Guest Reviews
- David (9/5): Better than I thought! - Very peaceful!
- Katrina (5/5): -
- Thomas (3/5): For emergency use only! - Clean bathroom
Comfortable bed What Breakfast!!
Did not Provide towels, etc. for two people.
Room was not vacuumed.
Wrong sheets on bed, too small to allow tuck-in
- John (1/5): - Nothing The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. There was mold growing on the wall, and you can see the stains of juice boxes and all kinds of things that had run down the wall that were still on the wall and not cleaned. I think I would have been in a more sanitary environment sleeping in the parking lot. And when I told the front desk about it, he acted like he didn't give a s***. And a fire hazard of live electrical wires, hanging out of the ceiling where the smoke alarm was
- Luis (7/5): - To many people at night walking Is close to burger king
- Amber (4/5): -
- Brett (1/5): - The clerk was helpful Room hasn't been updated in 40 years.
- Miller (10/5): -
- Herbert (10/5): -
- Teresa (2/5): - Read past the first few reviews which are obviously fake. Absolutely disgusting. Splattetrs of stuff all over every hard surface. Pillow case did not look like it had been washed. Carpet was many colors of dirt and would not walk on it without shoes. Brad spread has not been washed despite obvious soiling. Front desk charged extra for a second bed despite my booking a double (I did not check in otherwise would have left then) wanted $5 for a second key. Wanted $100 cash deposit at arrival. I had low expectations but this is beyond.
- Kimberly (2/5): - Didn't get a room.front desk dude decided to make a new rule. He thinks he's working at a kennel with only dogs .. probably. Vaccine shots and pop rocks because the service cleaning needs to be removed. And comm on ..cash is ash and you can't do that.Special accommodation denied so reply to the BBB honestly..k
- Ankit (1/5): -
- LeAnn (2/5): - The WORST room I’ve ever been assigned. Open soap with beard or pubic hairs on it by the sink. Same hairs in sink. Toilet seat I used TP to wipe off a bunch of black residue. The porcelain part had hair and dried pee. The front below had thick dark pee, a months worth? I asked the front desk if he’d make it right. He said I should have told him when I noticed. I cancelled my reservation for later and will NEVER go there! I am used to cheap motels but not body fluids and hairs.
- Valerie (6/5): - The room was in need of dusting and wiping down of surfaces with disinfectant. Tile floors were sticky, and carpet was very stained. We checked in as a couple, but there was only 1 towel.
- Robert (1/5): Do not stay here! - We were not charged the $100 CASH that was posted at the desk. Who carries that much cash with them now??? Apparently people can live there long term. Very dirty room! Had not been vacuumed, sink area had hair and tooth paste that appeared to have been pushed there when a quick wipe up was done. The bathroom floor actually had a piece of chewed gum in the corner. THERE WAS NO SOAP, only one towel and no cups or coffee.
The photo on the site in no way represents the motel! We should have known better!
- Rayhan (2/5): - Terrible Experience – Never Staying Here Again!
This was by far one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. Check-in was a nightmare as the front desk couldn’t even find our Expedia booking and made us wait unnecessarily long. The first room they gave us had a broken air conditioner, so we had to switch rooms. The second room was even worse—filthy, stinky carpet, a clogged bathroom bowl, and a terrible smell throughout. The bed sheets had a huge dirty burn mark and even blood stains—absolutely unacceptable!
This place is poorly maintained and feels completely unhygienic. I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!
- Brian (1/5): -
- ANNA BELLA (2/5): - There were no pillowcase on the Pillows. Blood on duvet covers. They small like a nasty old hotel.
- Anderson (2/5): I would not recommend this place to anyone. - Checking in was not too difficult. Air conditioning did not work. There was no soap, no cups and only 1 purple-stained towel for 3 adults. The beds were not comfortable and the ac unit was dirty with crackers, dust, gum etc inside. It was too warm to sleep.
- Lindsay (2/5): - This place was gross. The carpet in the room was so gross you couldn't walk in the room without shoes. The blankets all had holes in them. The bathroom had no shower curtain so water got everywhere. There were holes in the walls and when i needed to run out to my car i stayed getting followed by a really creepy guy. Will never stay here again
- Danielle (7/5): If you are big on customer service or hospitality, this is the place to be treated properly!! - Property could use some updating and love. Halfway up the stairs to 2ond floor, the concrete landing is VERY sketchy, feels like it may not hold when stepped upon. Mike at the front desk was wonderful! Super personable, friendly, and welcoming. Hospitality A+++ regardless of the condition, I would absolutely return to this place as a result of how great Mike is. Out of date, could use some remodeling, deep cleaning, and more than 1 towel. (Granted it was a single, nice quality, large towel which was refreshing)
- Verified traveler (6/5): Off- Freeway Hotel - The room was OK but a little bit musty. The requirement of a cash deposit was very suspicious. It is clear that this hotel works with unreliable customers on a frequent basis.
