Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Full breakfast included! Fresh eggs, toast, fruit, coffee, and more. A/C was cold, bed and sheets perfect, hot water shower. We stayed 2 nights, before and after our Halong Bay cruise. They even arranged a low cost nice new car for transport to the airport.
