Mejorar opciones de desayuno, no fue malo pero quizas no tan completo, luego tema calefacción, ya hacía frio pero el primer dia no estaba prendido las calderas y solo se calefaccionaba con un caloventor. De todas formas nos encanto el lugar y la atención

• Castro (10/5): - El lugar es increíble, en un entorno hermoso, con vista al lago, rodeado de verde, con un jardín súper cuidado. La habitación es muy cómoda, con buen gusto y diseño. La atención de Javier y Pamela fue genial, dos personas súper cálidas, nos brindaron una atención personalizada, aconsejando lugares para visitar, paseos para realizar, lugares para comer. El desayuno fue muy rico y personalizado. Lo súper recomiendo, no se van a arrepentir! La verdad es que todo fue espectacular! Todo nos gustó.

• Cecilia (9/5): Underbar vistelse omgiven av vacker natur - Otroligt vackert läge med en underbar utsikt över sjön och landskapet. Fint och lugnt med skogen runtomkring. Värdarna är väldigt välkomnande och måna om att du som gäst ska ha det bra. Sköna sängar och generös och god frukost. Grusvägen upp hade bitvis stora hål som gjorde det lite svårt för en del Uber-bilar att ta sig fram.

Wonderful peaceful location with amazing views over the lake, stunning setting in front of volcano, superb suites with comfortable large bed, fantastic shower, excellent kitchen, sofa bed, terrace etc. Lovely pool with loungers and nice roof top terrace aswell. Great healthy and tasty breakfast in lovely communal room. The hosts are so friendly and helpful with everything including restaurant bookings and local attractions including walks, hot springs etc. 5 mins drive from Pucon centre. Fantastic value for money. Like a boutique hotel at a fraction of the cost. A real gem of a place. Nothing it is perfect

La calidad de las instalaciones es excelente, una vista al lago espectacular, con una rica piscina rodeada de hermosos jardines. Desayuno exquisito! En la época que fuimos, nuestra habitación estaba un poco calurosa, aunque nos instalaron un ventilador no mejoró mucho. La terraza de la habitación y la vista espectacular, pero poca sombra en la tarde. Se sugiere instalar un toldo o quitasol para disfrutar de mejor manera esta terraza.

• Gabriela (10/5): Impecável - A nossa estadia no Lake Lodge foi perfeita. A vista do lago é de tirar o fôlego, tanto da piscina quanto da sacada do quarto. O hotel é pequeno e intimista, muito bem decorado, espaçoso e limpo. Pamela e seu marido foram muito atenciosos, dando dicas sobre restaurantes e passeios. O café da manhã é muito bom e a área da piscina é ótima para o verão. Recomendo muito! -

I highly recommend and intend on going back myself if/when I - Lake Lodge provided a perfect “home away from home” for a week, allowing me to settle into my South America adventure travels with ease and comfort. It is a purpose built, very well thought through, small B&B set in the most beautiful and relaxing of locations. And Pamela and Javier are the perfect hosts to make it live up to its full potential!! Lake Lodge is about an 8 minute drive from Pucón, and also just a short drive down the same road takes you to Villarrica Volcano. I had a rental car, so this was plenty easy but I understand that ride service options are also available. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful; the recommendations for local food and activities were perfect, and you couldn’t ask for better hosts. (Javier was even kind enough to let me borrow his guitar during my stay to help me keep in practice)! It was actually very sad to leave. The road to the property is a little rough but completely passable if you take it slowly.
• Marcela (10/5): - Wir verbrachten im Dezember 2025 einen Aufenthalt im Lake Lodge in Pucón und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten einer wunderschönen Naturlandschaft mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den See. Zu jeder Tageszeit begleitet einen der Gesang der Vögel, was eine besonders ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Das Doppelzimmer, in dem wir übernachteten ist modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Es bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dusche, die über einen sehr guten Wasserdruck verfügt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit, individuelle Wünsche oder Anpassungen nach persönlichen Vorlieben zu äussern, was wir als äusserst positiv empfanden. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns wertvolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Touren in der Umgebung. An einem Tag mit einer sehr frühen Tour bereiteten sie uns sogar ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen vor, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Wir können das Lake Lodge uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Estrada de terra mas em condições ok. Muito especial passar essa semana por lá! Ainda ganhamos um vinho de presente! Muito obrigada! Tudo ótimo, só sugiro incluir um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto para facilitar se arrumar. :) Como o banheiro é um pouco escuro, facilitaria ter um espelho externo. Só isso mesmo!

• JL (8/5): - Pamela was very attentive and provided well for all our needs and questions. It was a rough drive-in and out of the property - although this seems common in Chile. There are a lot of steps down from the carpark to the entrance. For older people, like ourselves, not ideal. Otherwise, it is a delightful small property in a quiet location.

