Nous vous conseillons ce joli petit Riad avec 6 chambres, un magnifique patio et de belles terrasses.

Riad stuff welcomed us with mint tea and cookies. They were helping us any time we needed it, even let us leave our luggage there when we went on a trip to the desert. We are very grateful for that! Breakfast was delicious! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very beautiful too.

Una pena que la gente no respete el descanso de los demás, porque el riad es un sitio de paz.

- Gunther (10/5): Riad met super vriendelijk personeel - Prachtige riad. Bij aankomst werd ik heel vriendelijk ontvangen en het personeel was bijzonder gastvrij. Vooral de man die mij bijna elke ochtend ontbijt klaarmaakte, zal me bijblijven. Ook wanneer ik enkele keren vrij laat aanbelde om binnen te komen, was dat nooit een probleem. De riad is ook makkelijk bereikbaar. Vlakbij Place Mellah waar je taxis hebt en waar ze je oppikken voor excursies. Zeer tevreden en ik raad de riad aan iedereen aan. Niets!
- Arianna (10/5): Amazing stay and super kind owners - our stay at riad assalam for one night was amazing. the place is like a quiet oasis in the beautiful chaos of marrakesh. the staff were extremely kind and lovely with our daughter, and they let us have a late check-out on our last day, which we really appreciated as we had a night flight. the room was big and clean, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. there are many narrow stairs, but this is common in riads and part of their charm. just something to consider if you have mobility issues.

La doccia un vero disastro..per regolare la temperatura dell'acqua perdevo almeno 15 min di tempo e talvolta per non farla troppo bollente, mi dovevo accontentare di farla fredda. Dovrebbero cambiarla e metterne una un pò più di facile uso.

Le lieu est magnifique, encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos, avec une ambiance très chaleureuse. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, qui a été exceptionnelle. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont adorables, toujours disponibles et attentionnées. Mention spéciale à Bouchra, qui est d’une gentillesse rare : elle accueille tout le monde avec du thé, prend régulièrement des nouvelles, et s’assure qu’il ne manque rien dans la chambre. Elle a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Nous avons même pris des photos avec elle, c’était un super moment ! Merci également au gérant ainsi qu’à Hichem pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme. Toute l’équipe est au top. Même pour une seule nuit, c’était parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Même la piscine froide surtout utilisée en été (c'était avril juste avant la grêle), nous avons pu en profiter et faire des photos dedans. Bref il n'y a rien que nous n'avons pas apprécié

- philippe (9/5): - Le riad est très bien placé, dans une petite rue à l'abri du bruit. Nous avons été très bien reçues, le petit déjeuner était délicieux, le meilleur de notre séjour ! La chambre était très grande avec un lit confortable. La salle de bain était spacieuse, avec deux vasques et de la place pour poser nos affaires. La terrasse est sympa, les coussins pourraient être un peu plus propres. La salle de bain était assez humide car il n'y a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. Nous avons dû dormir avec la fenêtre donnant sur le couloir ouverte car il faisait trop chaud, ce qui causait un peu de bruit.

- Molly (9/5): - Upon arrival we were greeted with breakfast and tea even though we were too early to check-in. They held our bags while we explored the city. When we returned we were shown our rooms and felt very well taken care of. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Lots of outlets, towels, and everything you could need for a short stay. Location was fantastic and hospitality was superior.

Pozor na platbu virtuální kartou Revolut, nefunguje na jejich terminálu. Fyzická karta bez problémů. Skvělé jenže fotky na booking odpovídali realitě! Snídaně jen sladké, ale není to myšleno špatně, asi je to v Maroku standard. Ale stačilo se zmínit zda by nebyla vejce a velmi ochotně udělali omeletu.

Riad très propre, grande chambre , très bonne literie, excellents repas . Super terrasse et rooftop avec vue sur la ville et les cigognes. Je m'y suis sentie comme à la maison, et ce grâce à l'excellent accueil d'Abdellah et de Bouchra, qui sont de belles personnes et qui ont pris soin de moi comme une princesse. Rien à dire .

Emplacement dans une petite ruelle au calme, tout en étant proche d'une place animée et de nombreux commerces. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Grande douche mais absence de pression dans la robinetterie. Le bruit résonne dans le riad et peut être dérangeant pour les personnes trop sensibles.

- Nathalie (9/5): Great Stay at Riad Assalam - The Riad is simply cosy and pretty in its all Maroccan style. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and made sure to make our stay comfortable and they’ve adjusted to our plans (such as having breakfast earlier than time planned in the Riad). The location is great, is easy to walk around Marrakech from there Road and to reach all points of interest. I couldn’t recommend it enough. There’s nothing that we didn’t like.

Concernant le Riad notre chambre était spacieuse et très bien entretenue, les deux terrasses sur le toit étaient un plus plus. Mais ce qui nous a ravi c'est l'accueil et les attentions toujours discrètes mais ô combien gentilles du personnel sur place.

