- Higbee (10/5): Nice and quiet - It was clean, comfortable and the staff where friendly and professional. Nothing bad. It was a very nice stay
- Edwin (8/5): - Very comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was a joke. The drink machine didn’t work.
- Glenn (9/5): Overall the room was completely clean and no smells. - The Room we booked was clean and no smells. The bathroom was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the other guests were loud coming to their rooms at night.
- Jeffrey (7/5): -
- Denise (1/5): Very nasty - The front desk ladies were very kind and tried to accommodate my complaints Room was very dirty. Food and hair all over the floor. Jacuzzi was broken. Stains on blankets and sheets. Very nasty. Water stains on walls in bathroom. Walls are very thin and the people that stayed were very noisy next to us. And someone kept getting in and out of their car all night long. Got no sleep
- Martin (3/5): Luckily, we were exhausted. - There was no breakfast. Also when we left there was not any coffee made. The night clerk was very hard to understand. English was not her first language.
I don't even want to know what was stuck to the walls around the bathroom comode.
- Mary (10/5): -
- Jonathan (1/5): Won’t be returning- don’t recommend it to anyone. - Mostly quiet Ac units , hair dryers didn’t work, staff was rude even calling 20 mins ahead to remind me of checkout time which I didn’t ask for. Rooms are damaged, badly painted.
- Hopkins (5/5): I was out of the room most of the time really only was there to sleep and shower overall great value they just need to w - It was tucked back in away from the main road, so wasn’t a lot of noise pollution The room I stayed in smelled like cigarettes, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel and the faucet in the bathroom sink did not work

- james (7/5): - I'm handicapped all rooms are accessible via elevator. It was quiet. Wish they had a smoking room but it's probably a state law
- Lorrie (1/5): WILL NOT BE BACK - Breakfast consisted of a waffle. That's is nothing else not even any butter for it. Half a cup of coffee but no cream or artificial sugar. Absolutely nothing else. No juice no milk no other breakfast foods of any kind Room smelled. Requested room 1st floor back in Nov. Nope 2nd floor only. Hall carpet disgustingly dirty. People smoking and smell was awful in our room. Bathroom vent fan didn't work. Smelled of pot.
- Luckey (4/5): I'll be looking for a different place to stay next time - There was no breakfast coffee tea Muffin that was it The breakfast has went downhill dramatically reeks of reefer in the hallways. My last two stays that's marijuana people were loud up at all times of the night

- Maria (10/5): - the rooms are beutiful and clean
- Mayra (3/5): Ok - Good location Room need better cleaning, smell humedo
- Kelly (2/5): - Awful service. the property was disgusting overall besides the room was clean, Was literally discriminated against and treated poorly by staff, front desk agent refused to make me a reservation claiming that no “local” people can stay that have a nc id .all because THeY have a homeless issue.
Rediculus for a buisness to suggest to a paying & kind guest to go somewhere else when they have done nothing to display any reason to be REFUSED a room. Also they just assumed I didn’t have enough to pay the incidental fee when I had to say atleast 3 times that was fine. They wanted 200$ cash to hold
Being rude to people that want to give them buisness makes little sense when they won’t do litterally anything about the druggies and homeless frequenting the property 24/7.
This place is clearly the local hangout for the low life’s. I get this isn’t a 5 star hotel but this is the Last time for me at one of these type of property’s.
- Ashley (6/5): - The bedding was dirty even after requesting a bed change it was still nasty with holes. Staff was super friendly so overall we made it work but you shouldn’t have to go buy your own blankets to stay at a hotel.
- Tracy (8/5): - A
- Gilberto (10/5): - All good 👍 It's very clean can't complain
- Johnson (10/5): - Good staff worked with me in every way.
- Bonnie (1/5): This was the worst birthday get away EVER!!! - Nothing! Someone was already in our room but not registered. We were moved to another room with 2 lamps with no shades - naked bulbs, broken bathroom door and bed that made popping noises when you moved. Then top it off with a tv that someone had taken the cable away so no connection!!!!
- Tina Lesauskas (10/5): - Thank you. Appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere.
