Caitlin (8/5): - The breakfast options were great. And the room was very open and spacious. I liked the little pull out tables available in the bathroom and beside the bed. I don't know what it is but I didnt find the bed very comfortable. The TV remote also didnt work right. The channel button wouldn't work and once I had the volume up I couldn't turn it down. There wasn't a guide either available for the TV and with the channel button not working I had to type in random channel numbers to find something to watch.

The pool was small but I’m guessing it would be a better fit for working travelers. The breakfast was great for the kids. We brought our own bedding which we put on top of the bedding provided so I can’t comment on that but everything seemed clean! No complaints.

We were extremely tired and didn’t request a change since it was already around 9 p.m. In the future, please ensure staff thoroughly check all sheets and linens when preparing the beds. Thank you!

Kandi (1/5): Will never stay again - Facility was fine but not for an 80 yr old on hospice. Asked for room close to elevator so my mother on hospice wouldn't have to walk very far. Both of our stays we were put almost at end of the hall, long walk for her and on the 4th floor. No trash liners in trash cans Hampton has went way downhill and I will make sure I never stay at one again. I asked for a step stool, which I know is available so my mom could get into the bed, but couldn't get that either.

My wife thought a roach. I’m not certain. The shower had hair in it. The fridge was dirty! The water pressure was not good. The rags and towels were not white at.

The only negative thing I would say is the front desk agent could've had mych better customer service skills. She wasn't very professional. She just said, "Here you go, giving the keys over." No hotel details or directions. When we called for something that was missing She answered roughly, saying only, "Desk." When connection was lost, she didn't call me back, although I'd clearly identified myself. Then answered the same way when I called again.

At many places, staff are polite and professional—but here, they go beyond courtesy. The team truly comes across as genuinely warm and friendly. The hotel is often bustling, yet the service remains personal and attentive. On our most recent trip, we saw a couple arrive late at night, clearly exhausted and hoping to find a room. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the staff didn’t just turn them away. Instead, they made calls to nearby hotels to help the couple find availability. That extra effort speaks volumes about the kind of hospitality you can expect here.

donavanc2017 (2/5): Horrible - Horrible experience. The room above ours held a track meeting until way into rhe night! Kids ruining back and forth non stop. Called the manager Brittany and asked for help. It didn't stop. Called 2.5 hours later and asked to be moved. I was told they had no available rooms even though the parking lot only had a few cars. We left and went to another hotel. This was our 14th year staying here and we always booked 3-4 rooms every year. We will never be back.
