All the staff members were friendly. Very good location on the walking street. Our room was across from a room that was being repaired. We heard banging and loud noises until late in the evening. The balcony wasn't a true balcony. You can stand on it, but there was no chairs or any space for anything else.

The location is excellent—right among the walking streets, making it very convenient to explore the area, restaurants, and local attractions on foot. The breakfast each morning was great, with plenty of options to start the day well. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really made the experience special was the staff. They were fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They also recognised that we were on our honeymoon, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hue. The shower like many in Vietnam doesn’t have a screen around the shower so water goes everywhere making it quite dangerous

The bathroom doesn’t have an actual door, it’s a curtain/blind that you have to pull down. Even though there were a lot of items in the breakfast, we didn’t really like some of them (fruit and kimbap didn’t feel cold/fresh) and the rice wasn’t great either

Phoung (sorry if ive spelt that wrong) stood out as been very helpful. Adequate breakfast, very central location and many bars and restaurants near by. The chaps who were playing cards across the street at 3am along with their loud music, but it was Tet so I assume wont happen every night 😉

• Eleonora (8/5): One night in Hue - Very comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Good breakfast with many different sweet as well as savory options. The bathroom was an open space with the rest of the room, i.e. it had no walls. As a solo traveller it wasn't an issue for me, but it may cause lack of privacy in case two people are using the room. The room is called Giulietta e Romeo.

Rooms were big, clean and comfy. All the staff were so helpful, especially the receptionists we dealt with, PHOONG & NA. Breakfast had every option you could imagine.

But , we felt better when Mrs. Thao in reception was in our side . She encouraged us and told us not to be afraid. She and the hotel staff helped us leave the hotel and go to a safer place. Truthfully , we would like to give thanks to her so much . Because she is wonderful !

• Philippe (10/5): On recommande +++ - L'hôtel est bien situé, Notre chambre était magnifique, avec tout un mur en verre donc beaucoup de luminosité. Tout était très propre. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et excellent. Mais le top, ça a été l'accueil. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin, par bus de nuit. La personne de l'hôtel (Phuóng) qui parle français n'était pas là. Malgré l'heure matinale, ils l'ont appelée au téléphone et me l'ont passée pour qu'elle nous souhaite la bienvenue et nous explique qu'on pouvait aller prendre une douche à l'étage de la piscine (le check-in était en début d'après midi). Elle nous a également expliqué comment occuper notre matinée (très bons conseils). Nous l'avons ensuite rencontrée dans la journée et elle nous a organisé notre transfert pour Da Nang (pickup devant l'hôtel, pickout devant l'hôtel de destination). Un grand merci à Phuóng et à Ann. Rien. Tout était parfait.

• Roi (1/5): Stay away - Our honeymoon began with a glimmer of hope at this hotel, with a lovely welcome and a complimentary cake from a kind receptionist . Unfortunately, that was the last pleasant moment we had. What followed was a cascade of failures that turned our special trip into a stressful ordeal.Our first room was an absolute joke. It featured a toilet with NO DOOR, just a flimsy curtain separating it from the rest of the room. A complete lack of privacy is not what you expect on your honeymoon, or any hotel stay for that matter.After complaining, we were moved the next day. This involved the exhausting task of repacking all our luggage, only to have the curtain in the new room collapse! It was clear the maintenance here is non-existent. So, we had to pack everything up AGAIN.We were moved to a third room, and this was the final straw. It was infested with ANTS. At this point, we were too exhausted to even consider moving again. Three rooms in two nights is unacceptable.Beyond the room disasters, the daily breakfast was not appalling. The food was not fresh, lacked variety, and was generally unappetizing.. To top it all off, from the moment we checked in, the reception staff were practically begging us for a 5-star review on Google and Booking. They seemed more concerned with their online ratings than with providing an experience worth rating well.This hotel is a master of false advertising and superficial charm. Beneath the surface, it's a poorly maintained establishment with subpar food and a desperate management. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. You've been warned.

I was upgraded and had a beautiful room on the top floor with a king bed. The air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, and shower all worked perfectly. The hotel is located in a busy street full of restaurants and convenience stores. It is close to the river and many other small shops. The breakfast was very good and had a great variety of foods for both European and Asians. I also had dinner in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The pizza and club sandwich were both delicious.

What really stood out was The staff at this hotel were beyond amazing, especially restaurant and breakfast delicious variety of food for all cultures. Could not fault this hotel … food , rooms , restaurants and staff have been outstanding!! Made us feel like family not just hotel guests… only here for 3 days after 2,days in Sapa and 2 days in Hanoi and 1 night onboard boat in Halong Bay … still another week to go in Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh.
