• Georg667 (6/5): Schönes Riad - Die Lage, die Größe des riads und des Pools, die weiblichen Mitarbeiterinnen, besonders die älteren Damen mit Kopftuch waren super lieb. Es gibt einen männlichen Mitarbeiter, ein älter Herr. Der war sehr unhöflich und hat einem ständig mit verschiedenen Sachen bedrängt. Zum Schluss sollte er sich noch um ein Taxi zum Flughafen kümmern, was uns vor der Tür abholt und dann mussten wir doch quer durch das Riad laufen zum Taxi und er hat behauptet, das er nie gesagt hat, das wir vor der Tür abgeholt werden.

• Géraldine (9/5): Un très joli établissement avec un personnel très accueillant - Très beau Riad. Bien situé. Un peu de bruit tard le soir dans la ruelle autour, que l’on entend dans certaines chambres.

• Isabelle (7/5): Okay place but room for improvement. - Really good location just little distance from all the action of the souks. Breakfast was nice. A few things with the staff weren’t ideal. When we arrived the taxi driver didn’t have change so we agreed that the night porter would give us the change later, he never did. When we left we knew the taxi we booked through the hotel would be overpriced but we thought it would be nice and reliable. Instead the most clapped out, old car arrived, we had to wait an hour for it to get us and it was worse and twice as expensive as one we could have got on the street. I would also not recommend the evening meals that the hotel offers, breakfast is very nice though.

• eva (9/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.... - Ein wunderschöner Riad in zentraler Lage aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir hatten ein 3 Bettzimmer im Erdgeschoss, wo wir direkt den wunderschönen Innenhof mit den gemütlichen Sitzecken nutzen konnten. Ausserdem gab es eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen mit Blick bis zum Atlasgebirge. Dort wurde auch das vorzügliche Frühstück serviert.

• Anne (6/5): Spændende fascinerende Riad - Hyggelig stemning. Rigtig god morgenmad. De fleste af personalet var utroligt flinke og imødekommende. Rigtig fin beliggenhed i den gamle bydel med spændende oplevelser lige udenfor døren. Vi fik et mørkt værelse i stueetagen. Spurgte om et på første sal, men fik svaret ,at alt var totalt booket. Men der var stor udskiftning og vi boede der i 7 nætter og kunne se at det havde været muligt da ikke alt var booket. Ved afregning var prisen 300 kr højere end oplyst på booking.com pga skatter og omregning fra euro. Ejer forsøgt at forklare mig sammenhængen ,!jeg må indrømme at jeg aldrig rigtig forstod hvorfor prisen var højere. Alt i alt et ok ophold men vi vil anbefale andre at bo der et par dage og så evt prøve noget andet.

• Ceire (9/5): Beautiful Riad with friendly, helpful staff. - Beautiful Riad, comfortable bed and lovely rooftop where a delicious fresh breakfast was served. Staff very friendly and served complimentary tea on arrival. Far enough from the medina to escape the chaos and noise for a bit but close enough that you can walk there (20min walk to jamma elfna square) to explore the souks. Lovely rooftop bar right next door to the riad if you want an alcoholic drink at sunset. The Riad was not very soundproof but I think this is probably true of most Riads from the way they are designed. The pool is also a very cold temperature too cold for a proper swim but nice for a refreshing cold plunge after being in the hot sun.

We stayed in 7 other properties in Morocco and they all had 1 small water per person. The water bottle holder was there but we had to go and ask for it.

• Sabrina (10/5): I will stay longer next time… - I stayed one night at Riad Amira in Marrakech and truly wished I had booked more time there. It was incredibly clean, the staff was warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed one of the best Moroccan breakfasts on their beautiful rooftop terrace. Even with a short stay, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of — I would absolutely return. All good

The only thing I can say i didn't like is our room door in the downstair room has no lock in the inside. I know we are safe but i feel we are not because of it.

Je me suis toutefois sentie soutenue et aidée par le personnel. Je remercie beaucoup toutes les Dames pour leur hospitalité, leur sourire et leur aide. Tout s’est bien passé.
• Grove (10/5): - Riad Amira was wonderful! The Kasbah neighborhood is quieter and still perfect for access to the medina. The staff was amazing and very helpful in helping with booking activities or suggesting places to visit. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning. It was raining a lot while there, but the room had a heater which was perfect on the colder nights. I would 100% recommend staging here!

