Lovely staff, and the Manager whom we knew for many years has returned to work here, so that was an additional bonus. Breakfast is still good, tasty and substantial. Excellent value for the money. Fewer toiletries this time around. No shaver kit (apparently they ran out and the supplier hadn't sent more), no hand soap and amenity kit. The other stuff were still given.

The breakfast buffet was very good. We had to change rooms too many times.

- Ming (10/5): Always good, always quality, highly recommended - My go to hotel in Phnom Penh... it has maintained its standard all these years. I probably stayed there for almost 10 years. Always a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely rooms, superb beds, and really good quiet aircon. Good toilets, good shower, no weird smells or sewage smells which is very common in many hotels in PP. Quality buffet breakfast although it's been whittled down significantly since the COVID pandemic. Staff are almost all new, only one guy is left from the pre-pandemic period. But staff are still good and helpful. We booked one room for the first night and then 2 rooms for the subsequent 2 nights. I requested for a free upgrade to the family apartment which has two bedrooms with a king bed in each room, and it was graciously acceded to. There are two toilets - one attached with a bathtub which my kids loved and another toilet in the kitchenette area so effectively each room has its own toilet. Plus there's a nice dining table with 4 chairs for meals and also a small sofa with a coffee table. Lots of room for the kids (3 of them) to run around and mingle and have great fun. By the way, there are 3 32" Sony TVs in this room... one in each bedroom, plus one in the silting area. A fridge and an induction hob completes the set up. Outstanding value actually. Staff are a bit raw. Not much experience but it can't be helped. All the experienced staff left during the pandemic. And it doesn't help that tourist numbers are still very down in Cambodia and the staff don't really have as much to do hence the inexperience.

- Sivakumar (10/5): Family trip first time to Phnom Penh - The hotel is conveniently located with in core city range with many walkable marts and shops. Family room with minimum required kitchen utensils was comfortable for family in case of light cooking in the dinner times. Dedicated tuk tuk driver in the doorstep is quick to understand our needs and took care of our local trips for very reasonable charges. Friendly staff and the pool area with sauna all good for family stay.

Booking 2 bedsroom,it located on 1st fl. first entry there is some smell.i need to ask for air refresher And 2nd night I did ask staff to try to get rid of the smell,then they put the oil in room. Bedsheet,towel look old should be replace. Even it was in the room but the first night they do not prepare. Master bedroom next to the kitchen,you will hear noise in the morning since 5.45 am once they start working. Breakfast need to be improve. Food not warm and not attractive. Location is good right on main road.

From check in to room stay, a very friendly and quiet hotel within the heart of a very busy zone. The breakfast is very fulfilling. Excellent staff and facilities.

- David (10/5): Very comfortable, relaxing stay - We had to switch from a hostel to Anik because my partner tore an ankle ligament and couldn't climb the stairs at the hostel. The staff were outstanding, and did all they could to accommodate us. There are a few excellent lunch and dinner spots nearby and the pool is decent for a cool down in the afternoon.
- jill (8/5): Good location - This is a pretty basic hotel. Nice shower. Bed was like sleeping on a table. The did put some extra padding under the fitted sheet the second day. There is definitely a mold problem (in our room, 106, it was partially covered by wall paper). Buffet included for breakfast was fair. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and sights.

- Sue (8/5): Friendly staff, nice hotel - It was my mum's first visit to Cambodia and we chose this hotel because of a friend's recommendation. I've been to Phnom Penh more than a couple of time this past few years and each time, I've stayed in a different hotel. This hotel would be one of the better ones. Staff are always around to help. The manager was also very accommodating to my requests. Whenever I request for more towels/ pillows, they came without delay.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful ....its small hotel only 3 floors, breakfast was great so was service. - Gisela (8/5): Great apartment for a famy of 4 - We had a 2 bdr apartment with a little living room & a kitchen with table & chairs. 2 bathrooms. There was not Hot water but given the extreme heat it wasn't a huge problem. Air conditioner worked amazingly. Breakfast was ok. There was always a tuk tuk @ the door for us to go places. Front desk service was spot on. We needed to book a tour & also mu son got sick so we needed to go to a clinic. Staff called to arrange both things for us.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Ok place. - We did ok here, however, felt that work out area machines very poor, only 4 machines. Pool area was pretty, but could be much cleaner. Hall carpets dirty. Outside front had a small watering edge that was pretty, but water dirty green. Staff was very nice, however. Conceire wasn't knowledgeable, which luckily we had friends that we connected with whom told us great eating placed, shopping etc.

- Supat (6/5): Great Hotel for a Room to Sleep - I chose this hotel from the picture on Expedia as a place to stay overnight after a long haul flight into PNH. The taxi driver found it fairly easily and the staff was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were as advertised and were big, modern, and clean. It was a great place to crash after a long trip. The only issues I found with the hotel were with the bathroom. The door to the bathroom had a raised ridge that was about two inches high so you WILL stub your toe going in and out EVERY TIME. Also the water never got hot, which is usually fine in a super tropical country, but the air conditioning is so cold that if you are like me, you will be shivering and whimpering naked on the tile floor after a few minutes.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty beds! - I checked into the hotel and when we came back this evening we saw that the bottom sheets were blood stained. We called the front desk and they said that the cleaning staff had gone home and we could discuss it in the morning. We said they needed to send someone so that we could sleep and when they stripped the bed, they had blood stains all over the mattress pad. When I asked him about the sheets he said "sometimes the cleaning staff doesn't have much time to turn the room so they don't always change the sheets " They took me to 2 other rooms to look at the beds and all of them were disgustingly dirty with stains. Finally a third room was somewhat acceptable but the pillows were all stained and we slept in our clothes on top of the sheets.