• bev (10/5): Beautiful hidden gem. - The lake lodge is a hidden gem. The road to it is very rough but wow once you get there it is amazing. Beautiful views and beautiful people. Pamela is the best host I have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble. As a coeliac (gluten free) traveller, Pamela went above and beyond to accommodate my health needs. Would definitely recommend. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Anteciparam check in, nos fizeram um café na chegada e cuidaram de tudo. De fato, a hospedagem é um pouco afastada da cidade e a ideia é justamente ter essa paz. De todo modo, a anfitriã nos deu o contato de um Uber chamado SANTI que nos levava ao centro e nos trazia de volta sempre que pedíamos. Com ele, não sentimos problema com a distância. Recomendo 100% a hospedagem.

• Katie (10/5): Wonderful place, comfy, cozy and felt that the staff went above and beyond to look after us. - Wonderful place with beautiful views of over the lake, and comfy cozy rooms. We loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it. Pamela went out of her way to look after us and went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel welcome. I wish we could have stayed longer! We only had 2 nights and it wasn’t enough. Next time I am in the area I would probably hire a car as it would be easier to get to/from the lodge with a car. We were able to get Ubers, which worked fine for us, although some uber drivers found it hard to find. The hosts were very helpful providing us with specific directions for the drivers, helping when needed and providing details for some very good drivers that knew where the place was. I hope to be back soon.

I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary.

Harmonious,Friendly with a fantastic landscape, this lodge have to be part of your travel dreams! Although have charm and privacity, The trail acces must to be fixed to decrease possible driving accidents.

• Julia (10/5): Great views, peaceful enviroment and amazing hosts - Located in a quiet and pleasant area, this B&B has amazing views to the lake and mountains, a beautiful garden and nice instalations. It is close to the city center and to other touristic spots if you have a car, which is recomendable if you want to visit the Pucón area. The high point, though, was definetely the service. Pamela and Javier were the best of hosts, making sure everything was good for us. A delicious breakfast was made exclusively for us by the hosts everyday. The kitchen in the apartment was well equiped and we manage to cook a few meals for ourselves easily. Bed and shower were comfortable and the room was spacious, with a private balcony for each apartment. A tiny adjustment, I would add a more spacious closet in the room.

Nonfunctional WiFi, unresponsive and inattentive management. No room service without request. Dirty pool, gardens overrunning the paths, and room cleanliness not as expected.

Road to the place was TERRIBLE!! Bathroom configuration was not good (there is a step down to get to the tub and sink. Hazardous in the dark.) Moving luggage from parking lot to room is difficult due to stairs. Entrance to the building is not identified.

• Emma (10/5): Gorgeous boutique lodge in an amazing setting - The Lake Lodge is fantastic. The rooms are to a very high spec with floor to ceiling views over the lake from every single one. The grounds, pool and common areas (including a rooftop area for star gazing) are similarly well appointed. Breakfast is delicious - made fresh for you from high quality ingredients. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend. The lodge is a short drive from the town so you are guaranteed peace and tranquillity for your stay.

• Rod (10/5): Great place for a quiet getaway - My wife and I decided to spend a couple of days near Pucon with the idea of driving around the surrounding áreas. However, given the traffic in Villarrica and Pucon we decided to spend most of the time at the hotel, enjoying the pool and the views.

The owner and host makes sure you feel at home providing you with anything you need and a great breakfast. it is a cozy place and very quiet, I really love it! My husband and 2 years old were very happy, my son was running in the gardens and enjoying the pool. I felt safe. My only recommendation is on your first night don't get there at dark. the sign can be easily miss (the owner's directions to get to the lodge work better than the GPS) and the open road is an adventure, you need to go over the hill which can be scary at first but once you get there, it is totally worth it. And after the first time, it is okay to get there at dark since it is very safe and once you know the way, you wont get lost. I will definitely go back to this amazing lodge and town!!!

• Gabriel (10/5): Awesome quiet place with tremendous view of lake. - I stayed 5 nights with my partner and our 10-year old. For people with a car, it´s a five minute (or less) to downtown Pucón. It´s one the quietest possible locations away from the noise of the town during the holidays. The property has a stunning view of the beautiful Villarrica Lake, either from the room/appartment, the breakfast room, the terrace atop of the pool deck. The host, Belgium-born Guy is the most kind helpful person you may wish for. He designed both the place and the surrounding gardens, which look right out of the pages of Wallpaper magazine. The appartments are supercozy and the kitchens are better equipped than mine at home, with high-end appliances. The wooden furniture, of local lenga tree is also superbly designed and very functional. Highly recommended to spend hours just watching the awesome Patagonian landscape, by the pool, reading or preparing a sophisticated meal for yourself and your party. I can´t think of any downside.
