Ce n’était pas 100% propre et la salle de bain est assez rustique. Nous avons été déçus en arrivant par rapport à l’annonce. La plage de sable noir et le centre sont plus loins mais accessible en 25-30 min à pied
- jana (5/5): Niet goed/niet slecht - Het bed was erg comfortabel. Er was ook een keukentje, tafel en frigo aanwezig. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en hielp steeds waar ze konden. Je kon er eten bestellen en dit was erg handig. Oké om een nachtje te verblijven, maar verwacht niet heel veel luxe. De badkamer was niet zo handig. De douche had slechts twee minuten warm water en de douchekop hing in een vreemde hoek aan de muur. De locatie is niet zo handig en de buurt niet zo aangenaam om te wandelen, maar met een taxi wel te doen.

The air conditioner made a noise like a helicopter. You could hear the neighbors as if they were right in the room. We were unlucky and our neighbors were having sex half the night. At first I thought it was a joke. No they were serious. Well we ended up buying a cup and saucer for 32 000 IDR and replaced it.

Blut auf dem Bettlaken bei Anreise, Haare auf dem Boden, es war schlicht nicht sauber. Zustand insgesamt ziemlich abgerockt, jedoch muss man alles in Relation zum Preis setzen. Zum Übernachten reicht's grundsätzlich.

- Yn Shaw (10/5): - 我们是半夜2点左右抵达住宿，但别担心，他们的工作人员依然等待我们。进入别墅的路有点狭小和崎岖，我们的van车进去的时候有些困难。他们的工作人员会协助我们的司机避免碰撞。他们的工作人员也很热情，主动帮助我们拿行李。第二天我们退房的时候他们的工作人员还热情的询问我们有任何问题吗，并热情的帮我们搬运行李，陪我们等待司机。当我们离开后，他们还发现我们遗留的物品并发信息告诉我们。我们很遗憾没有给他们小费以表感激。

- Marieke (4/5): Erg vies, vriendelijk personeel - Lekker zwembad en zeer vriendelijk personeel die echt hun best doen voor je! Erg vies. Doorgegeven en ze kwamen gelijk schoonmaken maar er zit zo veel schimmel in de badkamer dat dit niet meer schoon te maken valt. Haren in bed. Die hebben ze na melding ook gelijk schoon gemaakt. Losse tegels bij het zwembad. Ik zou dit zeker niet aanraden om te boeken. Op foto’s ziet het er mooier uit. Er lopen ook behoorlijk wat honden los die blaffen en achter je aan lopen.

- Letty (9/5): Erg prettig, aanrader! - Heerlijke kamer, met fantastisch uitzicht op een supermooie zwembad. Personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en erg attent. We hadden twee kamers geboekt. Onze kinderen zaten in een ander gedeelte, met een ander zwembad. Bij het inchecken werd aangegeven dat we geen gebruik mochten maken van elkaars zwembad. Ik begrijp dit gezien de kleinschaligheid en het aantal bedjes bij de twee zwembaden, vanuit familie oogpunt bekeken zou dit erg onprettig kunnen zijn. Voor de twee dagen die wij hadden en de leeftijd van onze kinderen, was dit voor ons geen issue. Ons zwembad, kamer superieur, was beduidend mooier dan het andere. Met mooie beplanting en moi aangekleed.

- Robin (7/5): Prima stop voor een dolfijntour! - Het was voor ons een korte stop om de dolfijnen te gaan spotten. Hiervoor is de locatie uitermate geschikt. Prima bedden en lekker zwembad. De badkamer is klein en niet heel schoon. Is niet in lijn met bijvoorbeeld de slaapkamers, die meer dan prima zijn. Ook is er veel geluid, blaffende honden vooral.

De badkamer was wel heel oud en vies. Er kwamen zelfs een soort wormpjes uit het putje. Ook werd de badkamer niet schoongemaakt.

- Thibaud (8/5): Séjour agréable dans ce jolie hôtel, bien placé, mais qui nécessite un scooter. - Très bon accueil avec un personnel, très gentil des chambres convenables avec lit confortable. Possibilité de commander à manger directement dans la chambre. L’hôtel ne propose pas de sévices tels que la location de scooter, machine à laver et Taxis. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement .

- manon (10/5): Very cooool - Le personnel est top, la nourriture est bonne, que ce soit les plats à la carte ou le restaurant. Emplacement facilement trouvable. Je recommande On entend légèrement ce qu’il se passe à l’extérieur, si les voisins ne font pas de bruit c’est top.

- Meredith (8/5): Gezellig uitje naar Lovina - Great service and nice room. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijne communicatie (ook via Whatsapp). Het eten was ook lekker. Helaas zijn sommige kamers erg dichtbij elkaar, waardoor je alles kunt horen. Er zijn vaak dagjes gasten die erg luid kunnen zijn en dan voor jouw deur bij het zwembad kunnen gaan zitten roken/drinken, wat erg storend kan zijn. Toen wij er waren was er een black out, dus dat maakte het iets uitdagender om daar te blijven, maar het personeel was erg apologetic en behulpzaam.

- Angèle (8/5): Dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon endroit pour séjourner à Lovina, surtout si vous recherchez le calme et un bon service. Av - Nous avons séjourné ma sœur et toi à Odika Lovina pendant notre passage à Bali, et nous gardons une impression globalement très positive. L’hôtel est calme, idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et le service offert par le personnel était très agréable, chaleureux et attentionné. La piscine est également un vrai atout, super. Cela dit, quelques points pourraient être améliorés. La salle de bain, bien que fonctionnelle, manque de modernité et d’équipements :On ne pouvait même pas poser nos trousses de toilettes.. De plus, il n’y avait pas de Smart TV dans la chambre,ce qui limite un peu les options de divertissement, surtout en soirée (pour nous c’est un petit détail qui a son importance) .

