- HUI (3/5): 不会推荐或者再选择去住。 - 我只是觉得满意的地方是可以把车停在酒店前面的停车场。 不满意是没有服务生帮忙把行李搬到房间，没有大堂经理在酒店欢迎客人，我这次不同城市住过好几个酒店是唯一的酒店没有人在大堂欢迎客人。房间的温度很热，工作人员只是来把窗户打开并没有解决问题，我们所付的房费根本不值。

- Danillo. (8/5): Luxe en modern hotel wat ik iedereen zou aanbevolen. - De kamer was top. Heel ruim. Lekker ligbad goede regen douche ruime kamer en suite. Mooi uitzicht. Lekker bed ruime woonkamer. Erg modern en luxe hotel waar het personeel spreekt ook Engels spreekt. Het ontbijt was goed! Het enige minpuntje wat ik kan bedenken als ik aanvullende kritiek moet geven voor verbetering is dat de yoghurt overdatum was. (Kan gebeuren) de croissants waren beetje hard. Voor de rest was het ontbijt vers en lekker bereid. De eieren werden vers gebakken. En het eten was voor de rest prima en gevarieerd. Ik miste als Hollander alleen de kaas.

- Richard (8/5): Jiangmen is a really pleasant city to have a restful few days . Good food , good value and easy to get around - Breakfast .. would like more quality western breakfast options . It was still the best breakfast of the hotels I have stayed in Jiangmen . Would be nice if Sauna and steam were kept warm rather than needing to wait for 15-20 minutes . This area though is 1st class . Coffee in lobby lounge should be better .

First of all, it is slow - very s-l-o-w. China has always tried to block public and commercial VPNs, but this time they started blocking my company VPN.

I used the airport pick up service from the hotel but it is a way too expensive, luxury car, yes, but it doesn’t matter, it’s out of reasonable cost.

I wished they had better knowledge about gluten sensitivity issue. In the executive lounge, they labeled some food items being gluten-free although the soy sauce they used included wheat as one of the ingredients. But, they were very eager to accommodate and made changes to their breakfast offering immediately to help with gluten free dietary needs.

First of all, the appearance of the hotel is impressive. The architectural design is unique, full of modern sense, and at the same time incorporates local cultural elements. The whole hotel looks grand and elegant. Entering the lobby, I was attracted by its luxury and spaciousness. The staff niko was warm and friendly, and deft and tina were attentive and thoughtful, making me feel at home. I was even more surprised by the layout of the room. The space is spacious and the layout is simple yet exquisite. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the sleep quality is very high. The bathroom is well equipped, clean and tidy. In addition, the hotel also provides free Internet service, so that I can stay in touch with the outside world. The service is impeccable. Whether it is the food in the restaurant, or the service in the room, it reflects the professionalism and attention. The hotel also provides a wealth of recreational facilities, such as gym, swimming pool, etc., so that I can maintain a healthy lifestyle during the trip. The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was rich, the gym and swimming pool were excellent, the front desk Apple and eve were very warm and attentive, and Emily was very helpful.

Most reception and service staff speak English, making it very easy to stay there. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Breakfast offers a good mix of Chinese and western options. - Irene (9/5): Excellent week-long stay - The staff at the front desk, restaurant and business center were consistently very friendly, had a great attitude, and provided excellent service. The rooms are beautifully designed, top-notch, extremely comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, with an extensive mall nearby. On one occasion, staff gave me incorrect information that the business center opened at 3pm, when it actually was open from the morning. Between my lack of Chinese and staff's lack of English, communication could occasionally be a problem, but our mutual use of translation apps definitely helped, and staff obviously had a customer service orientation, trying hard to understand and accommodate.

- jcmelmies (2/5): Wanda realm hotel - This is my second stay of 2 weeks here, first time no air conditioning and again same problem this time. The level of service is quite low with the standard we can expect from this kind of hotel. They also not recommend loyalty program with membership card and reject any stay done before having created it for getting additional service. The approach of customer is really low level in comparison with similar hotel in other town around like shenzhen Not recommended at all !
- Esther (6/5): Disappointed - Good location. Cleanliness . Well maintained. When went into the restaurant for breakfast you need to go find your own table, however, the tables were fully taken up. The feeling of going to a fast food restaurant that you need to stand behind people for the available table. Coffee machines were outdated led to long queue for coffee. Food were taken up very quickly and no quick refills . Cups and cutleries were running out.

- Armine (9/5): Great hotel but poor breakfast for western people - Very clean and nice hotel The breakfast was mainly for chinese. Very few western food, the staff doesn’t speak english, doesn’t bring cutlery until you ask. The coffee is also so so.
- Culture324728 (8/5): Language problem! - We are just now staying at Wanda Realm hotel! It is a very nice hotel with nice good rooms and fantastic atmosphere! Breakfast is good! Today when we came back our cards for the rooms did not work in the elevators so we went to the reception! There were 5 young persons below 25years old working there and no one understood English! So it became a complete mess! After 10minutes someone who understood English finally came abd helped us! Difficult to understand that an International hotel have employees in reception who dont understand any English! Dont they learn English in school?
- Discover188614 (10/5): chinese and western food choices at cafe - had our lunch after long journey at the cafe there are chinese and western food choices, comfortable and spacious environment, very active staff eason and tina, good place to take a rest before check-in
- jihaih (10/5): Good food - Eason and Lisa provided the best service in breakfast area. Nice food，lots of choice and Rooms are tidy. Very good sercice. They provide a high standard and quality of work, allowing us to enjoy. They have an amazing attitude towards all customers and are pleased to help when needed. The food also exceeds many of my standards. We are very pleased to have been able to stay at Wanda Realm.
- 843cheew (10/5): Great stay - 东西好吃，Eason,和tina,Nola服务很好，吃的都很好吃.非常和蔼可亲。昨天进来住，下次会在住。房子里面都很齐全，干净，环境看起来非常的高级, the stay was great. The employee Eason tina and Nola was very helpful and have a great customer service experience. Will come back next time
- Henk (8/5): Will come back if i have to be in the area again. - Location suits to visit my suppliers, and it was quite modern/western. Room was clean. Did not make use of the other facilities, short stay.
