Micul dejun a fost excelent cu o mulțime de varietăți din care să alegi și servicii prietenoase și prompte. Grădinile și zona de piscină sunt minunate și este o locație liniștită și odihnitoare. Locatie perfecta pentru cumparaturi si relaxare, la o distanta mica de aeroport. Camerele nu au despartitoare intre balcoane si ar trebui modernizate.

Ask where back entrance is save a ton of walking. Staff super friendly. Kitchen has basic meals but nice food. Second time stayed there. Although bedding was clean and comfortable it is a little worn.

• Mary (6/5): It was a 6.5 rating and becauae of the location I loved it but the placw fell short of my expectaion. But it was cheap! - The property was quaint, balinese i spired and it had a nice courtyard. Were do I begin? The superior room was awful- dirty, MOLDY BATHROOM, smelled like it has been unused for a long time, poor hygiene, even after cleaning it was still dirty, bathroom needs an update really bad and the communication between I and the property was not very good. They did not respond to my queries much. Only after I nag them did they respond. Then I stopped trying.

• Synne (7/5): Everything except the bathroom was great - Central location. Pool if you wish to swim. Good beds. Clean. Water bottles included. I did not like the bathroom. I am not sure if it was just my bathroom in particular. Only bars of soap so you need to bring your own shampoo. No bag in trash can. If you wish to use the bidet spray, a very strong unpleasant odor comes from it. Shower takes a couple of minutes to warm up.

• Blueitt (8/5): - There staff were helpful and always asked if we needed anything The pictures needed updating as when we I booked it it looked like the pool was a large size so you could properly swim.sadly it wasn't,the picture make it look double the size.

The only thing that bothered me was the outside light, which stayed on and shone through the window where there was no curtain. However, overall it was really nice. The staff was also very helpful with everything — I would definitely stay again.

Запах постели был ужасным, как будто его давно не стирали. Хорошо бы использовать кондиционер для придания приятного запаха. Сначала мне дали белые полотенца мне было очень приятно ими пользовать, но потом поменяли на ужасные: серые и потрепанные. Мне хотелось использовать их как тряпку. Это было не приятно.

• Sylwia (8/5): Całkiem dobry pobyt w dobrej cenie - Całkiem fajny hotel. Wymaga nieco odnowienia i pokoje są w różnym standardzie. Bardzo miły personel. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko drogi a mimo to na uboczu i spokojnie. W pokoju dostępny czajnik. Fajnym rozwiązaniem jest basen. Jednak przez dość długi okres naszego pobytu nie widziałam żeby był czyszczony. Niektórzy turyście jedli przy basenie a na następny dzień w wodzie pływał makaron. Więc czystość basenu jest raczej wątpliwa.

It’s just in the corner of the legian street where you can find everything, but the hotel itself is like hidden It just missed hair dryer and iron in the bedroom, but I didn’t ask at the reception, maybe they could have it there

• Behnood (5/5): Kuta 2025 - Die Anlage ist schön und liegt sehr zentral. Es war ruhig im Hotel , aber man hört trotzdem jeden Geräusch da die Bauweise eben so ist. Das Bad war nichts besonderes kann Größer und schöner sein. Die oberen Zimmern sind OK wenn man sich wenig im Hotel aufhält. Frühstück ist OK aber nichts besonderes. Besser ohne Frühstück Buchen.

• harvey (7/5): Bendesa would benefit from a bit of a Reno, new linen, privacy on balconies upstairs, noise reductio - The breakfast was adequate, but bacon would have been appreciated occasionally. Be great to have a better coffee served. I found all linen could be replaced, including pillows. My pillow was mouldy. I actually went to Bintang n bought a new one. Mattress was not very comfortable. The down side to this hotel is the NOISE from Sky Garden n surrouding clubs, going till 4am. The staff were very friendly n helpful, making my stay very pleasant. The hotel need to put up a wall between rooms on the top floor balcony. . Apparently they had them originally, but they rotted. Most folk don't feel comfortable sitting on balcony with a stranger next ro you. No privacy. Alot of the hotels around are refurbishing etc n my advice would be to do this to Bendesa, if prices could remain low. Noise from Sky Garden till 4am. Microphone ringing out with some drunk shouting his song. Sheets pillows needs renewing. Curtain needs to be put up at both small windows upstairs rooms, as light beams in from balcony lights, which can only be turned off at switchboard.
