- Herma (8/5): Goed en fijn. - Goede kamers, heerlijk bed. Koffie en thee was gratis. De frisdrank in de minibar was ook gratis. En werd elke dag netjes aangevult. Er was een aparte wc op de kamer. Het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgt veel keus en het was gewoon lekker. In 2026 is douchen in een bad niet meer van deze tijd. Lastig en vervelend is onze mening. De drankjes in de hotellobby waren stevig aan de prijs, dat kan allemaal wel een stuk goedkoper. Winst van 400% op een Lekker biertje is wat erg overdreven.

Ein besonderes Detail: gute Musik in der Bar ! Das Menu entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen was Preis- Leistung anbetrifft.

La literie est très bien également. La télévision bugge et dysfonctionne beaucoup. Nous n'avons pas su utiliser la climatisation. Nous l'avons pourtant signalé à l'accueil. Pommeau de douche usé et effrité. Manque une étagère pour ranger ses vêtements.

Très jolie chambre mais seul petit bémol; la présence de peluches sous le lit et aux pieds des fauteuils laissaient à penser qu’un nettoyage aurait été bâclé. Le reste était impeccable 👌🏼 L’eau de la piscine était trop fraîche pour un spa, le temps pour complètement se relaxer assez court.

Chambre complète, coin salon, baignoire, wc appart, grand lit confortable. Dommage que le spa était HS car c'était vraiment ce qu'il nous a manqué pour clôturer le séjour. C'était un point essentiel à notre week-end. Etant prévenue la veille et ayant pris sans annulation pas possible de faire marche arrière et trouver un plan B.

- Rodolphe (10/5): Un très bel emplacement pour un séjour à Bouillon - Le calme de la chambre et la vue exceptionnelle sur l'église, le château et la Semois. Nous avons aussi profité de la partie Wellness qui comporte un sauna, une piscine et un jaccuzzi. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cet endroit pendant 1h30 en privatisation.
