Important Information

A deposit equal to the first night of stay is required at the time of booking. This amount is refundable with 48 hours cancelation notice. Only 2 people of any age are allowed in a room with just one bed. No more than 4 people of any age are allowed in a room with 2 beds. Babies of any age count as a person. We do not have any rooms for 5 or more guests. Children are not allowed in spa rooms. Cribs, roll-away beds, or sofa beds are NOT available. Early check-in is not available. The lobby closes at 21:00. If you are arriving after 21:00, contact the property for special instructions. There are stairs only; no elevator is available.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Too much bandwidth, they said.

Before dinner we saw two ants on the night stand. But in the morning they were all over. Ants on the walls, all counters, the hottub, the shower, night stand. Checkout staff just said that’s too bad.

If you came in after the festival, you had to park in some precarious slots. Also it was very noisy room to room. Bathroom and squeaky springs 😝

Two of the rooms had kitchens where we gathered for meals, which worked very nicely and there was room for all. I loved that we could walk to the water for shopping and eating. I really appreciated that it didn’t have any unpleasant smells such as pet odor or smoke odor! Thank you for being pet and smoke free! The beds were comfortable, we slept well, and we used the mini fridge and microwave. Thank you!

Shannon (10/5): Comfortable and peaceful stay - I like that the bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. I loved the location and the value. It was a very easy check-in process. For it being New Year’s Eve I was shocked at how quiet it was at night. It’s a really cute hotel. I love how the pathway was lit up at night and it’s hidden in the woods. Very cool. There was no coffee or breakfast, but I understand that for the value that wasn’t included, there’s a really good breakfast restaurant right across the street!!!

I booked it only because of the great reviews on Booking and Google Maps, but now I truly don’t understand why people rate it so highly. The rooms aren’t “vintage” — they’re just old, dark, and have a very musty smell. Check-in was extremely slow, and when we finally opened our room, we found bugs literally on the wall and spider webs everywhere. We had to check out immediately in the middle of the night and look for another hotel. We ended up booking a great hotel for almost the same price. The front desk staff was very unfriendly and kept pretending not to understand our accent. When we showed him the photos from the room, he simply asked, “There’s only one bug, and that’s it?”

Man kann sehr gut zu Fuss gehen. Gut zu wissen: die Rampe hinauf zur Unterkunft ist sehr steil aber nur etwa 60-80 m lang. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.
Brittany (10/5): - Extremely clean! Really nice having a kitchen space in a hotel room. Just to note, no iron/ironing board in room (did not ask from desk for one, as it wasn’t a big deal). Staff is really kind.
Donna (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay at the Landmark Inn and will return someday. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Inn was private, tucked away among the trees and within walking distance to the downtown area. There is nothing that could be done about it due to the age of the Inn but the walls were a little thin.

Levi (8/5): - We stayed one night in one of the two rooms over the carport. The room was clean. The sink is not in the bathroom area: rather it is adjacent to the kitchen sink ehich is weird. There is no air conditioning, but there was a good breeze. The problem was that the windows faceWest over the highway, so in order to get a breeze you must listen to auto exhaust from lomuscle car enthusiasts who love to rev. Not the hotel’s fault, but a consideration. Other notes: the hotel sits on a very steep hill with limited parking, so big pickups may be a problem. They also only allow one car per room . Ice is only available from the front desk. No elevators on the property. No breakfast is offered. Not a bad place, just be aware what you’re getting for your money.

Nita (10/5): Comfortable, cozy suite - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our king suite. Landmark Inn is one of the cleanest motel / hotel rooms we've ever booked. In addition, the kitchenette had all needed amenities, including a coffeepot with quality coffee grounds, as well as cutlery, silverware, plates, and cups--and a toaster! The hillside site affords guests at Landmark Inn some fine views. To top it all off, we heard no street noise at all. Oh, and the bed was quite comfortable.
