The room was stuffy and the hot water system in the shower was terrible. It would go cold then boiling hot to nearly burning the skin. Very dangerous for young children who shower by themselves. Really dangerous if a child was showering could lead to scalding. The bathroom towels were almost thread bare in spots. - John (9/5): Awesome location and facilities. - The views across the bay were wonderful and interesting, the location was first rate with immediate access to ferries across the bay and up the mouth of the Yarra into Melbourne. All of which were interesting, especially passing beneath the West Gate bridge and the developments in Docklands. Williamstown station was in easy walking distance so Melbourne itself was surprisingly close. The apartment was spacious, well maintained given its age and needed only to have the large windows cleaned of salt scale to achieve perfection. The bathroom was quite tired and a little uncomfortable with an undersized toilet and step into bath/shower. The amenities were broadly useful and in good condition however. The bed swallowed us up in a loose embrace and weren’t great for those of us with bad backs.

- Oliver (10/5): Great place to stay and having the restaurant downstairs makes it the perfect place to stay when in Williamstown. - Clean, its proximity to Nelson Place and friendly staff. One tiny thing: I wish our 2 bedroom apartment had a balcony but no big issue.

- Marian (8/5): - Location was fine close to our family in Spotswood. Cleaning staff were very friendly and accomodating Noise from patrons leaving the pub. We were on the ground floor and it felt quite unsafe at times. The place was not at capacity so do not understand wh we were on the ground floor. We have stayed before and thought our request would be met. The room is tired and needs a revamp - carpet and lounge was filthy from stains.

Suite was outdated and carpets badly stained. This suite was set up for guests with mobility needs so not ideal for taller guests where the bathroom basin only reaches your knees! I did ask if another suite was available but was told no, yet I could book one online! Not happy!!

Well stocked units, friendly staff and a great restaurant next door. Loved our stay and we will be back. N/A

Room 27. 20-years old and apparently never updated since! Old paint, old warn carpet, old damaged drapes, dented fridge, antique air conditioner. Stairway and elevator floors greasy from kitchen staff, smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway from a guest in room. Very disappointing for $320 a night. Could have stay at the Hyatt for similar money…

- Renee (1/5): Disappointed and a waste of our time - This hotel asked for a additional charge of $250 a a security deposit, when I handed over my credit card I asked if I would get a refund the following day upon check it and they told me no the refund will be issued 5 days later!! What a joke! I cancelled my apartment and my partner and I cancelled out booking and decided to drive home, it was very disappointing The addition charge of $250

- Debbie (3/5): - It was in a great location with a restaurant attached We were put in a room at the back of the property so didn't have any water views. The people in the room above us were extremely noisy. The backing on the curtains was filthy and the cup I used for my morning cup of tea had sticky, dirty marks on it. Cleanliness needs improvement. The bed was on the hard side.
- Maree (5/5): I was very disappointed - The location was perfect. The suite was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Primarily, the bathroom. The shower was over a bath. There was no rail to assist with entry into the shower, no anti slip on the floor of the bath and you had to step up and over as the base of the bath was not at floor level. Even the bath/shower screen was not fixed so you couldn’t use that to steady yourself. I had previously rung the premises to enquire about stairs and lifts, informing them I was elderly so the property would have been aware of my needs. Unfortunately I had no option but to only have a sponge bath. On a much lesser note and of least significance the airconditioner and other appliances were very tired. I don’t like to complain but I had stayed at 3 other properties in the previous 6 weeks and the bathing facilities were far superior and the rates considerably cheaper. I don’t expect you to post this I just want the management made aware of the suite’s limitations. I did mention it when checking out but there was no particular interest shown to my disappointment.

I was 4th in line and there were too many questions despite all the people in front of me (and me) seeming to have booked in advance, so most information was known. Why did everyone have to sign on the screen (with sneaky small print saying we'd like to get promo material)? Why did the check-in person have to ask about where I'd been working today? The room was adequate but tired. Heater/air cond very noisy (room 7). Crappy menu at the restaurant Parking is over-priced. Staff should have known that parking meters outside were broken and were giving 1 month of free parking, but instead told people they should pay $25 for secure parking
