On a pris une douche, les 3 occupants, juste avant donc il y avais les serviettes on ne se sèche pas à une pour 3 !
Quand on est arrivé lors du Check out, on nous a dit de patienter 10mn, pour ensuite nous dire qu’ils nous facturaient et ensuite ils nous on fait revenir constater le nombre de serviettes.
Depuis le début du séjour le personnel est désagréable, regarde mal etc. Il y a énormément de choses à revoir dans cet hôtel

- dianacG5426LQ (2/5): Worst stay in Phuket, Patong!! - I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in a Deluxe Room and, unfortunately, it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Phuket.
The biggest issue was the overwhelming number of mosquitos. It was impossible to enjoy the terrace because you simply could not sit outside without being constantly bitten. Basic amenities were also missing — there were no toiletries provided, not even soap, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging premium rates (and without breakfast included).
The Deluxe Room was significantly smaller than it appears in the photos and did not fully match the advertised images. Considering the price we paid, the value for money was extremely poor.
Service was essentially non-existent. Almost every request was met with a flat “no,” with no effort to assist or accommodate guests. As an example, I politely asked to use an empty room during the night for a short business meeting and was refused outright, even though the space was clearly unused at that time. There was no willingness to help or find solutions.
Communication was also difficult due to very limited English among staff. The main pool was visibly dirty, further reflecting the overall lack of proper maintenance and care.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the cleaning staff member, who was kind, smiling, and the only person who made us feel somewhat welcome.
Having stayed in multiple hotels across Phuket, I can confidently say this was the worst experience by far. I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival after a 14 hour flight I was greeted by an angry, rude hotel Receptionist demanding that I pay 1,000 Thai baht cash and hand over my Passport or I would not be allowed to check in. Luckily, I did not hand over my Passport, nor should anyone with half a brain as this Hotel is conditioned to extract every possible dollar from it's guests and WILL rip you off.
Like every other guest I was told to go to the 7/11 across the road, as they would NOT accept any credit card whatsoever, so I parted with $50.00 Australian cash which I never saw again. I witnessed several guests visibly upset, some shaking, some in tears at their treatment from the Hotel Welcome committee, never have I seen such a disgusting, unprofessional group of Hotel reception staff.
I booked a Double room for myself and another double room for my son, I was given a twin room which had several issues (see below). I complained at least 8 times to reception as did dozens of other angry frustrated guests who were made to wait for well over an hour to talk to reception staff who are extremely rude and trained to ignore you and walk away.
• TV did not work,
• Air conditioning not working,
• Room Safe was locked, unable to use and not secured, so could be easily lifted,
• Telephone not connected,
• Room Key box was hanging off the wall with wires exposed,
• Breakfast was so disgusting that I asked for a re-fund,
• Charged for two additional pillows,
• Room had a list of Purchase options, including sheets, Remote controls, Ashtray, Cups. Linen ect ect WTF,
When my son was due to check out, they refused to refund his deposit until the room had been checked, during this time they put a LOCK on my door as I had his luggage in my room.
I was the informed that we had to pay 25,000 Thai Baht (See pic of Hotel Manager counting my money) as a room cleaning fee, even though my son’s room had been ignored by the cleaners ALL week. AS we were due fly home that night and had to get our luggage, I had no choice but to pay the Hotel SCAM fee or they would call the Police.
In summary, at the front end you think you’ve booked a bargain Hotel in Patong but upon check out every guest that I spoke to and witnessed were furious at being charged several fees for cleaning issues and in most cases costing way more than the cost of the Hotel accommodation.
This Hotel is a TOTAL SCAM and I would AVOID at your own peril. Never will I go back to this dump with the WORST, rudest Reception staff I have ever encountered.

I am giving this hotel 1 STAR (would give 0 if possible). DO NOT BOOK HERE. This was an absolute nightmare, a money-grabbing, mismanaged dump that thrives on scamming guests

STAFF CONDUCT (Hostile & Unprofessional):
The staff are beyond rude—they are downright hostile and unprofessional. They treated guests like inconveniences, barking orders, and rolling their eyes at simple requests. Their attitude made us feel like we were trespassing rather than staying at a paid hotel.
FRAUDULENT CHARGES/EXTORTION: Despite paying in full, the staff had the audacity to demand unauthorized, fabricated charges (an attempted scam/extortion). When challenged, they became aggressive, showing zero accountability. This is their standard playbook.
BROKEN FACILITIES: The facilities are an absolute joke. The air conditioning was practically non-existent, sputtering and coughing, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable.
VERDICT: This place is a disgrace and a blight on Phuket’s hospitality scene. AVOID at all costs.

