В 17.00 была огромная очередь на ресепшен. Потом была огромная очередь на багги, чтобы попасть в свой домик с чемоданом. На завтрак за час до конца была очередь человек в 40 на вход! Слышимость в номерах катастрофическая. Кажется, они сделаны из картона ( В день, когда мы уезжали, нам сказали, что мы не воспользовались обедом ( у нас был тариф всё включено), и предложили дождаться обеда на территории (освободив номер)) Это очень странно…

- Andrii (1/5): - Hi, the reception was extremely incompetent — they spent 60 minutes registering me and wasting my time, and then started registering my friends (2 adults and 2 children). The staff demanded an extra €400 for the 2 kids, while the room itself cost €400. That makes it €800 per night, even though the price on Booking was €530. The staff were so clueless that they couldn’t find a simple solution. All they needed to do was make a new booking. I just couldn’t stand it anymore and refused to check in with such incompetent staff, and I didn’t stay at the hotel. Horrible, absolutely horrible — I’ve never seen worse or more clueless personnel!!!

El ultratodoincluido es engañoso ya que lo que te aporta de más (cena/comida en restaurantes que no sea bufet no se podían reservar y perdimos la oportunidad). La descoordinación de los empleados y el poco compañerismo que hay entre ellos. La recepción se limpia las manos con todos los problemas en lugar de ser el centro de atención a los clientes. Sinceramente el lugar está bien pero el personal deja mucho que desear. No volveremos.
- Emil (10/5): Excellent stay, definitely want to come back. Great value for money. - Food – Great variety, always fresh and plentiful (tilt toward British tastes). The paella stood out, but honestly, all the food was well-prepared and enjoyable. At this price point, simply great. Drinks – Red and white wines, as well as local beers—even Guinness on tap at the bar near the reception! Good selection of juices and soft drinks. Some coffee machines are bean-to-cup, while others use instant coffee. Ice cream available both from machines and in freezers. Staff – Very friendly, patient, and solution-oriented. Out of a couple dozen staff members, only one person at the bar came across as a bit overly strict—but that just highlighted how accommodating the rest of the staff were. Pools – There are three main pools: one near reception and two centrally located within the resort. All have adjacent bars and seating areas. Facilities – Plenty of spaces to relax with drinks or snacks. Kids are well looked after by animators, and there are several playgrounds, mini-zoo, mini-shop and vacation stuff vending machines. Next to reception, you’ll find a laundry room, an ATM, luggage storage, and tour agency representatives. Accommodation – Most bungalows are set on a steep slope up from the Food Court, which means a bit of a climb—great for working off those extra calories! If you prefer, you can request electric buggy transport. Some bungalows are closer to reception, making for easier walks. Parking & Transport – Ample parking. A shuttle bus is available, but we didn’t use it—we either walked or drove. Beach Tip – If you're looking for variety, saltwater, sandy beaches, or inflatable water attractions, head to Benidorm—specifically the eastern side of Platja de Ponent. Extras – Aqua Natura, a 10–15-minute easy walk from Magic Natura, with reserved (orange) area for MN guests and the same complimentary food and drink options. Bonus – Striking few mosquitoes or flies on the resort grounds. Not complaints, observations: - Internet - speed ok (~3Mbps, enough for movies streaming), annoying that need to use special codes that allow access only for 4h (but ok, the reception provides free coupons with access codes). They said it's to prevent people abusing the Internet (neighbors and whatnot, but this sounds a bit strange as there are no adjacent dwellings). Whatever, we took it as a sign to stay less indoors and take advantage of the facilities. :-) - Access cards - you will get a bracelet with a bar code (offering access to Terra Natura and Aqua Natura parks), and a contactless (RFID) chip threaded into the bracelet (to open doors, order drinks and access restaurants). Warning - the bracelet is made of fragile plastic-paper - during a 7days stay each of us had it replaced at least twice (try to save the chip, go to reception, they will give you a paper note to replace the bracelet at Aqua Natura). Using something more durable would be good to prevent such annoyance. - Not about Magic Matura, but the related Aqua Natura (which is in the same family) - besides the great staff, good equipment and decent food/drinks, a few safety remarks for the management: 1. the slides are well monitored by lifeguards, but there are noticeable gaps between the rails at start of slides - a kid might fall through (this is very unlikely, but still - should be an easy fix - at least in the opinion of my wife); 2. Definitely need to add a few nonslip strips (one of those that feel like sandpaper) to the ramps leading to slides - every day saw several people falling. Yes, there are signs everywhere suggesting to wear non-slip socks, but many other similar resorts use these non-slip tapes (which are cheap and efficient); 3. The Kamikaze slide has some issues with the seams of the slope tube segments - we felt with our backs 2 or 3 uneven seams .

