• Alex (9/5): - Muy bien situado. Apartamento amplio, todo estaba muy limpio, las camas cómodas, el acceso fácil. Anfitriona atenta. Todo muy bien en general Se escucha mucho el apartamento de arriba, pero si estás todo el día por ahí no hay problema (por la noche no hay ruido) Para 5 o 6 personas le falta otro baño quizás
• James (10/5): Super. Clean. Great Location. Superb host - Easy access, information given with plenty of time, facilities great, perfect for a stag or hen or group of friends. The early mornings can be noisy from the nightlife but that was my purpose of being these so suited me. Nothing. It was an impressive apartment and felt very secure whilst there.

• Brenda (9/5): Aanrader! - De locatie, alles op loopafstand! En de prettige communicatie met de verhuurder, echt top. Fijne bedden met airco op de kamers. De restaurants in de straat zorgen voor best wat geluid in de avond, begin van de nacht
• Cristina Maria (10/5): - La ubicación y que tuviese cocina. La zona perfecta en cuanto a ubicación pero era bastante ruidosa por las noches ya que era una calle llena de bares de fiesta. A nosotros no nos afectó porque fuimos con intención de salir de fiesta pero si vas con planes de descansar puede llegar a ser algo incómodo. Las puertas de varias habitaciones no cerraban y al final te puede llegar a faltar privacidad dependiendo con quién vayas.
• Edna_BBPereira (9/5): Excelente e a anfitriã foi ótima! - A anfitriã foi muito solícita e permitiu que deixássemos as malas no apartamento antes do check-in, o que nos ajudou bastante, e o local é ótimo e de fácil acesso a outros pontos em Lisboa. Além disso, tivemos uma questão com o gás, que acabou e, prontamente, enviaram alguém para trocar. O único ponto negativo é que não tem elevador e ficamos no terceiro andar, o que foi meio cansativo para os meus pais, que são idosos. Tirando isso, gostamos bastante.

• MARIA JOSE (8/5): Parfait - La localisation était top. Nous on aime beaucoup la fête, les bars, la musique, donc on avait tout ce qu'il fallait à côté. Les lits son confortables, il y a de l'espace dans les pièce, la cuisine est ample, pour nous c'était OK. Un peu bruyant mais nous on aime bien la fête donc le bruit de la rue ne nous gênait pas plus que ça. Par contre, l'insonorisation des appartements est faible. Si quelqu'un en haut marche, on entend tout. Heureusement, les hôtes bruyants sont arrivés juste la veille de notre départ donc on a eu seulement 1 nuit de bruit ;)

El piso está en el barrio alto con mucho movimiento de gente y vida. Fuimos con una niña pequeña y aunque en la calle había ruido por las noches, las ventanas aislaban bastante bien y durmió de maravilla. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas. El olor del baño. Las puertas podrían cambiarse para que cierren mejor

There weren't enough clothes hangers and we had to ask for a frying pan. The host answered all are calls and fulfilled our requests prontly.

Woken up after 4am on Friday and Saturday by people still outside as there is a sports bar across the street. The noise from the other apartments travels too so the people above us liked banging around and talking at 3am.

• Kathy (9/5): The apartment was so clean and easy to get in to. - Great directions to get keys and enter the building. It was clean and the host was responsive in regards to issues. The location is great but there is a fair amount of noise from the street at night. Overall a great place to stay The window and walls leaked due to the large amount of rain! But the host had towels delivered and came to look at the wall leaks. Noise from street but it is a treet filled with little restaurants and bars.

• Valentina (8/5): Un bell’appartamento centrale! - La posizione centrale, l’ampiezza dei locali. La cucina ben attrezzata e il bagno ampio, finestrato e con i saponi. Il fatto che il riscaldamento essendoci andati in inverno non fosse presente in tutte le stanze e che uno split facesse solo aria fredda. Di conseguenza alcune stanze rimanevano più fredde rispetto ad altre. E i cuscini per il nostro standard erano un po’ piccoli e poco comodi.

• Anna (7/5): L’ottima posizione fa passare in secondo piano le criticità. Pochi accorgimenti potrebbero rendere la struttura molto pi - Appartamento spazioso. Ottima posizione, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte dei luoghi di interesse, vicino alla metro e a molti locali per cenare e fare colazione. Sistemazione molto spartana, poca attenzione ai dettagli (ad esempio neanche delle bustine per il the o per il caffè solitamente presenti in strutture analoghe), bagno maleodorante, acqua della doccia poco più che tiepida e flusso scarso, teli bagno molto piccoli, insonorizzazione non ottimale, siamo spesso stati svegliati dal rumore dei vicini sulle scale o nell’appartamento di sopra.
• elisa (6/5): - Ottima la posizione Le foto proposte riguardano più appartamenti e, quello in abbiamo alloggiato, non era come quelli proposti nelle foto, soprattutto la cucina piuttosto vecchia e con il tavolo e le sedie molto vecchi. Inoltre, avendo alloggiato nel week-end, siamo stati disturbati parecchio durante la notte dagli schiamazzi delle persone frequentanti i locali della zona.

