- Catherine (7/5): Beautiful resort and pool. The BBQ buffet dinner and breakfast was amazing. It’s a bit far to easily go into Da Nang so - Beautiful resort with a great pool! Breakfast was amazing as well. I think the water sports should be included in your stay and not have to pay extra. It was too far from Da Nang and Hoi A but fine if you just want to do day trips elsewhere. Rubbish on the neighbouring beaches was also so sad. I think Vietnam should do more to clean up their beaches and natural environments. There’s rubbish everywhere!

- Kate (8/5): Unique retreat with great service! - The rooms were nicely appointed with comfortable beds, nice amenities. The shower was great. The living room was comfortable, and had nice speakers. The pool was beautiful and the garden was very nicely maintained. The beach barbeque we hosted at the villa was WONDERFUL: delicious, excellent service, beautiful set-up! My "ambassador" was extremely responsive and took good care of our every request. LOVED the daily massages and the spa!! Amazing. The breakfast our first day was not a good experience. No one greeted us, there was a long line for a table, there were dirty dishes everywhere that had not been collected, the lines for the food were long, the staff was harried and in the weeds. When I complained, the hotel had breakfast delivered to our villa the next day for free and that was very nice.

- Thuy (4/5): Should be more reasonable price. - Green trees Not worth for money. We had to spend a considerable amount for an apartment room with no breakfast include while the location is very far from the center of the city.
- Sabine (8/5): - Wir hatten zunächst eine Suite/Appartment in dem höheren Gebäude gebucht. Sie war zwar renoviert, aber hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, der Balkon nicht nutzbar, weil unmöbliert und die Aussicht nur auf die Dächer der Bungalows und die angrenzende (still stehende) Baustelle. Wir konnten glücklicherweise für den doppelten Preis dann in einen Bungalow ziehen. Der Bungalow war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Es gibt zu viele Zimmer/Gäste für die Angebote des Resorts, insbesondere beim Frühstück im Restaurant war es sehr überlaufen, ein bisschen "Bahnhofsatmosphere" und am Pool und Strand gibt es nicht ausreichend Liegen für alle Gäste.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. The location is ideal, with a beautiful pool right next to a lovely beach. - Kerryn (7/5): Beautiful resort - good sized rooms but a fair bit away from it all, nothing within walking distance. - Great bed and lounge - in villa pool was great and the tropical surrounds of the pool area were beautiful. Loved the dimly lit pathways at night it gave a very secluded feel. The staff were polite and welcoming but the resort’s processes were lacking. Breakfast was ordinary if you are after ‘european’ food - plenty of Asian options if you like noodles, dumplings etc for breakfast. Bread and pastries were stale, and coffee/tea took a long time to arrive after ordering. Housekeeping lacked - they only replaced towels, took rubbish and made bed. Didn’t replace tea/sugar/coffee in room and floor wasn’t swept. Ordered iron and an hour later had to ring again. Beautiful place but nothing around if you need some basics.

The villas are super nice, but the hotel rooms and apartments need updating. The pool and spa are beautiful as are the grounds of the hotel. The pool is shaded all day and no beds in the beach, so it’s difficult if you want to actually sunbath in the sun

- YURIKA (9/5): - 朝食が美味しく、建物が素敵でした。プールやそこから見える海もとてもキレイで良かったです。プールサイドのバーでビールが飲めるのも良かったです。ビールの価格も良心的でした。 施設内は広いのでカートで移動する必要がありますが、カートは近くにいる従業員などの方に頼んでもすぐに呼んでくれ、すぐに来てくれるので便利ですしアクティビティとしても楽しかったです。不便な場所かと思いましたが、ゆったり過ごせて静かで却って良かったです。 私はヴィラでなく一般的な部屋に泊まりましたが、内装は普遍的でした。（家みたいでした）近くにコンビニ等ないので、先に買っておく必要はあるかと思います。

