Phanumas (10/5): Very nice - Room is very good, clean and have a lot of space. Wifi is also good and can use line application here.
Rosália (8/5): Acomodação muito apertada! - Acomodações espartanas, não estão de acordo com o preço cobrado. A equipe do hotel é simpática e solícita. Seria útil também prevenir sobre a fachada que não é convencional. Entra-se num prédio com aparência residencial e lá dentro descobre-se o hotel contratado.

Verified traveler (2/5): Скупой платит дважды - Прекрасное расположение - пару минут ходьбы от Московского вокзала. Но на этом плюсы закончились. Жила в номере "люкс". Вода - холодна. В номерах очень холодно и достаточно грязно. Но самое ужасное - звукоизоляция. Слышала каждое слово своих соседей. Даже своих денег недостойно!
Oxana (8/5): Неплохой отель для коротких поездок - Из плюсов: близость к центру города, вежливость персонала, кулер на каждом этаже, бесплатный чай/кофе, одноразовый набор для душа, одноразовые тапочки и полотенце. Из минусов: СЛЫШИМОСТЬ. Звукоизоляции практически нет. В номере чувствуешь себя как в картонном домике. Слышно даже как спускают воду в туалете через коридор. Постельное белье и полотенца стиранные, но создалось впечатление, что экономили на стиральном порошке. Покрывало на кровати в пятнах. Итог: в целом неплохо. Отель довольно аккуратный. Просьба к администрации что-нибудь сделать для улучшения звукоизоляции
Elena (10/5): Отлично - Отель расположен в 7 минутах ходьбы от Московского вокзала. Номера очень хорошо выглядят, все ново, чисто. Номер был с общим душем и туалетом на этаже, но это абсолютно не страшно, в них всегда идеальная чистота, убираются после каждого посещения. За такую цену-твердая пятерка!

Olga (10/5): Неплохо - В целом все было хорошо, чистый уютный номер, ненавязчивый сервис. Не понравилась плохая звукоизоляция перегородок. Было ощущение что соседи находятся в твоем, а не в своем номере))) и сквозило из окон. Но видимо это замечание к строительным работам(((
Anna (10/5): Если вы ищите номер в центре, тогда вам сюда - Я бронировала номер двухместный, кажется он идет категории люкс. Хотя до люкса он не достает, но как улучшенный эконом в 4х-5ти звездочной какой гостинице - очень даже. Все чистенько, аккуратно. Понравился стиль комнаты, специально по картинкам выбирала, чтобы по моему вкусу было. Душевая кабинка из новых. Расположена очень удобно. 5 минут пешком от Московского вокзала (и метро Площади Восстания соответственно). 2 минуты - и ты на Невской. Вообщем центр, что еще сказать) Особо хочу отметить администраторов ресепшн - очень милые девушки. Вежливое обращение и забота о постояльцах гарантированы. Заселение в номера по регламенту осуществляются с часу дня, а я приехала в город уже в 7 утра. Мне, мало того что разрешили сразу закинуть вещи, чтобы не таскаться с ними пол дня, так еще и позвонили, как только съехали предыдущие постояльцы, дав зеленый цвет к заселению. А это было около половины 12го дня. Единственный минус - очень высокая слышимость в номерах. Соседний храп и разговоры очень слышны. Мне это не мешало, но боюсь, что могла мешать я (в номере с подругой была, и до 4 утра болтали без умолку)

Don't book this hotel!!! - this is such a bad places to stay. the 24 hours counters are fake. there was no one at the counter in the morning and it made us wait outside the hotel for an hour on the first day checking in. In the room, we have no idea why there was so many mosquitoes. There was so many bites on my girlfriend. I've killed 5 - 6 mosquitoes in the room but still there is still some. WTH. and now it is 9 am we would like to have our room changed but there was still now one in the counter!
Pavel (8/5): Comfortable hotel, yet difficult to find. - Overall, I was really pleased with my stay. My room was extremely comfortable and cosy and the decoration and general condition of the room was very good. However, I found it difficult to find the hotel. As a regular visitor to St Petersburg, I know the city very well but this hotel is located in a courtyard with no obvious signs. It took me quite a while to find it and when I did, a lot of the building was still under construction so there was a lot of building dust and equipment lying around. That said, the actual hotel was excellent for the price paid. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location (apart from being difficult to find) is very good and in close proximity to several metro stations. I would definitely return and would recommend it to other visitors but do be aware that it's not the easiest place to find.