La comida del buffet está bien y bastante variedad. El Kids club es ideal, a nuestros peques les fascinó. El zoo y el parque acuático son ideales, lo pasamos genial. Tienen muchos servicios y los espectáculos nocturnos son entretenidos. Lo que menos me gustó fueron las cuestas jajaja para acceder a nuestra cabaña se hacía un poco pesado con la calor.

Le matin demandent un virement sur un lien exterieur a Hotels.com, une fois appelée disent que il s'agit du paiement sous 15' sinon on perd la réservation. J'ai lidee de demander comment se déroule pur la réservation de la.navette a l'aéroport. Et (nouvelle) surprise: "non Monsieur, seulement possible a partir de 5 nuits de réservation", Donc une série de mensonges qui seront dénoncés bien entendu au service consommateur de la Comunitat. Recette finale: 190 euros et 100 euros de réservation ailleurs en urgence...

Fabulous service from staff, allowed early arrival so that we could use the facilities such as the zoo and water park. Great evening entertainment. Transfer buses to Benidorm, zoo, water park and around the resort. Complimentary drinks in room ...... altogether a great night's stay.

Staff work hard to make sure dining area alwaqys has free tables clean and served. Benidorm beach is a 15 min drive away. Waterpark and zoo are great additions to the package. Not a fan of sparkling wine in the room minibar. Would rather have more beer or water instead.

- Anonymous (3/5): Magica Natura without the Magic - The aqua park Room wasn’t ready on arrival When room was ready it actually wasn’t was undergoing maintenance to the AC unit (concerning) Didn’t let us know room was ready Couldn’t get a towel until 4pm for the pool as Closed??! Had to pay 1€ for your cup to have a drink by the pool!! Had to pay 10€ deposit for each towel by the pool when we eventually got one. We upgraded to AI which was a rip off, wasn’t told the other restaurants weren’t included so had to pay a supplement to use them. Room wasn’t cleaned properly on day2, left with dirty coffee cups and glasses. When we rang reception to request them they said they would send over, nobody arrived. Cabin smelt horrendous, damp and mouldy. We had to shower with shoes on. We paid a lot of money for a terrible experience. Aqua park is the only thing going for the place. The list is endless on this place, it really needs a refurb asap. Joined a certain group on social media site and as soon as I agreed with someone’s comment on the cleanliness of the place, I have been removed and the group has vanished….

They were kept well entertained. Will Definetly return here as the kids were entertained from morning until night. Check in was amazing. We turned up at mid day and got to use all facility’s until our room was ready at 5pm. Who needs your room early when you have lots for the kids to do. Kids had the kids club… foam water party. Water slides in the pool. Disco & arcades! Happy kids = happy parents. Wish we had taken more photos to show other guests. All of our photos have our children in them & prefer to keep these private. Didn’t really bother us as we will Definetly stay again and request this room. The bungalow /chalet we stayed in was located at the end and it was more early morning that we could hear other guests very loudly talking. Again this didn’t really bother us. Our children love to lie in after being entertained all night. They loved it here.