The surroundings are stunning, with a very beautiful and peaceful environment. The pool area is gorgeous and perfectly designed for relaxation. I especially loved the healthy and delicious cocktails — fresh, tasty, and refreshing. The staff is very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The entire territory is immaculately maintained, beautifully organized, and clearly very well cared for. Breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety of high-quality food. The spa is amazing, and the fact that yoga practices are included in the price makes the experience even more special. Reiki healing was truly outstanding — wow, a very powerful and memorable experience. Overall, Naman Retreat is a perfect place for relaxation, wellness, and recharging both body and mind. Highly recommended. The entire territory of the retreat is perfect — beautifully designed, very well maintained, and truly impressive. However, the rooms themselves could benefit from renovation. They did not feel very cozy, and I personally missed a stronger sense of comfort and safety. It would be great if the doors could be locked securely from the inside, as this would significantly improve the feeling of safety. A more modern interior design and warmer, cozier atmosphere in the rooms would also make a big difference and better match the otherwise high standard of the resort.

Such a fun stay The Mexican restaurant was ok the first time we went but the second time the food was terrible and we found pieces of plastic in multiple dishes and drinks. Staff said thanks for letting us know, but didn’t offer a discount or replacement of items. Pool also closed too early.

The facilities are excellent, offering everything you need to unwind and enjoy your time away. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of options – even vegetarians will be impressed by the choices available. The resort features three restaurants, and the Mexican restaurant was a definite highlight – delicious food and great ambiance! The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with airport pickup and drop-off, as well as organizing local tours, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax and enjoy great hospitality!

- Satomi (8/5): ゆっくりゆったりステイに最適！プラン外のスパ利用には注意 - チェックインすると、専属のバトラーMinさんが滞在中に何か困ったことがあるとWhatsApp (日本人ならLINEも対応可能だと思います)ですぐに対応してくれました。 私たちは予算を軽減するためにアパートメントタイプの部屋を予約していましたが、部屋に到着してしばらく過ごしているとリゾートステイの雰囲気があまりない気がしてリラックスできなかったので、他の部屋に空室はないか確認しました。MinさんはWhatsAppで電話とテキストで逐一連絡をくれ、予算の違う2種類の部屋を見せてくれました。幸い、バビロンルームという部屋とプール付きビラが空いていたので、各部屋を見学後２泊ずつ手配してもらうことができました。Minさんの迅速、柔軟でプロフェッショナルな対応には感謝しきれません。移動後はとても快適に過ごせました。 静かなビーチも目の前で、プールも清潔に保たれていてのんびり過ごすには完璧の環境です。街の中心街からは車で30分ほど離れているのでアクティブに動くというよりはホテルステイを満喫されたい方にお勧めします。 滞在中にリゾート内のスパを利用しました。私たちのプランは毎日50分のスパ利用権がついていなかったので、追加で予約をしました。ガイドブックでも評価が高いスパだったのでとても期待をして120分のコースを予約(サウナとジャグジー→ボディスクラブ→マッサージのプラン)しました。市内中心部の有名スパには何軒か行っていたので、それらと比べると、ホスピタリティとマッサージの質はかなり落ちると感じました。恐らく、スパ付きプランの宿泊客が毎時間何組も訪れているせいで、"ただこなすのみ"の対応になっているのではないかと思いました。ホテルスパをとても楽しみにしていたので、この結果はとても残念でした。

- Ranjo (9/5): My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at Naman Retreat for a wellness resort. - I highly recommend including the breakfast in your stay - being able to order from their coffee shop within their buffet was very delightful. The location of the resort is past several marble statue shops that were amazing to view on our first commute to the resort from the airport. Definitely check out their yoga classes and enjoy the spa and massage treatments. Also our hotel manager was very attentive to our requests (which we communicated through Whatsapp - she responded very quickly to us and always followed through). We requested a special dinner on our 2nd night, and they were able to prepare a beautiful set up and course meal for me and my husband. Lastly the hotel was able to connect us with a great personal driver who was able to take us from Lady Buddha to Hoi An in the same day.

A little remote, is in the middle of Da Nang and Hoi an, not much around the adjoining area but If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful destination it's perfect. A little unusual but the pool's close at 7pm, must be a regulation thing, could do with a bit more ambience, live music poolside and a qr code ordering for the loungers would make it easier for everyone. Restaurants are ok, breakfast buffet amazing but lunch and dinner options a bit limited.