The small pool in the courtyard makes it a really special and relaxing place. Abdellah was always incredibly nice and caring. He often played with my child and was very attentive in general. He also helped a lot with practical things, like giving tips for trips, helping organize things and even helping me get a SIM card. Whenever I had a question, he was happy to help. Bouchra was simply amazing as well. She helped with everything during the day, whether it was food or any small thing we needed. She seemed to notice every little wish before we even asked and was always so warm and helpful. You can really feel that everyone there truly cares about the guests and wants people to feel comfortable. We felt very welcome there and almost at home. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place.

We were greeted very warmly, and the hosts took care of us every step of the way. There was no problem ordering breakfast much earlier when we were going on a trip. The room was large and had heating. We felt safe and comfortable. Thank you for everything:) Despite the heating, it was a bit cold in the bathroom, but we managed.

Orrida anche la colazione, varia, abbondante e gustosa. A dir il vero non c'è molto da dire. Le camere non sono grandissime ma stiamo parlando di un Riad tipico, non del Grand hotel. Nelle camere arrivano nitide le voci da cortile centrale. Noi abbiamo risolto con dei semplici tappi per orecchie.

Petit bémol pour la robinetterie de la salle de bains qui doit être changée. Apart ça nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Spécial compliment pour le petit déjeuner qui est somptueux. Merci pour tout. La robinetterie vieillissante. Le matelas un peu dur.

- Magdalena (4/5): Nie polecam - Tylko lokalizacja była super. Dostałyśmy inny pokój niż zarezerwowałam. Obsługa udawała, że jest tak jak chciałam. Zamiast wybranego przeze mnie pokoju dostałyśmy mały ze starą, brudną klimatyzacją. Szafa była w łazience, ponieważ w pokoju zmieściło się tylko łóżko. Zamówiłam pokój delux. Okazało się nasz pokój jednak dostali inni goście. Była to bardzo niekomfortowa sytuacja. Goście nie dostają klucza do głównych drzwi, więc jednej nocy nie mogliśmy spać, ponieważ ktoś wrócił późno w nocy i długo się dobijał. Śniadania było fajne pierwszego dnia a później coraz mniej jakby brakowało podstawowych produktów. Riad jest zniszczony braki w oświetleniu i brakuje niektórych kafelków i jakby niezadbany ( brudne ściany np pod prysznicem) Ogólnie nie polecam.

- Federico (10/5): Consigliato!!! - Siamo stati al Riad Assalam per festeggiare il capodanno, è stata una bellissima e piacevole sorpresa! 4 giorni, la prima sera Imad ci ha aspettato fino a tardi per servirci la cena, è stato gentilissimo! Per 4 sere ci hanno cucinato tajine sempre diverse, pollo, manzo, polpette e pesce sempre buonissime! Bouchra anche lei gentilissima e sempre disponibile, aiutava a preparare le colazioni molto buone e abbondanti! Il thè alla menta squisito. Consiglio Riad Assalam a tutti, un grazie speciale a Imad per averci reso questi 4 giorni fantastici!

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour à Marrakech (proche de centres d'intérêts, point de départ à proximité pour les excursions, à 15 minutes à pied de la place principale ce qui permet d'être au calme tout en étant proche de tout,...) Ryad et chambre propre (et ménage fait tous les jours), Chambre grande et spacieuse, équipée simplement comme il faut, chauffage (réversible), grand lit confortable, Équipe très sympathique, aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour idéal, Petit-déj complet, Et tous les équipements nécessaires (serviettes, wifi, terrasse, eau chaude,...) De plus, nous avons dîner une fois au Ryad par facilité, et le dîner était excellent ! Merci !

Tout le monde est aux petits soins.On se sent comme à la maison. Les petits déjeuners et les repas un délice. On y a mangé nos meilleurs tajines. Merci encore pour tout. Rien tout était parfait.

- Tessa (8/5): Very authentic Moroccan experience staying at Riad Assalam. I would stay again. - Breakfast was served with lovely Moroccan breads, honey, yogurt and omelette. Loved having mint tea with Fakkas in the courtyard. Room was cosy and charming. Beautiful decor at Riad Assalam. Special mention to Imad who was friendly and helpful at all times. Room was warm due to heater but rest of Riad is not heated so during my stay in December was cold. There was a lit fire at breakfast though which was lovely.

- Kim (7/5): Staff are your best asset. - Central location. Enjoyed the sun terrace. Staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming. Shower head fell apart. Room was somewhat dark and the drain in the bathroom smelt.
- Анастасия (10/5): Очень комфортный и красивый риад - Супер расположение - на выходе из медины, в тихом переулочке. Красивый интерьер, особенно когда наполнен бассейн с волшебной подсветкой. В номере ежедневно убирались и меняли белье, было очень чисто и комфортно. Невероятно вкусные и сытные завтраки. Кондиционер вполне справляется с холодом в помещении. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный.