- Jacob (2/5): Had to pay for a different Hotel, lost money on th - This was clearly a hotel meant for "brief" stays, i was just looking for a place to sleep to be up early for a tournament the next day. The room reeked of smoke, the bed was rock hard, and the accommodations were sparse. The pics do not do a fair job of showing how trashy this place is. The one positive was the guy at the reception desk, bery courteous.
- frits (4/5): - Bad
- Wolfe (1/5): It’s smelt like cigarettes and the shower didn’t work - Nothing It was not clean at all
- Courtney (2/5): - Beds are old and uncomfortable. The “kitchen” was dirty and out dated. The room as a whole was cramped, smelled off and felt dirty.
- Nasir (2/5): - Cockroa
- Christina (1/5): Possibly the worst hotel in Washington! Do I have to give it a star? - LOCATION Microwave was dirty inside, Fridge had ice buildup, smoke alarm removed but wires hanging from ceiling, no coffee and no ice bucket provided. Bed was uncomfortable, only 1 towel provided in a double room. When asked if we could get a refund so we could find another place, we were refused. I wish I was making this up but it's all true.
- Kade (4/5): - This property offers little more than a roof over your head and a hot shower. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, obvious water damage and damage to outlets, filthy walls, and stained bedding. Most importantly when we checked in we were informed our bathroom door did not have a handle, we then discovered the drain plug to the bath tub was broken, and the handle to the tub was not installed correctly. The area around the hotel was noisy, the walls thin, and very clear gaps in the door that showed abundant daylight. Their facilities maintenance is very heavily lacking. However the staff was open, honest and polite. We got our deposit back no problem however we will likely not be staying here again due to the risk of mold exposure.
- Peter (8/5): TOWELS - Could have use MOR TOWELS!!!
- Gregory (4/5): If all you're looking for is a comfortable bed for minimal cost, this place is okay. - The location was convenient for a night on our route. The hotel is not right on a freeway, highway or major street, so it was relatively quiet. We kept the AC unit fan on all night for white noise to cover the sounds from neighbors. The room was clean. The AC worked. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. The hotel was adequate as just a place to sleep overnight. Parking was close to our room. There was plenty of space in the room for luggage and hanging clothes. Lighting over the vanity mirror was good (a big deal for me, as many hotels have terrible lights over/around the mirror). Full bathtub and hot water came quickly when the shower was turned on. The Booking.com description included "Kitchenette". No such thing in the room. No coffee maker. No cups (plastic, paper, glass, or otherwise). There was only one towel and one washcloth; when I asked for a second set, I was told that the number of towels was determined by the number of beds in the room. This is despite the fact that I clearly reserved a queen bed for two guests. There were nightstands on both sides of the bed (always a plus), but there was no place to plug in the lamp on one side. When I asked for an extension cord, the desk clerk said that the second lamp was there "just for appearances' sake". We are still laughing about that.
Note: At the check-in counter, there are multiple signs saying that a $100 CASH deposit is required.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t come here - I got the property. The guy told me my reservation was canceled. I got there at 1130 pm. I asked him to repeat and the guy at the front desk got super aggressive and started to yell and argue with me and told me to calm down several times even though I was just trying to make sure he had the right reservation up. After a few minutes of him yelling at me saying there was nothing I could do I walked outside to think of what to do. I sent my boyfriend to get a room for the 3 night we had originally booked. The guy at the desk said they had no availability but the vacancy sign was lit and didn’t turn it on till we left we got a different hotel went past that one the next day and the sign said they had vacancy.
- Mavuto (6/5): Need improvement - Location is close to big shops and. Restaurants The front desk was so slow to help, there was no breakfast, the air conditioner is too old and was making a lot of noise, I booked for 2 but I was given one bathing towel, and it took us an hour just to check out
- zach (2/5): - I rented a smoking room (room 225) for 1 night and it was the most disgusting place I have ever slept in my entire life. I had to buy new sheets, blanket and cleaning spray from Walmart in order to feel comfortable staying there for as little time as possible. Be prepared to wash your hands after every single time you touch anything in that room and to sleep in your shoes because you will not want to take them off.
- Steffany (10/5): - Great place to stay!
- Vaniza (6/5): - It was very vintage could do better on the cleaning though
- Jason (2/5): - Booked a week out, called early to let them know we would be arriving late, they said it was okay but when we got there they still gave our room away to someone else. They kicked out another reservation to get us a room.
