English speaking staff are not many in the hotel. But they are all very helpful and friendly. Traditional culture. Strict process. Reluctant to help to cancel restaurant booking as it may incur cancellation fee. Room may be available. But need to wait till 2 pm then queue to assign room.

- Teodorina (9/5): Very nice location - Great location, very friendly and very helpful staff. You are just meters from the central station in Nagoya, near malls. It is in a safe area with a convenient store and ATM nearby. The hotel offers free toiletries and sleepers as well. This hotel had the largest hotel rooms we have seen in Japan city center hotels! The building has rooms facing different directions and some of them have amazing view to the central station and the rest of Nagoya or the city centet and the scyscrapoers. But there are many rooms facing just the back of another building with no view at all. The bathroom was definitely outdated, although clean but you could see some holes, a little traces of mold... The breakfast area seems also clean but outdated. The hotel has a very handy access to the underground shoping area and subway of the central station. It would be very helpful if you carry suitcases or a baby stroller. But if you are not familiar with the area and you just arrive, you can not find it, there are no signs in the labirynth subway. So my advice is follow the route on the street, not underground. It only takes 3 min and extra stairs or a lift.

- Shoko (8/5): - 駐車場が横にあり無料だった事と、名鉄バスセンターから行きたい場所へも行けた事。 前回栄のホテルに泊まった時は、1万円くらい駐車場代がかかったので覚悟していたのに無料で、バスも利用出来て移動も便利なホテルのため、次回からも名古屋に来る時はこのホテルに宿泊したいと思いました。 チェックインの時に、ウォーターサーバーや電子レンジの設置場所などの説明がひと言欲しかったかなぁ？と思うったのと、電車の音がほんの少し気になった事、アメニティーにクレンジングオイルが欲しかったくらいです。

- Madaline (7/5): Great location if you needed to be right next to the train station. - We booked this hotel because we were going to the Formula One race in Suzuka. The location is literally right next to the train station which is why we booked the hotel. The staff were very nice and the lobby was large with comfortable chairs and views of the city. The restaurant for breakfast was pricey but the food and atmosphere was very nice. The room was extremely small for 3 people with really no room for 3 suitcases. Had to almost stack them on top of each other. You can tell this hotel has seen better days. The bathroom tub was yellowed from age and the caulking was missing. The hotel was supposed to close for restoration but they postponed it till later. I can understand why they were going to redo the entire hotel. The beds were the worst beds I had stayed in for my 2 weeks in Japan. It appears that they tripled the price of the hotel due to the Formula One race so it was very expensive. Regular pricing would have been ok for the room but I felt the whole city pretty much gauged guests because they could for a pretty subpar room.

We lost pur luggage in the train and had a stressing time but the hotel staff were eager to help us and called the number we are given and helped us all the way. We got pur luggage in the end. We are really greatful of the services given. Aside from that the hotel has been amazing. Very clean and nice & cozy room. Great location too. We had a dream stay

- Johan (8/5): Good hotel with excellent location - Very good location next to Nagoya main station. Rooms were good and clean. Friendly staff. Our rooms were away from the busy street which was good. We only stayed one night, but surely could have stayed longer. Room size was too the smaller side, but unless you plan to spend much time in the hotel room that didn't bother us.

- 竜二 (6/5): - 立地は良いです 改装になる様で 以前使用してた 駐車場とエレベーターが 使えなくてなっていて 非常に 困りました。。 大型バイク2台で行くので 前日に駐車場などの件を 確認した時も 細かな説明も何も無くて 当日、本当に困りました、、 そして、夜に充電器を ２つ借りましたが 一つは断線しているのか？ 使えませんでした。 ３回目の宿泊でしたが 泊まった事、少し後悔してしまいました。
