Kim (8/5): It's all good, For a budget hotel this is perfect. - I like that it's very near everything and we have unlimited water/snacks from the lobby. There's TV in the room but not a smart TV which is ok, there's a channel you can watch english films on. The bed sheets aren't comfortable (they make friction sounds when one of us turn over, etc). There's also no windows so could get a bit dark. Didn't really matter but it would have been perfect with the window.

Sabrina (4/5): Disappointing stay - Service was good, but the rest was disappointing. The shower had mold, and the room didn’t match the photos. Walls are paper-thin—we could hear our neighbors drinking at 2 AM. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers or those expecting a well-maintained space

The air conditioning was mounted in a bizarre position in one corner facing the room door. It barely worked well. No late check out. Not accessible at all.

Housekeeping staff don't knock before comimg in so you will be surprised when they open the door for room cleaning. If you get a full set of towels, it woild be your lucky day. If you are not lucky, you get bath towels only, not even a bath rug. In the morning, you will hear all loudy chatting of the housekeepimg staff. Door is very thin, so basically you hear all noises of the hallway.

Our worst hotel stay in Vietnam, there are much better choices in Saigon, woud not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ideally ask for a room above the first floor as this is where breakfast is served so I was woken at 6.30am from noise of staff preparing breakfast. The hotel offer ear plugs as there’s ongoing construction too but they don’t really muffle the consistent banging from 8am.