- James (2/5): - They wanted a $200 cash deposit
- Jeff (10/5): - Nice staff
- Lynn (4/5): - Upon entering the room was greeted with strong bleach smell and the air quality was damp. Everything felt damp, especially the pillows.
Towels were over softened with fabric sotfener therefore could not feel as if i was drying myself off.
Upon leaving, i noticed the chair cushion had MOLD.
- Kathy (9/5): - Fast checin Repairs needed
- Lewis (4/5): - tv would not work, evidently several rooms as if they didn't pay the direct tv bill
- Martha (8/5): - Giod
- Nyki (10/5): - We have been here for a little over a month now and we feel right at home! The property is well kept, staff is very accommodating
- Gordon (7/5): -
- CRYSTAL (4/5): - Initial Assigned room was dirty, bed was not changed, window was open, room hot….second room was hot, fridge warm, stains to comforter, smoky smell, other guests smoking outside window
- Susanne (4/5): - water pressure worrible, ac motor all night loud and turning down didnt change it.TV monitor picture not able read channels.
- Steven (6/5): - You get what you pay for
- Mimi (8/5): NICE - STAFF.
FOOD N/A
- Amanda (4/5): - The price for 3 rooms for our group of 10 was very affordable The beds were brick hard, something didn't work in every one of the rooms rented, there was a hole in the wall in one of the rooms, and mystery splatters on the walls in every room. But we didn't see any kind of bugs so there's that. My expectations weren't very high but cleanliness is bare minimum.
- Daniel (4/5): - Stained sheets and a broken bed.
- Sarah (4/5): -
- Pamela (7/5): Fine - Close proximity to where we needed to be
Clean rooms. Comfortable bedstead The smell. The smoking outside. Staff were not very accommodating
- David (9/5): Superb - Location and overall good stay No coffee
- Caleb (7/5): Check-In/Out was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. - The room was very clean, though the window A/C unit was a little outdated. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. The only thing they had was waffles and bread/toaster.
- Kim (6/5): - Interesting place…the first room I was given smelled really, really strong if mildew - like over the top. To get a different room I had to go get the front desk clerk from out front of the hotel where they were clearly smoking pot. The second room they assigned me was already taken with someone else’s stuff. The third room was fine - as in acceptable but nothing special. They do have a “first pet free” policy which I appreciated and the place was generally clean. Bottom line…buyer beware…
- Julie (10/5): - It was pleasant. Clean and well kept. Quiet at night.
- Jonathan (4/5): - Smoke smell
- Cynthia (8/5): Very good -
- Claudia (8/5): - It was convenient across Outback and a gas station. The bed had great pillows. The room was quiet with a view of the woods.
- Rebekah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (2/5): - Place was horrible straight out of a murder movie
- James W (4/5): - We have been staying at this facility on visits to family in the area for the last five years. We used to find it a clean, quiet, pleasant stay. The office staff remains helpful, but the building has deteriorated over time. Pipes rattle, faucets leak, toilets run. The cleaning is poor. There is no breakfast beyond coffee and a waffle maker. It is no longer quiet. We will be staying elsewhere in future trips.
- Mike (8/5): - All the staff were excellent friendly the biggest problem was commode needed to be flushed a couple of times didn’t want to flush normally. TV kept messing up and freezing. Main door handle was tight to open
- Mayra (3/5): Poor -
- Francisco (5/5): Passable -
- Brittany (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rawley (1/5): I will, hopefully, be able to receive a refund of part of my costs for this overnight stay. - Breakfast was non-existent...only coffee and a waffle. No juice, toast, etc. The booking fee of $299 that I was charged when reserving the rooms online was not accepted when we arrived at the hotel and I was charged additional $183.99 for each room.
- Richard (8/5): - The hotel was located on a dead end culdesac. The breakfast needs some improvement. Only option was a waffle and luke warm coffee. No juice or cereal. No creamer for coffee!
- Charles (10/5): - It was nice and quiet
- Verified traveler (10/5): The customer at your counter should be a priority. - Service was great would have been nice if I got waited on when I was walking up instead of having to stand and wait while the person at the counter answered the phone instead of putting them on hold.
