- fahad (8/5): كانت إقامة مأقته وسريعة ولكن جيده جداً ... - الغرفه صغيره ولكن جيده . الإفطار كان روعة وممتاز و متنوع ... موظف صف السيارة وتنزيل الشنط لازم تدفع له مبلغ وفي وقتها لم تكن معي أموال نقدية ، وقلت له غداً سأعوضك عند الخروج . ولما طلبت إحضار السيارة أعطاني مفتاح السيارة وقال لي هي هناك ! و إلا راكن السيارة بعيد عن الفندق وقمت بإحضارها للباب وقمت بنفسي بحمل الشنط إلى السيارة لوحدي دون مساعدة منه وهو ينظر لي ! وكانت نيتي أعطيه المقسوم من المال ولكن هي المعامله السيئه من منعتني أعطيه شيأً ... هذا هو الذي لم يعجبني .

- Serdar (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind vom Komfort her mittelmäßig. Die Mitarbeiter, die uns beim Betreten des Hotels begrüßten, waren aufmerksam. Allerdings haben wir den jungen männlichen Rezeptionisten, der abends Dienst hatte, nur draußen beim Rauchen gesehen – sowohl beim Verlassen des Hotels als auch bei der Rückkehr. Als wir bei der Rezeption wegen eines Bügeleisens anriefen, sagte man uns, dass es geschickt werde. Doch trotz langer Wartezeit kam kein Bügeleisen. Auch ein Anruf, um uns mitzuteilen, dass kein Bügeleisen verfügbar sei, erfolgte nicht.

C'est un très bon hôtel, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa et la piscine malheureusement. Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la Smart TV.

Una abbiamo dovuto cambiarla non si respirava , tende e moquette intrise di odore di fumo ,l’acqua calda non funzionava, dal rubinetto usciva pochissima acqua.inoltre ci hanno fatto pagare sovrapprezzo di 40€ perché secondo la struttura c’era un errore di booking .

Otel temiz ve sakindi. odada ufak da olsa meyve ikramı olması çok hoş bir karşılama oldu. kahvaltı beklentimizin üzerinde çok özenliydi. çalışanların masaya kadar gelip su servisi yapması çok hoşumuza gitti. kısacası fiyatının üstünde hizmet sundukları için çok memnun kaldık. teşekkürler

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The check-in process was a complete fiasco! They couldn't deliver the room on time, they didn't take the notes into consideration and we had to change the room again. We had to wait in the lobby for hours for a simple accommodation service. There were serious hygiene problems in the room and especially in the bathroom. The gentleman we talked to for spa and massage services was extremely rude and disrespectful. The only plus point was that the breakfast, it was varied and tasted good.

- Osman (10/5): Güzel bir otel - Temizlik, konfor ve hizmet kalitesi çok iyiydi. Oda 2 kişi 1 çocuk dedik çok büyük bir oda verdiler standart oda olarak. Düğün için geldiğimizden çok rahat giyinip hazırlandık. Havuzu küçük ve temiz. Odalar kullanışlı ve konforlu. Personeli çok ilgili

- Roxana (8/5): We will come back if needed - The stuff was helpful We arrived exactly when they were making some maintenance and was very hard for us with kids to enter and exit the facility. They could have place us in rooms that were more available to enter.

- Asadpour (1/5): Bad - Just the location is good It was not clean, the staff were not friendly and responsible, the parking was awful, the facilities were not clean at all. The room was so Small.
- Varisa (9/5): Nice clean hotel for a short stay - We had a short stay here. It is a nice hotel, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and tidy. We will book a short-term stay again. There is a good selection of amenities. Our room was very small, we could barely fit our large suitcases, I am not sure if all rooms are of similar size but it would be very hard to manage for longer stays.

( peteğinden balı sıyırmaktan, ekmeğinizi kendiniz kesip makinaya verip ısıtabiliyorsunuz muhteşem. 6 çeşit sıcak patates, menemen gibi kahvaltılıklar var) Vale kapalı otoparka ısrarla söylememe rağmen sokağa parketmiş

- Mevlut (4/5): - İlk geldiğimde resepsiyondaki kişiye Havuzu sorduğumda asık suratlı bir halde bu gün kapalı dedi. Ben şehir merkezinden o kadar yolu havuz için gitmiştim. Araç için valesiz otopark var deniyo ama arka sokakta zor yer buldum. 15 dk bekledim yardım eden de olmadı. Kendi başımızın çaresine baktık.çok dar bir sokaktı. Duşakabin camı çok pisti.klozet kapağı pisti. pencereler çok pisti.
- Siti (9/5): Except for all the above mentioned, we enjoyed our 2 nights stay. - We had a very spacious room. Clean and breakfast was good 👍🏼👍🏼 Staffs need to smile more and be more friendly. For safety, I suggest the window that was facing a deck should be locked at all times ( the block across the main building). Should have an electronic do not disturb sign as I was waken by someone who tried to enter my room at 5.30am! Maybe a sound proof walls would be good as I could hear the next door neighbour!
