- Palazzo Vincenzo (9/5): Top place if you are not worried to put some extra money in a place where you live. - Succested place, the position if you have a car is really good and there are a lot of things around you if you plan to not eat outside and working out there is a gym close by too I did not ask for it but would be nice to have more services inside the room like recharging the coffee and so on. Howerver, I think If I had asked I would get it

It was a little tricky to make the turn in and out of the underground parking garage, perhaps the location of where you swipe your card for access could be moved.

The room (suite) was spacious, clean, with lots of amenities like a mini kitchen, so we felt at home! Would have expected the staff to be a little friendlier. The person at the front desk at the time of checkout probably didn't like being there!

Staff was quick to respond when requests were made. A better in room coffee machine and coffee would be better. There really should be a room safe. More bar soaps would be good. Otherwise everything was good.

- Araceli (7/5): We were there for a concert. - Everyone was so professional as we arrived, only sr the night the elevator was not functioning and I had to go up and down the stairs with a bad knee injury it was not a great experience. I wish they would’ve let us know or have put us in the first floor. But we were able to manage and leave early. Only thing was the elevator issue.

- normanv725 (6/5): A warm welcome, but some negatives. - The rooms are extremely clean, and the kitchenettes are great: full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, 2 burners. Free laundry, great breakfast, excellent location. It's very quiet here. Very lovely hotel. One problem: toilet handle stuck on open at 1:00 am, toilet overflowed, absolutely flooded bathroom. We mopped up the leakage with all available towels, soaking wet. Consulted front desk, was given plunger. Husband worked on the toilet for about 8 minutes, finally got it to stop overflowing. Front desk said they could not give us more clean towels because Housekeeping was locked! At about 8:00 am, my husband went down to Housekeeping and got some towels. Why should we be responsible for straightening out the toilet and getting clean towels?? By the way, we had not flushed anything other than a tissue down the towel when all this occurred, Also, our mattress was thin and lumpy, we could feel all the springs, and we slept very badly--if at all--after this episode. We expect better from this hotel. We will probably not stay here again. And I should add that we rarely--if ever-- make comments like this.

Breakfast was not up to par with the level of the hotel - would have preferred plastic or real plates and more options. Also, the way the food was laid out was prone to cross contamination: one large jar of cream cheese, jam and butter with one large knife in each. Would have preferred individual packets - for hygiene and prevent cross contamination for people with food allergies. The area needed more seating.

- Kao (10/5): - We had such a wonderful stay and experienced here. The staff was welcoming and my family & I had such a pleasant time playing board games in their lobby. We got to relax at the pool, eat breakfast and relax under the warm sun outside their side yard. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and water bottles they offered. The property was clean. The gym space is great and clean. Very quiet and everyone was friendly. We did laundry here too and it was easy access and machines work great.

At the time random construction workers were doing renovations other people checking in so privacy needs work. The room was clean. Bed too soft for my liking, pillows flat (also had small stains). I heard the person a floor above snoring (hated that). Windows in bedroom only. My view was of street and a bank, yes people can see into your windows. Bathroom separates the living area. Great size bathroom. I dont prefer tub/shower curtain situation, water pressure sucks as well. The living area has its own tv, its dark 24/7 since theres no windows on that side. Kitchen does not have an oven, but it has burners. Hotel has free parking. The lobby has a snack area but very little selection. Location is 5 minutes away from grocery stores.

The rooms were very modern with new furniture and layout. Would like to see that the water pressure for the showers increased.

- diptendubhowmick (10/5): Fantastic Stay at Homewood Suites - I have stayed at Homewood Suites Palo Alto multiple times in last few years and it has become my default option every time I visit Palo Alto for business travel. The suite is quite spacious with all the amenities that you will expect. I particularly love the hot breakfast and the options they have. Staff is very friendly and I have always received a prompt service. Looking forward to my next stay.

- Mobile12430 (10/5): Solid hotel - This hotel checks all the boxes: cleanliness, hospitable, safe and variety of amenities. Front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us an upgrade. Our room had an interesting and cool layout. The front part was the kitchen with living room then a hallway with bathroom and then the bedroom. Whoever designed this layout was on point! It’s a smart layout where the room is a studio, but looks like a 1 bedroom suite. The room was clean and the area was safe. Ample parking, too! Complimentary breakfast was good. They even offered a build your own soft taco/burrito bar. Only drawback was the remodeling the hotel was doing during our stay where we had to walk around the building to get to/from room to lobby. However, the remodeling is at its tail end and I have no doubt this hotel will be even better for years to come.

- Jin (10/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The building has been newly remodeled, and the fresh, modern look is immediately noticeable. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It had more than enough space to relax and unwind after a long day, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were were friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
- Maryellen (10/5): Exceptional - It was newly renovated and the rooms were very comfortable, clean and very quiet. We only stayed one night due to a Hospital stay. It was very convenient that they had a happy hour that evening and they served hot dogs and nachos. With a foot ball game on their big screen TV. Very comforting.

- Konstantin (10/5): - New building, nice and spacious rooms, where you can open a window to get some fresh air. The hotel serves quite good breakfast. I would give this place 10/10 if they had better cleaned the walls in my room after some other guests - not a major issue but a sign that staff does not pay enough attention to important details. 9/10.

- Debbie (8/5): Very good - The breakfast was very good. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The air conditioning was not working in my room. I did have a portable fan. Construction work was taking place at the hotel. I wish that the hotel had a hot tub.