Upon arrival, we found a dead insect in the room, showing a serious lack of cleanliness.
There were construction noises behind the room, continuing even after 9 p.m., making it impossible to rest.
In the bathroom, there was no hot water on the first day — the issue was temporarily fixed, only to return the next day. On top of that, the water pressure was extremely low throughout the entire stay, making the shower barely usable.
Worst of all, the hotel charged us for “dirty towels” — not stained or damaged, just used. A completely unacceptable and dishonest practice.
To finish, the check-out took over 30 minutes, with no organization or professionalism.
In short: poor hygiene, no comfort, terrible service, and shady management.
A real scam — avoid this place at all costs.

Our room was gruby, smelt like sewage marks on the wall. Very grim depressing room. The beds are like rocks so uncomfortable, there’s ants in the room. When I was checking out they wanted me to pay 200bath for a towel that had a few marks on it, I requested the towel and washed they little marks off- makes no sense they would be washing they towels anyway- was dirty, it literally had a few mark that would easily come out in the wash as I went into the bathroom and handed washed it in the sink! Absolute chancers. They aren’t friend here either! So if you want to be robbed, have a horrible sleep with back pain, chill with red ants and smell sewage then this is the place for you. Horrible horrible place!!!
- J6818AXryanf (2/5): Smelly room scam artists - First of all they make you pay 1000 baht deposit which will be used as a shakedown when you check out as they tried to charge us 200 baht for a towel with a small bit of makeup on it which would easily wash out in the machine. Room was full of ants. Beds were like concrete. Smell out of toilet was disgusting, stunk of sewerage the whole time. Staff are also rude and it’s clear the deposit is only used as a scam to try get money from tourists. Avoid at all costs.

- mandylP2574DX (2/5): Never trust 5 star review here. It’s scam! - The environment and service are both terrible. I’m certain their Google reviews must have been bought. During checkout, I had to wait for 10 minutes, but even after more than 10 minutes, when I asked them, they just kept saying a small towel was missing and demanded 200 THB compensation. The room I stayed in was very far to walk to. The bed made my whole body itchy, and even after changing the sheets it was still the same. The shower had very little water pressure, and the water was unstable sometimes hot, sometimes cold. The air-conditioning wasn’t cold at all. Communication was impossible they don’t understand Chinese or English. I will never come back to this hotel again. It’s extremely terrible! I strongly advise everyone not to come—it’s a trap!

very arrogant, tries to deduct money from security deposit making excuses. If you have request or any problem she has one response very busy. So i named her very busy dumb.
Right now hotel is doing well mostly sold out primarily as everyone is happy with infrastructure but when it will face some competition chances us there will be big drop as everyone is unhappy with staff.
- Louis (7/5): Good place to stay if you get a low price but faced some issues with reception staff - First of all, the hotel is gorgeous. There are 6 relatively large pools and around each one there are like 10-15 bangalows. It feels like a small neighborhood and unless you have really noisy neighbors, it is amazing.
The room was cleaned daily, although relatively fast. In an out in 5 minutes. So not the best thorough cleaning you can think of. Some of the reception staff was borderline rude.
Starting with my check-in. I wanted to pay with my card but they really pushed to pay with cash. First they said cash only. So I said no in the booking it says that I can pay with card. Then they said their card machine doesn't work. When I said many times that I am not paying with cash, all of a sudden everything worked.
I also asked the same receptionist if I can have a guest in my 2 person room (I was alone at the time). She said that I can bring one but if I change my mind I would have to pay to bring a different person in my room. Which doesn't make sense since I booked a 2 person room. Why care if I add a different second person? If no more than two people are in the room why care? So I did what everyone was doing and just ignored her and just walked in with different person and noone really cared. Which means that if you are a nice person that follows the rules, they ask you to pay extra.
Apart from that receptionist everything was good.

