My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, making it perfect for a longer stay. The comfortable bed and modern amenities added a touch of home. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the fitness center was a nice bonus. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and value. I’ll definitely stay here again!

robertwM9395PU (10/5): Great Hotel and even better breakfast service - Great hotel and Location. This hotel has plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The Hotel staff was very courteous and professional and recognized my Convoy status. The Housekeep[ing staff did a wonderful job keeping the rooms and common areas clean. Lete the lady that sets up the breakfast did a wonderful job making sure the food was presentation was perfect and plentiful. She went out of her way to greet every guest in the morning and make sure they enjoyed their breakfast, a true dedicated employee. As a Titanium Bonvoy member I will absolutely recommend this hotel when staying in the Laredo area.

EDUARDO (6/5): Managed by Cats t - 1st off cats live in the hotel cat bowls with cat food in front lobby door and in the back door by pool i almost fell stepped on the cat food bowl i was wearing my $1500 versace shoes someone that works there a lady came outside mad fixing the bowls looking at me crazy i told her i almost fell and broke my back and she said it was the hotel's cat paid $500 for two nights same price as Westin in San Antonio loud music from bars nextdoor and cars racing real loud could not fall asleep until 4am due to loud racing and music i dont recommend hotels.com they make hotels look better than they are .and this hotel is managed by stray Cats .its like the cats had more saying than a over paying customer still was charged extra $65 at hotel when i had paid upfront i think im deleteing my hotels.com account had it for 6yrs past 3yrs worse and worse

willl353 (8/5): Reliable - Like many who work on the road I’ve stayed at a lot of long term hotels of different brands. This property is well managed and the housekeeping and front desk staff are very polite, responsive and thorough. Generally the guests aren’t too loud but there are always exceptions. Laredo doesn’t have many options for this kind of stay so competition seems limited and you can kind of tell. This hotel seems to have been pretty full for an extended period even in the pandemic. Only real ding is the facility to wash clothes on the first floor. The coin-op washers and dryers are in poor repair, they’re dirty and unreliable. This is a big deal if you’re forced to live in a hotel long term. You’re rolling the dice when you put your stuff in these machines. Every interaction with staff has been positive. This is a safe and comfortable place to stay, they’re making some improvements and hopefully the washers are on the list.

Everything was pleasant and apparently clean but taking a closer look the couches had what seem to look like food stains, couches definitely need major upgrades they are not comfortable at all and I was tired, I could’ve probably laidback on the floor and be a lot more comfortable than on the couch.

KennyC877 (10/5): Excellent Extended Stay Property - First of the stay was a work stay for 45 days. The staff from the manager Mr Palizo to the cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would Like to especially thank the front desk crew.: Ms Letty, Ms Gaby, director of sales Ms N DEL Rio and their awesome Housemen Mr Baltizar. He was there whenever I need anything. He even lit the the outside grill for me and somehow came up with some seasoning. I highly recommend this property for family, business or leisure travel. Also the close proximity to the airport with a shuttle was anadded bonus. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I will miss you all.
Shuttrrbug (6/5): Nice hotel, friendly staff, updated room, yet no King Size bed! - My only beef with this hotel is they "upscaled" my room with my so called preferences as Bonvoy member, but my first criteria is a king size bed. Sleep on queen with my feet hanging over end, not good, did not sleep well! Room was very large, with two bedrooms, kitchen and lounge area. Had dinner the night we stayed and it was good, saved us time not having to go out. Breakfast was good, not great, lots of options. Located in great area convenient to lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff very friendly and attentive. For those with long-term stays, this is an ideal hotel.

tc0nverse (10/5): Business Stay - It was Great and a lot of variety in the morning breakfast and also serving drinks and food in the evening was an Extra! The room was well laid out for rest and work even with cleaning supplies in the kitchen.

I stayed here at the Laredo Town Place Suites for 1 year while my company put up a Wind Farm by Zapata. I would like to thank the women at the desk, in the kitchen area and the cleaning ladies for the fantastic job and hospitality while I was there. I would recommend Laredo Town Place to everyone. Verified traveler (8/5): Good location - Stay was good. Did like the 2 separate bedrooms. Felt more comfortable due to having privacy. Carpet was clean but the black color of the carpet would leave your feet black. The shower handle was broken so had to keep putting back every time you would shower.
EPbpk9 (10/5): Outstanding Hotel and Staff - I am with a federal govt law enforcement agency currently deployed to Laredo for a extended time period. I travel alot and always stay in Marriott hotels. Most are generally good, but this one has been exceptional. The staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate me, my family, and my colleagues. They have made sure we are very comfortable while deployed away from home. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The cleaning and kitchen staff are always friendly and take pride in their work. The front desk staff and management are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and have taken care of any special requests we have made, and usually on short notice. The pool, gym, and laundry facilities are always very clean and well taken care of. The area around this hotel is very new, safe, and accommodating. There are several new restaurants, stores, and entertainment facilities. I cant say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone visiting the Laredo area.
Destination827901 (10/5): Wonderful Experience! - We spent three nights at this hotel for a family event and our overall experience was great. the service was outstanding. With the exception of one breakfast cook (Aimed) not preparing more sausage at 9:45 on Sunday morning, the service from all other staff was exceptional. Particularly, Letty (Saturday’s breakfast cook) and Libby (reception) stand out for their friendliness and willingness to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again!
390sh (10/5): Loving Laredo - Terrific location - close to airport; close to a good variety of restaurants; locals were friendly; this TownePlace Suites had extremely comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and pretty darn good insulation such that we hardly heard anything from other renters, the breakfast area had a good variety of food products and ample seating.
Christina (8/5): It Was Just Ok - Everything was great except the comfort level of the actual bed. The pillows were soggy and flat, the bedding felt like it was half dry half wet.
mez127 (8/5): Very accommodating place to stay - Towne Place Suites is a very comfortable accommodation. The rooms are very spacious and special reference must be made of Letty who served us at breakfast and has a wonderful face to be confronted with early in the morning.

JohnThomas84 (8/5): Okay space but great service - The hotel itself isn’t that remarkable, but I had a decent room in a decent part of the hotel and it was actually quite clean. And I feel like I got a two bedroom suite for the price of the studio. But what really mattered is that I had to check out of the hotel a full three days early, and they did not charge me any type of cancellation fees at all. So the service here is really great.

Sergio J (8/5): Short Stay for Big Families - For a family of 5, space is no problem, facilities and amenities are amazing. It's located in North Laredo and not far from the commercial part of the city. Highly valuable and recommend. Suggestion to the management: this hotel is pretty much new, nevertheless, maintenance and front desk services are starting to fall short. Plenty of odors along the corridors, paint is starting to dye out, carpets bit dirty. Just keep an eye out for this minor problems and give your hotel that fresh look again. Thank you for having us!

Texcoco79 (10/5): Incredible value and comfort! - Located near all shopping areas in Laredo, the TownePlace suites is a great place to stay for maximum shopping convenience. The hotel offers ample rooms with all the amenities and comforts you need! Rooms are very spacious and well designed. Very comfortable beds and extremely well sized bathrooms. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen. VERY WELL equipped, with tonns of room for our kids to not feel cramped. The rooms have a modern design and very functional. The gym is simple but does the job for a quick calorie burn! Breakfast is good with a good variety of continental breakfast choices. Overall the TownePlace suites is a GREAT stay + the best value for your $.
