Guest Reviews
- marcus (8/5): - The pool was nice, the room was big, the internet was ok, and the room was clean. Great price!
- Steve (6/5): - For the price, it's a good option. Right across the street from a small mall with a supermarket and several dining options. The pros: Nice to have a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony. Area was safe. Easy to get around. Not too far from Nairobi CBD. The cons: Like much of Africa, if you squint, things look OK. But if you look more closely, you find peeling paint, broken fixtures, a broken window pane. And no hot shower. Warm is the best you get. Breakfast was supposed to be included but I found out the restaurant has been shut down. All in all, it was a decent place to stay.
- Jordi (8/5): Buena opción para visitar Nairobi. - En general un buen alojamiento, aunque con pequeños detalles a mejorar.
- Daniel (4/5): Don't count on breakfast - They didn't have my booking, but was let in. Breakfast was included with my booking, but the cook was late to work so had to leave for airport before she arrived
- Anthony (8/5): - Tried to call b the number provided but none was going through
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a very good place to stay, especially if you are considering a longer period than a couple of days. The staff are amazingly kind! And the price is excellent for the location and quality of accomodations.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This should have been a great place to stay but the people seem to not understand English or pretended not to. From the outside the place looks nice and the photos are a true representation. However the service was very poor and I was given a room that was not prepared but the staff pretended they did not know. First there was no cable or satellite going to the room because there was no T.V. box. When I informed them of this they acted surprised and brought me one the next day. One day after that the box went out and again they acted surprised and then informed me they needed to pay the bill. I got service that night however the channels flashed on and off and two nights later they came to fix that. The room was advertised as having a washer and dryer but there was not one in the room. Three days later they delivered a washer dryer combo that none of the staff knew how to operate. The instruction were crazy and one load to over 24 hours to complete. The electricity went off on the fourth day but just in my apartment and one more time they looked surprised. Again they had to pay the bill in order for me to have lights. There was a restaurant down stairs but the menu was so limited that I went to the hotel next door to order breakfast in the morning. Do not use the properties rideshare because their prices are double that of the local uber drivers. The apartment itself was nice and clean.
- Daniel (8/5): Cheap good serviced apartments - Good strong wifi and very helpful and friendly staff made it a very pleasant stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Surprised at how roomy and nice but the bed was too hard
- Seraphin (6/5): A bit over priced for an average accommodation - The bathrooms had hairs from previous occupants. The sink in the bath room not draining properly. And for a room in the upward of 139$/night I would have expected DSTV in my room and impeccable cleanness
- IIda (10/5): Nice and quiet I loved it - Enjoyed my stay at this hotel I recomend any one who is planning a trip to Nairobi to try Meltonia Hotel
- Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient - within walking distance from shopping centres and restuarants.