- Edward (4/5): WILL NOT STAY AGAIN - First room they checked us into the phone didn’t have a cord and no TV remote. Front desk moved us to a different room and the TV didn’t work there, only a blank screen. We were finally able to get it to work by adjusting cords, but then the remote wouldn’t work. We called front desk and asked for help and they never came so we went to front desk to get new batteries for the remote. Remote still did not work. Upon check out we requested a refund, or at least a discount, and the clerk told us she could not do that without her manager (who was out of town for the next week). Gave her our name and number but feel secure knowing that we’ll never hear from her - so money wasted. Additionally, the gentleman in front of us in line to check out had a list of things wrong with his room also. Bad experience and will not recommend this place to anyone.
- Tonya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (5/5): Passable - Pillow Room felt damp, bed lumpy
- Travis (9/5): Superb -
- Charles (10/5): - Everything was very nice
- Donna (6/5): - No breakfast/coffee. Smoking in the room 2 doors away was awful.
- Paul W (8/5): Low price, bare bones - One of the lowest priced motels nearby. My room was comfortable but the shower/tub was tiny, I couldn’t take a needed hot bath. To relax my tired muscles. No breakfast at all , coffee only. Don’t expect a nice breakfast bar here they don’t have it overall is OK.
- Matt (1/5): Do not stay here! Gross! One of the worst if not the worst hotels I have ever stay in. - Location off Hwy was good. Room was deplorable. Blood smeared on curtains. Blood spatters on wall behind bed. Very unusual odour. Musty smelling. Bedding dirty with black hairs on comforter and within sheets.
- Gosnell (1/5): Bad - Nothing but a dope house been waiting on the manager to call back for 3 days I left after 3 hours and still have not gite my deposit back never again
- Charles (8/5): - It was all good
- Charles (8/5): - it was all good
- Charles (8/5): - It was good
- Rae (3/5): Poor - I don’t ever leave reviews but a friend and I drove down for a day trip. Check in is at 2:00pm we showed up at 1:50pm and they said they’d have to check if they had anything available because no rooms were ready yet, how do you not have one room ready when it’s time for check in?
They found us a room but I had booked a room with two beds and they had put is in a room with one king size bed, I let it go no big deal we are only sleeping here for a few hours. They also take a $50 deposit to hold incase of any damages and said it would be returned and I never received the money back. I even called asking about it, I have called about it twice now and they said it takes time and I still haven’t received it and it has been almost a month. We were only inside the room from 8 pm to 4am, and left it exactly the way we found it, we didn’t even touch a towel, when we were leaving there was no one at the check out desk to check us out. They had a sign saying they could email us a receipt I never got anything, we tried calling after check out to make sure they received the key cards we left on the front desk and no answer
- Manier (7/5): Good -
- Brown (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (2/5): - When I first arrived at 7:30pm there was no one on duty at the desk I was instructed by a letter taped to the glass to call this number the desk clerk came down from the second floor and he was not interested at all in helping me he was a very unhappy person then I was assigned a room on the second floor it was nasty, the floor was sticky throughout the whole room there was something splattered in the floor that was never wiped up it was just scattered through the whole room and bathroom, the headboard had something splattered on it was never wiped off and the TV did not work on top of that the window would not lock it was broken there was a stick provided for me to put in the window to lock it. This hotel stinks with an odor of dog doo. It was late when I signed in after working at 12 hour shift I slept in the room the first night I asked for another room or a refund to complete the next two nights I had paid for already. The second room I was giving when I returned for the second night was on the first floor and it was much better it was clean and the TV worked the window lock worked. This hotel desperately needs a staff to clean their hotel properly and new carpet. I work in the area weekly and I stay in the area for work I will not be staying at the Red roof inn in Hendersonville again.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Easy access to everything
- BRYAN (10/5): - Pretty much your regular red roof. Affordable
- Samantha (8/5): So so - Room was mostly clean, the whole hotel stinks but the smell stayed outside my room. Put up the do not disturb and they respected it. Not the best RRI but not the worst either.
- Hernandez (3/5): The staff was rude and very disrespectful very unprofessional -