- Mikael (10/5): Fantastiskt familjehotell! - Vi hade 10 toppen dagar, där vi kunde njuta av både zoo och vattenland. Det var en fantastisk känsla att kunna ta en glass i solen vid baren och titta ner till djurparken och se elefanter och andra djur sträva fritt i inhägnaden. Jätte fint vattenland och ett extra plus att det ingick all-inclusive på en utav restaurangerna där med. Maten på hotellets all-inclusive var bra och ett plus till den fräscha salladsbuffén. Trevligt med minidisco på kvällen. Bungalows var helt ok, medans badrummen var lite äldre och slitna. Det fanns en buss som tog folk runt på området om man bodde lite längre ifrån restaurangerna. Mycket bra service också att det fanns golfbilar som skjutsade familjen med väskor till och från vid in och utcheckning. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

There’s a lot on offer on the site and the ultra all inclusive allows you to use their other resorts in Benidorm, which was really handy. Our son was injured and hospitalised following an incident with the jacuzzi filter. The resort staff are clearly stretched very thinly and just didn’t seem to care. We were offered no help or compensation, and I highly doubt they’ll take any steps to prevent such accidents happening again. it really took the shine off our holiday. The bathroom drain also made the cabin smell bad. We had to place a towel over it and keep the bathroom door closed.
- Charlotte (3/5): never again. - The zoo next door and the water park were close by. that is a nice feature. the food was cold, we complained several times about this. the swimming pools were all cold, my nephews didn’t want to get in the water as they found it uncomfortable. we as adults didn’t particularly like it either. the drains send a sewage smell through the hotel especially during the entertainment in the evening (which starts at 6, then finishes at 9) then further kids entertainment doesn’t start until 10pm which is too late for kids and adults. they messed up my booking, waited 40 minutes to check in. wanted me to go back the next day and I have now realised they’ve taken way more money out than agreed. it isn’t good enough, I am never a complainer but this time it really was horrific.

The sea lion experience was amazing, so informative and loads of time given by the owners. Accommodation could do with some investment, bathrooms were peeling and floorboards loose. Why can’t you wear sunglasses in the pool at the aqua park? evening entertainment ok but quality of singing not great. The hotel would benefit from a better gateway/reception to give a high quality sense of arrival, and some shielding of working areas of the hotel.

Room ittself grubby needs refurbing, decking terrace not suitable for kids considering kids resorts basically non existent. Staff were very rude very reluctant to help us usually going somewhere for this amount of money i would expect to be treated with some respect from the moment we arrived problem with checking in refused to take our money even though booking. Com stated we could pay the remaining amount on the day , refused our 1 , 3 and 14 year old of going to the room why dad sorting the problem children was screaming hot bothered hungry tired completely had no sympathy when the issue was there fault. Disgusting experience for our kids 1st holiday

The only down fall of the whole place was the cleanliness I found every floor I walked on sticky (pool restaurant everywhere!) I was also very disappointed with the Italian restaurant I went too. Food was poor there was literally no choice of food to have very disappointed!! I thought the value for money of what I had paid did not meet my expectations either!!

- Juan Miguel (10/5): Ideal para familias. Muy amplio. - Muy buena experiencia, ideal para familias, no hay lugar para el aburrimiento. Las piscinas impresionantes, y la profundidad correcta. En todo momento podías comer y beber lo que quisieras, las niñas encantadas. Por poner alguna pega, la variedad de las comidas para las peques y que en la habitación había muchas hormigas, lo que realmente llegaba a ser incomodo en algunos momentos.

La comida del bufet es muy buena y variada, con novedades todos los dias. Bebidas de primeras marcas. Personal de bares y restaurantes muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudarte. Las cabañas muy comodas, bonitas y agradables. Como mejora, intensificaria la limpieza de las cabañas y mejoraria la recepcion. Faltan papeleras para plastico. Repetiremos seguro