I booked the room as 2 guests but they refused to give us more than one trowel.
Cigarette burn holes in sheets.
Missing smoke alarm.
All TV stations had bad static.
AC fan was horrifically loud.
Sticky carpet and floors.
How bad is bad?
- Esmeralda (2/5): I don’t recommend - Not at all a good place. the room smelled bad like it was filled with dust and it smelt like cat pee , the a/c did not work and it was hot , the carpet was dirty and torn up also the tile was sticky , the beds were nasty and the sheets were ripped and dirty , I do not at all recommend this place ,please save your money and avoid this place
- Lisa (6/5): - This place ok if you’re looking for something in a pinch . You have to a 100$ cash deposit. Bonus Panda Express is Nextdoor
- Oloro (8/5): - Very quiet
- Pete (1/5): Worst stay - Nothing at all There was holes in the blankets and stains on the bedding/sheets
There were no towels or toilet paper in the room
- Gregorius (9/5): Superb -
- Russell (2/5): - Clerk wanted $100 CASH rather than take credit card. Is he in business for himself?
Room had swarm of ants on air conditioner. Bathroom cockroaches. Walls had brownish smears/drips on wall, looked like old blood. Stuck to the wall were EKG electrode stickers. Someone was critically ill in that room, resuscitated, and no one cleaned up.
- Helen (4/5): - Mould smell
- Bonnie (10/5): - The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The linens and bed cover were pretty old, though.
- Michael (4/5): DISAPPOINTMENT - TOLD - SORRY, NO BREAKFAST - WE DO NOT DO THIS ANYMORE (not as advertised) - ATTENDANT JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS - ROOM BOOKED FOR TWO, BUT ONLY TOWELS FOR ONE - DID NOT EXPECT THE $100 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT.
- Balram (7/5): Good -
- William (4/5): Meh - They require a 100 dollar CASH deposit for out of state. The front desk workers were a little standoff-ish about it. Room was a little dirty but bed was fine.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Dirty Room - The Staff was nice. It was a emergency place to sleep. The walls and floor in the Room were quite dirty.
- Richard (8/5): - It was ok. The house cleaning women was outstanding. The gentleman that che ked me in was very nice and efficient.
- Marianne (2/5): - Cockroaches on bed. Blood on wall of bedroom, faces in bathroom. Only one to well. Obviously never cleaned. Decided to skip shower because we thought we would catch something. Smell when entering place was musty, had to leave front door open for 3 hours to aerate.
Decided to sleep in our sleeping bags on top of bed, then put our sleeping bags in plastic bags and washed then right away, too afraid of bringing bugs in house. Had to leave suitcases in car for same reason.
- Adalberto (4/5): - Na
- Maurice (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jonathan (10/5): - Great place for the money!
- Katy (4/5): - I used the tub bar
- Scot n Dana (4/5): - The staff was pleasant but not educated about service animals. The staff made me leave because my dog (service animal) barked to alert me. The staff (his name is Will) told me that service animals (dogs) do not bark. I told him that was the silliest thing i ever heard. I am 66 yrs old and have had my service animal for 10 yrs
- Lester (10/5): - Very nice little spot with conveniences
- Gregorius (7/5): Good - nothing but Nice
- Janie (2/5): TRASHY RUN! - We booked online and checked in with the service dog. I even had my service dogs license. However, they kept reminding me that my dog could not use the bathroom inside the room and that he couldn’t whine and so on and so forth. It’s a service dog… So then he goes well. I’ll show you this room and you let me know so he shows me the room and from a glance it looked like OK. I guess $400. But I don’t know how to check a room when someone’s sitting there staring at me you know it’s not a little like cigarettes but you know it’s an older hotel so OK. So once we get in there it’s disgusting. It was dirty. There was just stuff in the drawers in the corners, the bed cover had cigarette holes all over it. The sheets had cigarette holes everywhere. The AC vent had tons of disgusting trash inside of it. The floor was Just like a sticky firm grossness. And they require $100 cash deposit so I have to go run to the gas station to get cash. Unfortunately, I did not get the ability to reimburse when I booked online. Not a mistake I will make again.
- Audrey (9/5): Superb -
- Kimberly (4/5): - This place is a dive and would ONLY accept cash for a deposit.
- Adrian (10/5): - I like that they had Waters in the fridge and that the place was clean.
- Gregorius (9/5): Superb -
- james (2/5): They make you give $100 cash deposit - This place makes you pay a $100 cash, not credit card cash. I wasn't informed. We didn't read all the spring fine print. When you click on and reserve this room, you gotta click on to another box to see that which is kind of bogus. And then on top of that, I had to run back out to get her ID. Because he needed her ID 2 to check into the room along with mine, which didn't make any sense. A lot of work We're just things. I'm staying at a place that it was equivalent to a Motel 6 and not a Holiday Inn express or something like that nice, sir. UnbelievableAll the work you have to do, just to check in
- Christine (10/5): - Very comfortable.
