entire night and it almost got violent. Roaches inside of a broken frame of a painting. Slept on top of sheets in our sweaters because I wouldnt doubt this place has bed bugs.

Microwave frig tv shower all worked so well.. Thank you to the kind staff .. Difnt want to leave really comforrable stay .. Lol

The lady who checked us in kept insisting we don’t smoke which we don’t but the room was filled with the smoke odor.

Not the best place to stay even if you book months in advance like I did. My hotel room was extremely dirty. There was trash and food crumbs under our bed, like housekeeping never vacuums after each stay. Shower had mold. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. I reserved a non-smoking room that reeked like cigarettes. Upon arrival both beds had no pillows at all even though I previously contacted the property to ask for additional pillows. There was no toilet paper whatsoever, ran to the target across the street for some.

Now that wouldn’t bother me normally but it had an odor to it. The odor was being covered by a deodorizer but it was still there. My final straw was the AC wasn’t working, or not well. After a shower, I realized the room was just as warm as when I entered. I let it run for an hour but my only relief came if I stood directly in front. I tried to switch rooms but no one was available at the reception desk. I kept ringing the buzzer, probably waited just under 5mins before I decided to leave. It was upsetting but, you get what you pay for.

- Holly (4/5): - The guy at the office when we checked in was behind glass at 2 pm. So I knew it would be questionable from the beginning. It looked like a halfway house/homeless shelter was being run from this place. They have security listed on the property but even that didn’t make me feel safe. The room was dirty, the fans in the bathroom were black, there was blood on the ceiling and wall next to the sink, a ring around the tub was literally black. I went and bought sheets, bleach, towels, and slippers just to stay here.

- HRH Gabriel (8/5): - The backside of the tv and entertainment center need a bit of cleaning, but you wouldn’t notice if you weren’t as nosy as I was. The underside of the beds need a staple of two, and one can understand how a kids toy ball could be left behind in the rush to leave and rush to clean. But besides that, everything else was sufficient for a budget motel, and with no deposit unlike some of the more profit-oriented (read: greedy) motels I’ve stayed at this year, you really can’t complain. Beds: comfortable. A/C filters: clean. Room: clean. Staff: accommodating. Stay here and don’t complain, or go to Super 8 and be horrified at the extra $20 for every 15 minutes they charge for you standing in line waiting to tell them you’ll be checking out late. Orange Show Inn for the win ^_^
