• Alex (6/5): It’s ok for a night before or after travelling. - Location was ok for a stop before flying. Was a little dirty and and not much attention paid to detail. Cigarette buts left lying around, things not cleaned very well.

Nos cambiaron a otra habitación que a priori estaba mejor, pero de repente empezaron a salir hormigas y cucarachas de los sumideros del baño. El baño estaba sucio, y al abrir el frigorífico había restos de frutas y un brick de leche abierto

Showers are clogged with grime and drip at best. Beds are made with patches of bedsheets - but the friendly staff will get you to the airport in time for a good view of Lombok from a window seat

It’s sad because I know these bad ratings will pull the ratings further down - I hope not to the point where it endangers the jobs of the staff because they were truly nice and helpful. There simply has no been any investments made in the hotel. My room had smoking smell, the furniture is completely run down, bed sheet I slept on had a full on scratched hole in it. I wouldn’t stay there again.

• Isis (8/5): Great place to stay before your flight! - Staff is very friendly and helpful, shower is warm, clean and has good pressure. The pool is lovely and beds sleep well. But most of all the location is very close to the airport and offers a very good quality for an airport location. If you have a little day spare you can also visit Kuta which is only half an hour drive. I think this place has a too low rating on Booking. Really recommend this place before your flight!

• Magda (5/5): Not great but will do for one night - Very close to the airport, offers an airport shuttle, breakfast selection is good. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so there are no shops around and gojek and grab also doesn't work. The restaurant is quite expensive for what it is, 25k for a small bottle of water plus 21% service charge and tax! For comparison, a small bottle of water at the airport is 12k! The room service is terrible, we had to call 3 times for our plates after dinner to be cleared out (waited approximately an hour). We ate in the room because the restaurant had a lot of dirty tables, people left and no one cleaned the table. I guess it is fine for one night before or after the flight but next time I will try to book a different hotel. Also no fridges in the rooms!

• Steven (6/5): - The hotel was nice and the room was pleasant. However, please be careful with who you hand the deposit money over to. We handed the deposit to one of the hotel workers in front of two other workers, when we went to check out the hotel said the deposit wasn’t put on the system (even though it’s a requirement to pay before getting the room key) and refused to give us the money back at the end of our stay. This is ashame because we had a pleasant 2 day stay and it brought the whole hotel experience down.

I only needed a room to catch a flight the next day. The staff at the front & their website need to be more clear on the free shuttle agenda not only saying the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport. I don't mind paying at all but it needs to be agreed and clarified beforehand. Other than this, nothing critical or requires improvement.

• Gaia (5/5): Passable - We stayed only one night, just to stay close to the airport. The restaurant was good, the room was tiny and not so comfortable. We woke up early to get to tha airport and in accordance with the receptionist we booked and payed a transfer for the morning but nobody was there at the time. We called several times all the number we had, we searched everywhere but nobody came. At least, after 20 minutes (we had to run in the airport) a guy got us the transfer and we made it to the airport. We did expect more professionalism
• Amy (2/5): Rooms are dirty. Breakfast was passable. Pool was uninviting. - The staff were helpful and kind. The driver to airport was on time and friendly. It’s a few minutes to the airport by car - we only stayed because of an early flight. The first room we had was awful. It smelt terrible, had blood spots and other stains on sheets. it was visibly dirty. Door handles, walls, light switches, the bed head, the tv screen, the wall tiles in bathroom…. nothing had been cleaned properly for what looked like a long time. We “upgraded” to a room facing the pool which was better as could at least open the door and not feel so imprisoned. However this room was also dirty… not as dirty as the first but the floor was sticky all over and to see freshly squished mosquitoes on bathroom tiles with blood streaks really confirmed that the cleaners don’t really clean. The pool was murky and after seeing how dirty the rooms are no chance getting in there!