What did concern me, however, were the bugs...
We had a bug infestation on our table so we could not leave any kind of unfinished food even wrapped up in our room, as the bugs would find a way into the snacks.
The bed sheets were changed once during our 5 nights and the floor was only cleaned once.
Our shower stopped draining, but maintenence came to the room very quickly upon request. They fixed it quickly and were very professional!
Cats roamed around the resort, which was a bonus. They were very friendly and didn't bother anyone from what I could see.
The shower was stuck on one temperature (lukewarm), but it wasn't a huge issue, given the climate of Thailand.
Overall, it was a decent stay with a cleanliness issue. Would stay there again, but only if they improve their hygiene standards!

- Camjar (8/5): Budget Conscientious Value - The Natural Resort is a great option for the budget conscientious traveller. Booking through Agoda I secured one of their standard bungalows for 600 baht p/n during low season. The Natural is set on a huge complex with numerous same type bungalows laid out in blocks of twenty or so in a terraced fashion side by side. They are quite dated but going through a makeover at the moment. There is also a more modern and more expensive multi-level option (Superior Building/Junior Suite) in the middle of the resort. Check in went smoothly although you are required to pay 1,000 room deposit, returned on departure if there is no damage caused or items missing from the room. As mentioned above the rooms are a little dated but they are clean, spacious and provide all your needs for a comfortable stay. WIFI and AC both worked well. Shower pressure was great and water was consistently hot and drained away nicely. Plenty of cupboard space for belongings and a handy little table and chairs for meal times, there is even an additional sink in the room for washing the dishes. The fridge is huge by hotel standards and there is an area to set up a PC. If there was a micro wave oven available it would have been the perfect self-contained bungalow, but still it was very good. Only negative was the bed, a little firm for me, which is quite common in Thailand. Housekeeping is done daily with water, tea/coffee etc provided. There is a restaurant on site that provides daily buffet breakfast for 150 baht. Very reasonably priced and whilst not a huge variety of foods to choose from it is satisfactory. One of the highlights of the Natural Resort is the fact there are several swimming pools on site, so you don’t have far to walk for a dip. The location of the resort is very good also. Plenty of restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance to Malin Plaza market and the O-Top entertainment area. Patong beach is probably a casual 15–20-minute walk. They have a shuttle bus service that runs to and from Kata Beach several times a day. Note that the resort has a guest (joining) fee of 500 baht per person and security on site is quite diligent in policing this, even blocking off the side entrance so people must walk through the main foyer to reach their room. The grounds of the resort are quiet and peaceful, well maintained with a tropical vibe and staff were generally quite friendly and helpful. At the price point The Natural Resort offers tremendous value and is highly recommended.

- R8029QOkylew (2/5): Absolutely terrible - This was the worst hotel I’ve been to in a long time. There was cockroaches, mosquitoes, and ants. The AC doesn’t work and it gets very very hot. The bed is rock hard and the blankets are terrible. after our stay, they tried to smuggle money out of us by saying there was missing towels even though we double checked and every room had all the towels they had in the first place, we ended up with a 100 dollar fine.

La forma de pago para cualquier tipo de consumo es en efectivo. El personal de recepción no son tan amables. A la hora de realizar check out, te tienen esperando en recepción en lo que alguno de los empleados va a tu habitación a revisar que todo esté OK, el hotel es grande y la espera fue de 15 minutos.

