- Stephane (5/5): It would be appropriate to carry out a serious renovation and updates. - The bed is comfortable, although the room is a bit dated. Access to the hotel is complicated, and you have to follow a foul-smelling alley with trash bins lining the entire path. In addition, the pool is not well maintained, and there are only two worn-out sun loungers available. The gym is very basic, and the equipment provided is simply not appealing.

- ERAN (8/5): - המלון עצמו בסדר, אבל לא יותר מזה. החדר בגודל סביר...לא גדול מאוד. היה מקרר קטן וקומקום. הניקיון בסדר. אבל שימו לב !!! לגבי המיסעדה הכשרה במלון והאוכל הכשר ביכלל ( שזה בעצם מה שמוביל הרבה ישראלים להזמין שהיה במלון ), אז נכון שיש אוכל כשר, קידוש ביום שישי , בית כנסת וכו'... שאני לא מכחיש שזה פרוייקט מאוד יפה של אדם בשם מרציאנו , שהבנתי שהוא נישען הרבה על תרומות וכו'... אבל זו לא ממש מיסעדה, ולא ממש חדר אוכל. זה יותר ניראה ביומיום כמו כמה שולחנות וכסאות פשוטים שפזורים בלובי הקטן של המלון ואיזושהיא פינת מיטבחון קטן שבו מכינים תאוכל. ולדעתי האוכל שקיבלנו בכמה פעמים שרכלנו שם היה ברמה בסיסית ביותר וממש לא ניתן להשוואה לשום מיסעדה שאכלנו בה בתאילנד וגם לא לבית חב"ד בבנקוק או אפילו בצ'אנג מאי וגם בקוסמוי ובקופנגן. בקיצור כל שרותי האוכל דומים יותר למשהו כמו שולחנות אוכל באיזשהו בית כנסת קטן או ישיבה קטנה בבני-ברק, או משהוא כזה... אז מי שמצפה למסעדה או חדר אוכל נורמלי של מלון....שישכח מזה.

- Stewart (3/5): Barr the smell and the rudeness of the reception staff it’s in a good location - The room was a decent size and the cleaners done a amazing job The smell in reception was that bad I even contacted booking to ask to rebook me somewhere else as the smell was there for 5/6 days, I lost my bad on my travel down I asked reception if they could help me to which they refused, there was a large gathering of what seems like a dinner service all the way through reception to way this couldn’t be held in the restaurant on second floor I don’t know it made it awkward walking past people while they were eating

- Dean (7/5): - Location and the staff. Well manared and helpful Pool area , the petty charge of 1000 baht for a blood stain on the sheets the size of a five pence piece caused by a mosquito bite . I stayed for one month and thought this was harsh. Alley way leading to the hotel is full of dirty rubbish bins that stink and have homeless people and stray dogs sleeping in it .

- dhokia (1/5): Not good - Not a good hotel. First of all there is a bad smell around the place. On arrival I was given the wrong Wi-Fi password and was never really given a proper code. In addition the phone in my room did not work, and I real effort was made to fix the phone. The shower barely outputs any water really low power.

Location is great for the nightlife but still managed to get a good sleep and didn't really hear any noise ( 8th floor ) It's set back from the road down an alley which isn't the best with smelly bins and rubbish. It's not a great first impression . they could easily have the bins hidden from view and improve this . when inside the hotel I was very happy with everything