- Wayne (4/5): - Terrible vacation experience. Room not as advertised , no fridge, no dining area, no kitchen. Raised the issue with reception, 6 hours later, responded saying room as advertised, but not according to the advert on Expedia. Requested to see the manager, he/she sent a member of staff who agreed our room wasn’t correct so offered the correct room which would not be ready for an hour because it was being used for a photoshoot, 2 hours later we gave up waiting got ready and went out for the evening. 20 later ( almost 2.5 hours after being offered the room charge) it was available. Too late as we’d gone out for the night and didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms late at night so stayed in the initial room. Standard of rooms are poor, generally quite dirty in the bathrooms - see attached images. No excuse!! Quite a distance from anything. TIP!! For breakfast try Edicha Bakery- great quality and prices

- Kevin (1/5): Ga een pagina terug, zoek wat anders! - Dat ik de volgende dag weg kon. En het personeel ter plaatsen. De foto's zien er prachtig uit. Maar in werkelijkheid zijn de kamers gewoon oud, vies en donker. Er is geen plek om normaal te ontbijten in de kamers, het zwembad heeft betere tijden gekend. In de kamer lag muizen poep, er zat schimmel in de badkamer en er kwamen insecten uit de kapotte voegen lopen in de douche. In al het beddengoed zaten vlekken. We hebben deze problemen bij het personeel ter plaatse neergelegd, bij het management en via Booking. Er wordt niets aan gedaan, door alle partijen niet. Er is toegezegd twee dagen van de boeking terug te betalen. Dit is tot op heden niet gebeurd.

- Cherie (8/5): Nice place, staff amazing. - This was a a3 night interlude for us while we were waiting for our villa to be ready. Lovina is an interesting place. It's a place where you can make your own adventures! Wasn't sure at first, but we ended up having a great time. You will need a scooter. Odika was wonderful. I can not fault the staff, we had breakfast included and it was lovely. There was a morning when the breakfast wasn't hot when it arrive at our door and we mentioned that it was cold when it arrive and they rectified the problem, they went above and beyond. The staff are the highlight of this place, they really are wonderful. You feel so taken care of. The rooms are clean and there is everything you need. Good for a short stay. The pool was lovely and the wifi was great ! It's not that I disliked anything, I would rather use it constructively here to help others to make a decision. We travel alot and it's nice to have honest feedback when making a decision. There were a couple of things for us, there are 6 rooms that all open onto a swimming pool and it's a very small area and can be quite loud when the place is at capacity. Especially if there are children. I also found that the walls were very thin and so you can hear what is happening in the room next to you. As well as that you can hear the neighbours air con vibrating through the wall. If you are looking for a quiet stay then I recommend you look at one of the more expensive rooms options.

- Elise (10/5): Yummy food - The extremely friendly and helpful staff. They spoke English quite well, so it was easy to communicate with them. You can literally ask for anything, and they will make it happen. The food is also to die for! I highly recommend them I have no complaints 😊
- Wing (6/5): Vriendelijk personeel maar de villa mag een opknapbeurt krijgen! - Het personeel is vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam! Je kan makkelijk eten laten bezorgen via Grab! De villa zag er beter uit op de foto's. Ik vond de badkamer heel vies eruit zien. Zelfs mijn mede-reisgenoot die niet heel moeilijk is zei wel dat het tegenviel. Er lopen heel veel mieren bij de deur waar je binnenkomt maar hierdoor ook in de kamer. De kamer zelf voelde ook heel koud aan.. heel eerlijk. Ik was blij om weer weg te gaan!
- Sina Bucheli (7/5): - Hatten eine Pool gemeinsam mit drei anderen Wohnungen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ging auf alle unsere extra Wünsche ein. Sie waren ebenfalls immer per Whatsapp erreichbar bei Fragen. Der Weg bis an das Meer hatte viele bellende Hunde.
- Viktoriia (9/5): Очень радушный прием - Очень отзывчивый и приятный персонал, который сделал наш приезд максимально комфортным. В номере хороший напор воды, также можно освежиться в бассейне. Но самая большая радость ради чего стоит поехать в ловину - это конечно дельфины 😍 экскурсия была просто потрясающей, обязательно закажите ее, если там будете !

- Kathy (7/5): Good overnight accomodation, good value, nice service - The room was a good size with a bed larger than expected. Room service was lovely, traditional food at a cheap price and served with a smile. Staff all lovely and welcoming. Easy to communicate to staff for room service or booking events through whatsapp from your room. Great service and large room for such a cheap price, really good spot for a over night stop over. Couldn't watch much on TV as half the HD channels didn't work, and a lot of the other channels were international with no subtitles. The biggest and only real issue was that the bathroom was not great - the odour was not what we were used to. My kids and I were not comfortable showering and didn't really use the bathroom due to the hygiene smell and cleanliness ( based on being 1 level and older). Not walking distance to anything, needed a driver to get to anything or the beach, which was fine as we were only stopping for the night.

- nya_nyi (8/5): - Their hospitality, they all so warm and welcoming. Not forgot to mention Snow and Lily so adorable. Minor issues, Need to improve the hygiene because i found 1 big cockroaches in the room, but it all covered by their superb hospitality. The pathway to the hotel need to be improve at least trim the bushes and give more lighting, but since it located in residential area, maybe they need to collaborate with other recidence.