Frig, Microwave ... even a 2 burner plate to cook on if need be. Love that.
Desk attendant was so helpful... even for Friday the 13th and the fact the he was having trouble with some other people. I felt sorry for him but, he did awesome.
Thank you ever so much. <3 :)
- Love (1/5): Bad -
- Rudy A (10/5): - Good property
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional -
- harneet (2/5): - they enter to room without knocking
- Meagan (8/5): Smoking rooms - Very few places are still smoker friendly with smoking rooms, thank you.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed - Building is old and rundown. Not clean
- Allen (10/5): - A little worn down in the room and a bit pricey. But quiet and clean
- Holman (1/5): Bad - Nothing Trashy place. Not worth thr price, also they had a cash deposit of 100$ cash only upon arrival that was not communicated on the app. And it was stupid because they give the deposit back upon checkout without even inspecting the room for damages. The room was damaged upon entry, paint was in disrepair, carpet was gross, and oddly no remote for the TV.
Also I requested a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana...I will never return to this property and recommend no one else to book there....absolutely horrible for the price...this was a 40$ room at best....
- Barbara (10/5): - When I plugged my phone in to recharge it, it tripped an electrical breaker. I phoned the desk and the manager came to fix it so all was well. Thank you
- Lisa (6/5): - It was sufficient for the price but there was nothing to hold the toilet paper and only one set of towels when there was two guests
- Verified traveler (2/5): - You are fine if you are a guy and alone just to sleep but as a family I would never go here again.
- Craig (4/5): Ok for a guy looking for a room - Small, very basic room. Not in a great area of Everett.
- Jade (2/5): - Full of complaints: just 1 thing ONLYL)⁸88
- Charles (10/5): - Well kept.
- Lisa (6/5): - For the price it was fine. This area in general is not the best. Staff was available and professional.
- Kaleb (4/5): - Towels were dirty, cigarette burns in our bed sheets, the room was disgusting.
- Angela (2/5): - The check-in person was nice. I was surprised that I was handed the remote for the TV for the room with the room key. There were spots on the wall that looked like an attempt to clean up a crime scene. I can't believe how much this place is charging for such poor accommodations.
- Joe (1/5): Bad -
- Peter (3/5): Poor - cost was good.
- Caldwell (8/5): It was alright. Staff is great. -
- Carolyn (6/5): - Nice they are still in business as the area has gone thru so many changes in recent years.
- Lena (5/5): Ummmm - The location The non cleanliness
- Philip (4/5): Machine took $1.50 and clerk refused to refund at time of check out. - Location Laundry hours and equipment
- Philip (5/5): Cheap, but adequate if one is on a tight budget. - Location. Price. Self service laundry only open 9 am to 6 pm. Only one set of towels per day. Carpet needs cleaning. Left instructions for maid to leave an extra set of towels on one day and she only left washcloth and bathroom mat. Coke machine only accepts quarters and bills (no cc). Only a few channels on TV.
- Cris (4/5): - I liked that they upgraded our room due to a leak in the bathroom. We were in a double queen room and they upgraded us to a dinette, unfortunately the floor in the new room was sticky.
- Adam (2/5): Very poor - My floor was damp. The matrices was old and covered in plastic. There were long term tenants in some of the rooms and a lot of trash.
- Trevor (6/5): Pleasant -
- Srinivasan (10/5): - Reasonable price near highways
- John (3/5): na - Basic bare bones It is old and outdated
- Regina (8/5): - The front desk fellow asked for a $100 cash deposit . I had to ask for a receipt. He wasn’t going to give me one. He said no one has ever asked for a receipt before.. I said I wasn’t leaving without a receipt. I just gave him cash.. He reluctantly made me a receipt.
This is a very old motel. Our room smelt very strong of Pine-Sol. Almost too much so.
Maid service was excellent! Minus the pine sol smell lol.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ferdinand (8/5): - Property needs updating. Mini fridge not cleaned and had to plug in and wait to cool. Unusual for front desk to hand you tv remote upon check in. Weird smell in check in area. Not worth the room rate.
- Blair (2/5): - The room smelt, was dirty, noisy, not a good experience at all.
- Michal (7/5): Ok choice - Good location Could use a refresh
- Gary (10/5): - The hotel was located behind another store that was close to the street. I missed the place first time. Had to stop enter the address into GPS to find it the second time.
