• Alexander (8/5): Awesome stuff. Especially for the location and price. Will be back next month - Convenient location. Located next to a big shopping centre. And many convenient stores. My only real issue was a single hair on the bathroom and water being left on the bath tub. But I don’t care.

• Jacqueline (9/5): Extremely kind and helpful staff, comfortable, close to Frankston, comfy, cozy. - Room was comfortable, well laid out and clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful when I needed a room change late in the night. It was great.

• Lauren (10/5): Was a great, enjoyable and comfortable stay, would reccomend. - the room was very spacious, clean and extremely well located! the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The room had everything we needed, and it was super easy to book on short notice, very good if you need a quick and easy place to stay! The keys were slightly difficult to get into the doors, but that’s all.

• Tina (7/5): Comfortable and just what we needed! - apartment was very spacious and beds comfy, I loved the MOR complimentary bathroom products! My only disappointment was that the sofa was extremely uncomfortable - the seats sunk right in and was not clean :(

• Whayne (9/5): Modern, spacious apartment in great location - Spacious, modern, airy apartment, good kitchen, large bedroom and excellent location. Only minor issue we had was the door locks were temperamental and took a lot of jiggling to work. They seemed very old.

Lounge was very dirty, table in kitchen hadn’t been wiped, floor in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, dishwasher not working, the shower over the bath very dangerous for an elderly person. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

• Thompson (9/5): Quiet, clean and comfortable. - Spacious, clean and well appointed. Connecting rooms worked well for our family trip. Glasses, crockery etc appropriate for us to be able to prepare simple meals ourselves. Most importantly wine glasses! Would have been nice if milk had been supplied with the coffee making resources.

• Mitch (7/5): - A spacious apartment. Due to some mobility problems, I booked what I was told was a ground-floor apartment. There were, however, three steps up to the entrance level. Three steps might seem insignificant, but they were still a minor challenge for me. I would suggest that in future, the staff at Quest Frankston advise anyone booking a "ground-floor" apartment, due to mobility matters, that there are in fact some steps up to the accommodation. That level of disclosure is entirely reasonable in the circumstances, and indicates a more comprehensive level of care as demonstrated by the accommodation provider.

• SHOTA (7/5): コストパフォーマンスが良いホテル - 受付スタッフの方はフレンドリーで、聞きたいことも色々と丁寧に教えてくれて良かったです。 泊まった部屋には電子レンジやコンロ等もあり、設備は十分でした。 建物、施設のそもそもの古さがあります。 エレベーターがない階段であがる部屋でした。 ただし、事前に「階段使う部屋でも良い？」という確認のメールはもらい、「YES」で回答してるので、私は全く問題なかったのですが、気になる方は事前に確認されるのをおすすめします。

• Dee (8/5): Pleasant, close to beach, welcoming staff. - The closeness to the beach and stores if you needed anything all in walking distance. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. It served its purpose for a place to sleep while we were at the Oz grand prix all day/evening.

• Michael (9/5): Thanks again to the staff for helping us out - Good accommodation. Staff were very helpful as we were originally put into a room on the first floor and due to a physical condition we’re unable to easily climb the stairs. They graciously upgraded us to a larger ground floor room for our stay at no extra charge. Nothing. It was as expected for this price

• Hawke (8/5): Comfy and quiet - We stay here often when we visit family. Its clean, quiet and comfy, and very friendly staff. No elevators, so be prepared to carry bags up to level 3.
