Leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. La localisation proche de pleins de parc avec une jolie vue sur Manhattan. Mention spécial pour la deco hyper stylé et la vue incroyable sur Manhattan depuis les chambres. Petit point négatif sur le service de ménage, il manquait toujours une petite chose mais le personnel réagissait immédiatement à nos demandes

Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the manager, who actually remembered me and made me feel valued as a guest. That personal touch meant so much and made my stay even more memorable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

• Beate (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in der tollen Stadt NY - Wir hatten für 3 Personen 2 Zimmer mit jeweils einem Bad und Verbindungstür. Das war perfekt für unseren 6-tägigen Urlaub in NY. Das allerbeste war aber die Lage im 11. Stock mit einem Wahnsinns-Ausblick auf die Skyline von Manhattan. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Bis zur U-Bahn ist man max. 10 min gelaufen und dann war man nach 15 min mitten in Manhattan. Da gab es nichts. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre ganz schön gewesen, war ohne aber gar kein Problem.

• Alon (10/5): We would love to come back again - The hotel is in an excellent location in Queens, the rooms are large and comfortable. Our order has 2 rooms with a connecting door, very convenient because there are 2 toilets and 2 showers. The view from the room is stunning (a room with a view and Manhattan) like a postcard both day and night. The staff was very nice and kind and always with a smile, even though at the beginning there was a little confusion in the order they took care of the order. Highly recommend Everything was good

Il personale è gentile e sempre sorridente, la struttura è a dieci minuti a piedi dalla metro e devo dire che il soggiorno nel Queens, fuori dal trambusto di Manhattan, è stato gradevole. Il bar della struttura è un ambiente accogliente, la colazione è ottima così come la pizza serale accompagnata da una buona birra newyorkese. Insomma, un posto in cui tornare. La vista dalla stanza dell'hotel è un ricordo che resterà indelebile. Suggerirei qualche appendino nel bagno, perché è scomodo non avere posto per gli asciugamani!

• virginie (7/5): - L'hotel est superbe, la chambre est grande propre et confortable et la vue est tout simplement incroyable. Une vue imprenable sur tout manathan. FORMIDABLE Nous avons été déranger sur deux jours ( 4 au total) dans l'hotel par nos voisins et leur musique A FOND!! le premier soir nous avons eu la patience et la gentillesse de le signaler à 23h alors que nous avions fait plus de 20km à pied pour visiter NY. l'hotel a tout de suite été réactif lorsque nous leur avons dit. Le deuxième soir, il y avait ne partie à l'étage au dessus. la musique était tellement forte que cela faisait vibrer les murs. Nous l'avons singalé à réception ( nous étions au 12 étage donc ils ne l'entendaient pas). Il s'avère qu'au bout de trois signalement on nous a avoué que des clients avaient réserver au dessus pour faire " une partie". Nous avons du partir de notre chambre jusqu'à 22h tellement la musique était forte! je comprend que les voisins aient payés une privatisation mais nous aussi. nous avions payé deux chambres et nous avons du partir! Tout ceci fait baisser la note qui aurait été de 10 sans ça!

Vista dell’hotel stupenda, peccato che in questo periodo il rooftop era chiuso perché sarebbe stato piacevole trascorrerci qualche serata. The shower has amazing pressure 3. It is close to 3 subway stations that get you into manhattan in no time 4. The rooms are large and modern 5. The food in the downstairs restaurant is amazing 6. Free glass of wine every night and coffee in the morning 7. Very reasonable priced Couldn't have been better and will definitely recommend to everyone . Thank you everyone for a great stay

• ekdiggy (10/5): Another weekend at the Boro Hotel - I absolutely love the Boro Hotel, I stay there often it my favorite hotel in NYC, I love the location the in-house restaurant and rooftop bar. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and refreshing. The room its self was wonderful the view was beautiful I took so many pictures I absolutely loved it. The room was very clean as always! The rooms are quiet I never ever heard my neighbors which I love. The service at the hotel is always Top tier David at the front desk is always a pleasure to see and speak with he greets you with a smile and make check in and check out seamless. The value of the room was ok a tap bit on the higher side but not too bad I really wished the hotel had a loyalty program for it’s frequent visiting guests, or some type of loyalty incentives.

• Albulena (10/5): Amazing view of Manhattan and amazing service by the staff - I love this hotel. Second time I stayed here. The view is amazing, especially from the 11th floor. Its a clean, modern and spacious hotel. The staff were amazing. Mazz (hope I am spelling it right) greeted me the first night. He was so great throughout my stay. Superb customer service. The same goes for David and Valentina. The staff was lovely and always so helpful. The hotel is in Queens but like 15 min from Manhattan and definitely worth it. Close to Subways and connections to both Manhattan and the airport. The wifi on the higher floors would not always work properly.

Staff are warm and thoughtful and the place marches to its own hip beat. Astoria and LIC have tons of great food and bars and there is access to just about every subway line.

• Patryk (9/5): Overall, we had a really great stay and would happily come back. - The location is a huge plus — there are at least three subway stations nearby, which made getting around the city super easy. The hotel itself has a nice, minimalistic design that feels modern and uncluttered. The view of Manhattan was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like daily bottles of water and the availability of free tea and coffee in the morning (didn’t try the restaurant, though). The staff were kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only downside for me was the lighting - it was quite dim both in the room and the lobby. While soft lighting can be nice for atmosphere, it should be an option. It was really frustrating when I actually needed to see properly.

• Julie (10/5): A wonderful addition to our birthday celebration weekend!! - We travelled to Long Island City for a 40th birthday party that was about a mile and a half away. There were several in our group and we all were extremely happy with our choice! The industrial chic decor was lovely and the view from our room …awesome. And we all LOVED Beebe’s - the pizza, Brussels sprouts and beer DELICIOUS ! Our stay was too short!
• 648nanr (10/5): Great Solo Getaway for Resting - I was super exhausted and needed a break from caregiving and just wanted to relax solo. I just wanted to sleep and eat. I rented a room from 2/27-3/1/26 and it was the best decision I have made. Everyone in the hotel was super friendly. I rented a room with a balcony. The shower had very hot water and great water pressure which was a plus . The bed was comfy and it was pretty quiet. I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant located on the first floor called Beebes NYC. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and attentive. The food delicious. I definitely plan on returning. I loved it and it was exactly what I was looking for. As I mentioned before I was looking for a relaxing peaceful weekend getaway so I just wanted to sleep but if you don’t want to do that , the train station is a few blocks away and you can go into the city.
• amirah981 (10/5): Boro Hotel beautiful hotel - Stayed at The Beautiful Boro hotel in New York this week. I had the best time. The room is so gorgeous super comfortable and the pillows!! wow amazing had the best sleep. I had a stunning view of Manhattan which was such a dream. The hotel has beautiful energy and the staff are so kind. A stunning hotel i will definitely stay here again on my trip to New York. The location is super easy for getting around with quick access to everywhere by metro. Super convenient location coffee shops restaurants within walking distance. Thank you Boro Hotel for making me feel at home

• Sarah (10/5): Great hotel - Location was fairly close to Subway stations...easy to get into Manhattan. The view of Manhattan was awesome. Restaurant was reasonably priced and served good food. There were also other good food options in the surrounding area. All was good