I am a 41 year old solo traveller as a healer and a health care practitioner and professional i feel insulted on my present visit here, a personal item was stolen out my room it was valuable to me because my child had bought it. It was an exclusive cup/mug for tea drinking ONLY i bought from home to use on holiday, had my room cleaned on 11.11.2024 and this item went missing on my return that early hrs of the morning so reported it late on the 12th .11.2024. I was told it would be looked into. On the reporting they said there was nothing to be done that night and I should inquire about it the next day 13th 11.2024 on this day ive been met by hostility and attitude by the staff at reception I was accused of lying when it was of no money value it was of sentimental value. I’m writing here because now it’s principle. As a manager myself, i am astounded how THE MANAGERS wasn’t interested very dismissive and didn’t really care. I was told they wanted to see a photo of the missing item in my room a previous photo of it in the room to confirm that it was there i needed to take a previous photo to confirm that it was there and I'm telling the truth Wtf ? why would I take a photo of a cup just incase its stolen? Why would I report something of no value if it's not true.... all the management said is why didn’t I put it in the safe. Which makes no sense. Why would i put a cup in a safe? i was blamed for maybe leaving it with other guests when I hadn’t even taken it out of my room. It is used to have tea in the morning and night before I go to sleep and when awake. I am absolutely flabbergasted with their responses and attitude. Yet on arrival I had to give 10000 thb or my passport just incase I damage anything yet not a care in the world from them when I’ve been a victim from their staff as I said its an classical exclusive cup why it was stolen. On top of that, the Internet is completely useless with such a big property that there need to be thought out, maybe more hot spots and Internet access. Why would I report something like a cup if I wasn’t telling the truth it's insane. The fact that there is no investigation into who cleaned my room is also why it’s been taken. The cleaner in question knows that there is no comeback in this situation. I could not wait to leave. I am stupid to see lots of people complaining about different things, and still I decided to stay here
It’s basic, not my usual choice, but due to staying in the country for such a long time, I thought it would be a good cheap option for me. On this matter the main lady and man on reception was disgustingly, dismissive and uninterested the man one telling me to call the police in a rude manner and a hand gesture to say go away and that he wanted to see the cup in the room in a photo as proof utterly ridiculous or that I should have put it in the safe..... it’s a cup of personal sentiment. On breaking the news to my son, I agreed with him when he said “ Why did you go to a crap hotel? You get what you pay for” Absolutely, the truth is. If you do something they don’t like you’ll be charged for it without care this I’ve seen with other customers. In this hotel, THE PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. ACCORDING TO THEM ITS THE CHOICES AND THEIR RULES, regardless of how you feel or can prove.... THE CLEANER WHO HAS TAKEN IT, you're disgusting, not an ounce of respect for yourself and the job you do. Just know people reading this I would NEVER complain or write this if it was not true it’s of no money value.

The only good thing was the location NOTE: There are better hotels around the area than this one. Also, I read the reviews hoping for a different outcome from the bad complaints, but I ended up feeling the same as many paying customers.
Cleaners are thefts my suggestion is if you decide to stay LOCK 🔐 YOUR BELONGINGS AWAY IN YOUR SUITCASE BEFORE LEAVING EVERYDAY I ended up not letting anyone clean my room, I went to another hotel I didn't feel comfortable after that.

- Muhamad (6/5): It was ok, but felt like I was scammed - It was clean and everything was functional. The aircon was good and hot water functioning well. The only reason why I booked this was because they had the 4 single bed option. When we arrived, they said that they did not have such an option. But I showed the booking document to them and it clearly indicated 4 single bed.. There was four of us. They also wanted to hold on to our passports as a deposit, which I did not agree to. So alternatively, they would take 1000 Baht as a deposit. (A bit of a silly policy if you ask me)

- Mattias (10/5): Bra område - Bra hotell med närhet till restauranger och nattliv. Skönt med eget poolområde till några rum. Kan bli lite stökigt ibland med massa lekande barn som skriker så mycket som dom kan och ingen som säger åt dem att vara tyst även fast det är efter tiderna som man får använda poolen.

the shower was really bad the water burley comes out. It’s like a sprinkler.
Very rude employees. They try to rip us off by telling us that we broke a water glass. This never happened and they tried to take money from our deposit because of this.
We had booked bed-and-breakfast , breakfast was from 7:00 till 11:00, we went for breakfast at 10:00 but they told us that there weren’t any food left and they were not going to top it up so we ended up having no breakfast even though we had paid for it.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Needs updating - The outside areas are ok, like a holiday camp. Quite pleasant pools, however there are something like 200 people staying there at one time & 3 sun loungers. The internet also doesn't work. We booked 'deluxe' , it most certainly wasnt. The rooms were dated & quite shabby. Shame really because with a bit of investment they could have electric locks, working internet, comfortable beds, updated rooms & call it a luxury resort, easily charge more. As it is there are better options , we decided to only stay a night and stayed in a couple better for less money
