Wlodzimierz_W (10/5): - I simply cannot complain about anything. The room was clean and comfortable (I stayed in Copenhagen). It was great to either chill out by the fireplace or in the sauna. I had everything I needed (although I didn't prepare any bigger meals, but the kitchen looked reasonably equipped). I had a view of the mountains. The ski room was big, and I had everything I needed (including simple tools). The gym is available at the spot. With the hotel's wifi, I was able to work and attend conference calls (but the hotel was almost completely empty during my stay), and I recommend a VPN. Super friendly, helpful and nice staff.

Ignat (10/5): O experienta superba! - Totul e superb, personalul foarte atent la nevoile noastre, micul dejun cu tot ce am avut nevoie, decorurile de la mic dejun superbe si incantatoare, camera interesanta, spatioasa, cu foarte mult bun gust si curatenie facuta in fiecare zi cu mici mesaje si multe altele . Personale gentile e disponibile, camera stupenda, pulizia eccellente, ma la chicca piú bella è stata la sauna e la vasca idromassaggio in camera, fantastico... Poi ci sono le ottime e abbondanti colazioni. Non abbiamo trovato una cosa negativa e grazie per averci fatto trascorrere una bella e rilassante vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi. Cristina (10/5): Ikigai in Val di Fassa - Credo che globalmente sia stato uno dei migliori hotel di sempre, e di hotel ne visito molti, costantemente, per lavoro. Non c'è una sola cosa che non abbia apprezzato: design bellissimo sia in camera che negli spazi comuni, sauna in camera, doccia comodissima e spaziosa, e tante altre piccole comodità non scontate. Altissima qualità dei prodotti a colazione, ottimamente cucinati. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più, però, è la ricerca dell'assoluta eccellenza in ogni cosa, in ogni dettaglio, evidente sin dal primo momento; non è solamente l'eccellenza in ogni cosa che si fa, dal negare gli accappatoi ai modi con cui si trattano le persone (squisiti), ma quella che i giapponesi chiamano Ikigai, cioè fare le cose con amore, renderle quanto migliori possibile per il semplice piacere di farle bene. Questo è un atteggiamento che si trova molto raramente, lo spirito che anima il luogo e le sue persone si percepisce, davvero grazie! Nulla da ridire, era tutto perfetto.

Sauna and fireplace in the room are perfect for relaxing after a sporty day. Ski bus stops almost at the door, shops and restaurant are just a few steps away. Breakfast is very good with a wide choice of foods, freshly squeezed juice is a bonus. Staff is super helpful and friendly. If you prefer ski in-ski out, it (i.e. Campitello) may not be your perfect place, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself, which is great.