• Restituta (9/5): Nel cuore di Lisbna - La posizione centralissima, l'appartamento ampio, pulito e con utti i comfort. Data la presenza di molti locali, c'è chiasso fino a tarda notte. Il sistema di primo accesso dalla porta di casa non è semplice, soprattutto quando si arriva stanchi per ill viaggio.

The flat was larger than expected, it has a living room and a bedroom, plus kitchen and bathroom . The check in is flexible. Our room was on the top, we had to climb many stairs. Somehow I was not aware of it at the time of booking.

• Charlotte (7/5): Convenient, well equipped and great value for money! - This is a wonderful place to stay in central Lisbon! The location was very convenient for us and the living room was very comfortable, with a great view! The doorframes were quite low, which meant we had to be careful not to bang our heads. The stairs up to the flat were also quite uneven!
• Ana Paula (7/5): Espaço e localização do apartamento são excelentes! - Do espaço e da localização do apartamento! As cortinas estavam bemmm empoeiradas e sujas. Precisam ser lavadas com urgência! Os estofados da sala estavam manchados. Além disso, apesar das esquadrias dos dormitórios serem de excelente qualidade, há muitas frestas que deixam passar o som, com isso, os ruídos do entorno incomodam bastante para dormir.

No se asemeja para nada con las fotos .Personas alérgicas o asmáticas ,eviten por completo este lugar .Aparte que tienes que subir 4 plantas para llegar ,los escalones no tienen el mismo tamaño y la pisa en muchos de ellos te queda por fuera .El olor a humedad es insoportable , acabé con un ataque de asma .Las instalaciones distan MUCHÍSIMO de la realidad, colchones del tamaño de un folio ,el somier de una cama partido en el suelo ,encontramos dos chinches en la cama que según la responsable fue porque dejamos las ventanas abiertas ...Y en último lugar hacer mencion al escándalo insoportable de la calle por la noche ,aunque mantuvieras todo cerrado era imposible conciliar el sueño .Por cierto ,cuando yo reservé decia que tenía aire acondicionado,te encontrarás con un ventilador que al menos no hace ruido .

• Ingrid (9/5): Parfait - Emplacement parfait ! Tout peut se faire à pied. Le quartier est très animé en soirée, avec de nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on entend un petit peu de bruit. Arrivée autonome pratique. Logement spacieux et confortable. Le parking public à proximité assez cher. Il est également possible de se garer gratuitement vers le port (stationnement gratuit la nuit), à environ 25 minutes de marche de l’appartement.

• James (10/5): Great apartment in a superb location. - Location is excellent but take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. It's a bit dated and I could have done with an extra pillow but I would highly recommend and woud definitely stay there again.
• Seulgi (5/5): - 싱글침대가 4개나 있어서 가족이나 친구들이 여러명 왔을 때 묵기에 좋아요. 위치는 정말 완벽합니다. 워낙 중심가다 보니 새벽까지 밖이 시끄럽긴 하지만 저희 가족은 예민하지 않아서인지 잘 잤어요. 창문이 많아서 환기도 잘 돼요 엘레베이터가 없고 이 방은 꼭대기층이라 짐 들고 오르내리기에 엄청 힘듭니다. 혹시 부모님과 오게 된다면 비추천입니다. 리스본이 안그래도 오르막, 내리막이 많은데 또 숙소에서도 오르내려야 한다는게 참 힘들었네요. 그리고 체크인 시간 한참 후에 도착했음에도 호스트가 말한 장소에 키는 없었고 20분 넘게 호스트를 기다려야 했습니다. 그리고 화장실이 하나에요. 또 택시를 타기 위해서는 큰 길까지 짐을 들고 돌길을 꽤 가야합니다. 중심가라 가성비를 기대하지는 않았지만 여러가지 고려했을 때 호텔을 예약하는게 더 좋을 것 같습니다.
• Stéphanie (8/5): Idéalement situé pour un séjour pratique, malgré deux petits bémols. - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est idéalement situé et parfaitement équipé, tout est conforme à la description. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et très sympathique, et l’accès au logement s’est fait très facilement. Petit plus : nous avons pu arriver un peu plus tôt, ce qui était très apprécié. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon choix pour découvrir Lisbonne ! Seul petit bémol, une légère odeur de renfermé dans la salle de bain et un peu de bruit venant de la rue (à prendre en compte pour les dormeurs au sommeil léger).

• Luca (10/5): Compleanno a Lisbona Top - Tutto perfetto Un po' di rumore la sera ma no problem per festaioli come noi 5° piano senza ascensore ma fattibilissimo
• Satnam (6/5): acceptable for a one off - it was clean upon arrival, There was no washing machine as advertised, drawers were broken in the bedroom cabinet, on 3rd floor too many steps to climb. very noisy after midnight on streets.
• Margreet (9/5): - De locatie, midden in het uitgaanscentrum, het ruime apartement. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en beantwoord snel alle vragen. We konden onze koffers na uitchecken in opslagruimte laten. Alles was prima.
• Purpu (8/5): Ubicación 10 - La ubicación es perfecta para conocer y pasear por Lisboa La calle es bastante ruidosa de noche, al menos durante nuestra estancia. El alojamiento está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor.
• Marco Vicco (9/5): Tivemos um bom atendimento pela equipe quando solicitado, e localização e conforto. - Tudo foi Positivo!!
