Aber da nicht gefragt wird welches Zimmer mann hat beim Frühstücken gehen können die Reinigungs Team nicht wissen das me noch schläft. Frühstückraum bzw Tische für den Preis eher lieblos.

Quand nous sommes venus il était fermé et pire personne ne nous a rien dit quand on a réservé une table. du coup on s'est retrouvé à manger un burger frite (en plus sucrée) alors qu'on pensait venir manger à une grande table. donc très très déçu. surtout de la communication car à aucun endroit c'était marqué que le restaurant était fermé (site internet, dans l'hôtel, de la part du personnel). Vous faites venir des gens avec ça alors que c'est fermé c'est dégueulasse comme façon de faire.

- Jean-Claude (8/5): Très bon week-end dans un hôtel situé au bord du lac. - La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais cosy. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain nous a également bien convenu. L'architecture de la zone Wellness est très agréable. Les équipements sont également OK. Seul bémol, la jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Nous étions déjà venu dans cet hôtel il y a 3 mois, le jacuzzi n'était déjà pas fonctionnel. L'hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville.

- Iwan (7/5): Als Tagungshotel ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältns gut und zweckmässig. - Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich ung gut. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig und hat den Ansprüchen für diesen Auftenthalt genügt. Im Vergleich mit anderen 4-Sterne Hotels hätten Haus- bzw. Badeschuhe zur Verfügung gestellt werden dürfen, zumal ja auch ein Wellnessbereich vorhanden ist. Für einen längerren Aufenthalt wäre ein etwas grösseres Zimmer mit einem Sessel wünschenswert.

Aussicht über den See. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss: Man muss den Nachtvorhang schliessen wenn man keine Einblicke ins Zimmer gewähren will. Ein leichter, lichtdurchlässiger Vorhang wäre hilfreich.

- Jassem (4/5): من اسواء القنادق الي سكنتها - الموقع فقط توجد موظفة سيئ جدا في التعامل و لا يوجد تكيف و عند الخروج طلبوا مني دفع 100 فرانك بحجة الخروج الساعة 10 الصبح و هذا لا ينطبق على باقي الفنادق و هي الخروج 12 و لما اصريت بعدم الدفع لم يحملوا معاي الشنط و انصح بعدم السكن في هذا الفندق

The room was small, the bed was so small. Sleeping was not so comfortable. The bed sheets didn't smell the best and the toilet was not very good cleaned. The breakfast was poor in choices.

- Justyn (9/5): Seepark Thun - Das Personal war super freundlich. Von außen wirkt das Hotel wie ein Krankenhaus, aber es ist sehr bequem dort. Die Lage ist sehr gut, eine Bus Haltestelle ist praktisch direkt am Hotel. Jedoch kommt man auch so innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Das Hotel ist auch sehr nahe zum Schadau Schloss und dem Park. Hervorragende Aussicht der Berge. Super zur Erholung geeignet. Die Betten waren sehr hoch, aber gemütlich zum Schlafen. Das Frühstück bot genug Auswahl, war lecker. Check Out Zeit auch super. Wir würden wieder kommen! Ach und Danke für das Upgrade und die Geburtstagswünsche an meine Freundin :-) An sich gibt es nicht viel zu kritisieren. Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Der Balkon könnte größer sein. Bei der Bar habe ich den Cocktail 'Who is Hugo' bestellt. Der Geschmack war ok, aber es wurde ziemlich viel Wasser ins Getränk getan anstatt mehr "echte" Zutaten zu verwenden.

Check-in hat schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert (Wir waren etwas in Eile, da wir eingeladen waren und vorher im Stau steckten.). Natürlich haben wir uns auch über den erhaltenen upgrade (Weihnachten) sehr gefreut. Matratzen waren uns etwas zu weich und Bettdecken etwas zu schwer.

- martina (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Super tolles Hotel. Überaus nettes Personal und sehr ansprechendes gepflegtes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr schöne Zimmer mit super bequemen Kissen und Betten. Wir haben überraschenderweise ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite erhalten. Speziell zu erwähnen ist der sehr grosse und vor allem sehr saubere Fitnessraum. Alles Top! Nichts!