Łazienka spora, gorąca woda, kosmetyki dostępne, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki. W riadzie jest bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. • Lara (9/5): Nos hemos sentido como en casa - Lo mejor el personal. Todos ellos. Atentos y encantadores. Se adaptaban en todo momento a tus necesidades y te daban soluciones eficientes. Aunque la ubicación no está muy cerca de la Medina lo agradeces un poco porque es un barrio más tranquilo y muy auténtico. No sentimos inseguridad en ningún momento y se puede acceder en coche hasta casi la puerta. Lo único es que viajamos en enero con un bebé y la temperatura por las noches eran bajas. Las habitaciones están bien preparadas con aire de frío/calor pero no nos gustaba tenerlo puesto toda la noche porque reseca mucho el ambiente. Así que lo quitábamos a media noche y por las ventanas de Riad entraba bastante frío. Te proporcionan matas y todo pero aún así hemos pasado frío varias noches y yo vuelvo acatarrada. Volvería al Riad, sin duda, pero algo más preparada, si fuera en invierno para evitar esta sensación.

• Juliette (10/5): - The Riad is one of my new favorites in Marrakesh! Very tidy and clean, the staff are absolutely lovely. The bedroom was very warm, which is rare in Marrakesh (We visited during cold days), and the breakfast was delicious! The location is great, we walked everywhere and there is a lot of nice restaurant around.

The breakfast was superb - fresh juices, fruits, pastries, eggs -we were nicely surprised. It is very clean and really well-maintained for the old building it is. The room was authentic with interesting decoration. Bed was comfortable, no smells , no mold. Staff was very friendly The bathroom was something I did not like at all, but I guess it is a cultural difference. It was clean though. Although it was clean, etc. I wouldn’t stay there for more than 1-2 nights, still, the experience is worth it.

• Audrey (10/5): Très bon sejour - La gentillesse du personnel très disponible. J'ai aimé l'ambiance de la chambre. Très bien dormi. Bien décoré. Bon petit déjeuné et très copieux. Chambre propre. Riad bien placé pour etre pris en charge (a la mosquée ou porte bab agnaou a moins de 5mn a pieds) pour les excursions. Nous nous sommes senti en sécurité dans ce quartier. Malheureusement la météo n'était pas au rdv (nous sommes tombé sur la rare pluie )du coup un peu frais dans le patio mais pas grave pour nous. Le patio est agréable aussi et joli.

• Quirine (9/5): Zeer goed en comfortabel - De kamer was comfortabel en schoon. Het bed lag lekker. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed geregeld. Als wij eerder wilden ontbijten dan kon dat en werd er voor gezorgd dat we wat eerder plaats konden nemen. Er was altijd iemand aanwezig om de deur open te doen of om vragen aan te stellen. De kamer (yasmine) was wel wat gehorig. Het verkeer hoorden we tot in de vroege ochtend doorgaan en ook als mensen laat binnenkwamen s’avonds en op de deurbel drukten of bij de receptie stonden konden wij dit wel horen. Heel storend was het echter voor ons niet. Maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat het voor anderen wel vervelend kan zijn. Niet al het personeel sprak even goed engels zelfs de basis begrippen niet, dit maakt de communicatie voor gasten die geen frans spreken wel lastiger.

• Joana (10/5): Un séjour parfait dans un cadre authentique avec une équipe attentionnée, je recommande vivement ! - Le riad est magnifique, très propre et décoré avec goût. L’équipe est vraiment accueillante et aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et copieux. La propriétaire, très sympathique, nous a donné de super conseils pour découvrir Marrakech et ses environs. L’ambiance est calme et reposante, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite. • Nadine (8/5): Mooi verblijf op een top locatie! - Het ziet er prachtig uit! De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en regelen alles wat je vraagt. Het ontbijt is ontzettend uitgebreid en de locatie is top! Het is vrij gehorig dus je hoort vanalles ‘s nachts. Wij hadden om 2 kamers gevraagd met 2 losse eenpersoonsbedden, maar dat kon uiteindelijk maar bij 1 kamer. Daar baalden we wel even van.

• sylvie (10/5): Riad exceptionnel, personnels chaleureux et bienveillants - Lorsque vous sonnez à la porte du Riad Amira, vous êtes accueillis chaleureusement et vous vous sentez directement très à l’aise. Le Riad est très beau, très propre, très agréable. Le personnel a été « à nos petits soins » pour nous permettre de profiter de ce beau pays tranquillement ( réservation de taxis, d’une calèche, d’une excursion, conseils de restaurants etc..) Saïda nous a régalées avec ses plats délicieux , Hassan a toujours été bienveillant et de très bons conseils. Sans hésitations, je reviendrai et donc, je recommande vivement cet endroit
